The location was great, the unit was well furnished and clean. It was difficult to cool the bedrooms.
Our stay was overall lovely. The unit was clean and spacious. The cooler and beach chairs were in great shape, however we wished there was an umbrella. Location was great as it was walking distance to many shops and restaurants as well right across the street from Charlie Young Beach. The security guard at the condo made us feel uncomfortable on a few occasions. We enjoyed the ocean view. The bedroom on the main floor was quite uncomfortable on several nights, despite having multiple fans running we were unable to cool it down to sleep.
The unit was very clean, pictures were accurate and it is right across the street from the beach!! Restaurant, shops, and activities all within walking distance. This unit was great for my family of 4. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots/pans, bowls/plates & cups. Bring your own spices. Washer and dryer were great, they even provided laundry detergent and fabric softeners. **the only con was the A/C did not reach the back bedroom. Even with fans it was unbelievably hot and uncomfortable. However, we have stayed at this complex before and the way the units are set up, you cannot really put an A/C unit back there. All and all I would recommend this place.
The property is beautiful and well maintained. Flowers everywhere! The condo was perfect for the four of us. The washing machine was broken but the rental place kindly came and took our laundry away to be washed. If we needed anything, we just called or emailed and we were taken care of. We will be back!
The location, cleanliness and amenities at the condo was wonderful. Communicating with the management company was also flawless throughout the trip. Highly recommended.
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ad really talked up the view from the condo, but a giant crane and a large building under construction blocked out virtually any view one might want to look at. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Unfortunately, air circulation in the bedroom is poor, annd even with the fan on and the a/c at maximum cooling, sleeping was uncomfortable because the room was so warm. A couple of oddities regarding checkin also were perplexing. Our checkin letter stated “There is assigned parking for each unit--park only in that spot”, but this was clearly incorrect information. Checkin is 4pm, but the office closes at 4pm, so security ends up being the customer interface. Finally, our kitchen had an ant problem, which was annoying, but not catastrophic. The bottom line is some good, some not so good, thus my 3 star rating.
We had a great stay. We were disappointed the master bedroom did not have a/c. The management company brought us a box fan to help move the a/c from the living room to the master bedroom which was very helpful. My children were very comfortable in the loft upstairs.

Great ocean view from the balcony off the living room. It’s was nice that they had a little greet package of snacks, water & coffee when we first walked in. Quite and relaxing the whole stay. Amenities like washer & dryer, refrigerator, microwave, etc. in the unit came in handy. An area of bars called “The Bermuda Triangle” was only a block away for some fun times. Beach was close as well. Kihei is a better location. Not super hot like Lahaina. Not as rural as Hana side. All pros except one con was the AC system was portable not built-in or central but the ceiling fans made it pleasant.
The property is perfectly located right near a beautiful beach with great ocean views from the living room and balcony. Would definitely come back!
