Beautifully prepared, clean and with all the facilities you would want.Close to beach and shops.Ground floor location was excellent with easy access to the outside area.Would thoroughly recommend it for couples or families.

This was a great spot to get to the most beautiful beach each morning. We were also close enough to walk anywhere we needed. The condo was great, we were able to cook almost every night, BBQ, and enjoy the lanai.

We loved this condo. The location of the unit was amazing. We didn't use much but the kitchen seemed well stocked with anything you could need. The whole condo looked just like the pictures. The closet of all the beach things was amazing. Fins, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. All of the things you would need to go to the beach, was there. The bathroom was nice and updated. Shower head was surprisingly high up which was good for my tall husband. Bed was comfortable. Great storage. The only thing I would add is an easier plug for a charger on both sides of the bed, not just the one. But there was a great area to charge your devices. The ac worked great when needed and there was an extra fan to help move the cool air. I was very happy with this unit and would look to book this if we ever get to come back to Maui.

We had a great stay in Kehei! The condo is centrally located in Kehei and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, food trucks, and is right across the street from Charlie Young Beach. It is also easy to access all different areas of the island from this location.The condo itself is very comfortable and great for both adults and with small children. There are also several tennis courts as well as a pool on the property, which are very close to the unit.The unit has all of the amenities that one would need, however, I would advise to bring all of your own toiletries, as well as stopping by the local Costco or a grocery store to pick up such provisions as coffee, tea, etc., which are not provided.Marie is a wonderful host and is incredibly responsive to any questions that you might have before or during your stay. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return in the future!

Wonderful location a block from the beach and a grassy park. We were provided with beach chairs , umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys. Contact with owner was easy and she’s quite cordial. We would come back.

I loved this one bedroom condo. The location was perfect being so close to Charley Young Beach! This is my first trip to Maui and it will not be my last. When I had to reach out to the owner they answered very quickly. Even though they have a property manager that handles the day to day that I was supposed to reach out to they never made me feel like I was a bother or imposition when I realized my mistake. It was not pointed out to me at all. I am a princess when it comes to beds and this condo had one of the most comfortable I have ever slept when travelling. I loved the addition of a vacuum which made tidying up after a long day at the beach a joy rather than the standard broom that many places have. It is the small details that made our stay wonderful and I cannot wait to come back. Thank you!

My husband and I have stayed at a few units in this complex and absolutely loved this one! The unit was well taken care of and was stoked with all the beach necessities. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops and beaches, and the property managers were so easy to reach out to if anything came up. Would definitely stay here again for any future Kihei trips!

The apartment was well equipped and renewed. It is perfected located and central on Maui. The beaches are very near located and are one of the most beautiful. Contact with the owner was very friendly and helpful. There is terras with palms and the pool is perfect to relax and cool down:-) We (2 adults and 2 kids of 3 and 6) and enjoyed 8 days on Mai in a wonderful apartment.

The Apartment was clean and well equipped. The beach acces was right across the street and lots of nice cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. Due to the location next to the parking lot it wasn’t very comfortable to sit outside in the evenings. We also had plenty of small ants and a big centipede in the apartment. It’s located on the ground floor so this can happen. Nevertheless we really enjoyed the stay in this cozy place.

We have always stayed in west Maui, but opted for south Maui this trip. This condo was perfect for us and Charley Young Beach is right across the street. Also within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Unit was well stocked with beach supplies. Will definitely stay here again.

Really loved the location, ground floor in bldg 1 so just steps to beach & pool. Spent most our time on the large lanai which is a benefit of 1st floor. The complex now has pickle ball in addition to tennis courts and the office will rent paddles at reasonable price. King sized bed was a plus and very comfortable. Unit was well equipped with dishes & quality cookware. All the basics, included, laundry soap, dish soap, bathroom necessities included. A/C & fan in living area and fan in bedroom. All furniture very comfortable. Didn't need the A/ C much because no direct sun & fan in the bedroom was enough to keep it cool for sleeping. Owner was very responsive, beach chairs were in poor condition and they delivered new ones the same day! Will definately book this unit again in the future.

Great location. Easy to get to beach as well as easy access to highway. The location had all things that we needed.

Clean, comfortable, condo. Nicely updated and in a super location. Marie was a very excellent host and made us feel right at home. Will stay again.

We loved our stay in this rental unit. It was clean, stocked with beach gear, and being on the ground level was so easy. Short walk to Kam 1,2,3 beaches where we saw turtles, snorkeled, and played for hours. There's a bedroom, hide-a-bed, and air mattress that worked great for our family. Will book again.

We had a wonderful time in Maui again thanks in large part to the location and amenities in this condo. We chose this place because of the location across from Charlie Young Beach and bc of the amenities provided in the condo, namely W/D, Keurig, AC and beach toys. Once we checked we were pleasantly surprised by the large flatscreen, goodies, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed. Everything was clean, orderly and functional, and it was just as described. We've stayed at Maui Vista Condo before, but this was the first time we had a ground floor unit and it won't be the last; it was far more convenient than an upper floor unit, especially when you're bringing in groceries. The only downside to the ground floor, which was minor, was that everyone walking could see us unless the curtains were drawn. Overall, my family had a terrific time at this unit. The owners were very helpful and accommodating to changes and I'd happily stay here again.

Amazing place to stay especially if you have kids! Location was perfect.. walkable distance to a beach across the beach. Restaurants, food trucks…. Everything right around the corner. We will be returning soon!!!

Me and my family enjoyed every bit of our stay here and we had a great time at this wonderful property.Definitely recommend this property you won’t be disappointed.

Great location; well equipped; quiet and comfortable.

A nice and quiet place with beautiful beaches in very short distance. Foodland is just around the corner. Lot of stuff in closet are very useful. The only thing I may complain is the knife set in the kitchen. They are all saw-toothed edge and hard to cut anything except bread.
