We have never had a better experience than we did renting this property. It was clean and felt just like being at home.

Gloria was highly resourceful.

We were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t have to cross the street/ parking lot Just through the pool gate little grassy barbecue area & the beach so close …amazing sunsets Gloria had a big heart.❤️ She truly cares about you enjoying your stay

BBQ'd out on the courtyard for dinner one night and that was fantastic!!! Had everything we needed...Thank you so much! Mahalo

Gloria was very easy going and very accessible. The place had 2 full bathrooms, right on beach and close to lots of beaches. The place literally has everything for the beach chairs, umbrella even snorkel gear, sunblock etc. Plenty of kitchen stuff pots, pans etc There was coffee, sugar and cream. Beds were super comfy. nice size and place of TV’s, air was cool lots of hot water. Can go on and on but just book you will be pleased!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and the location couldn't be more perfect. We were literally steps from the most beautiful beach and within walking distance of a quaint little shopping center. Highly recommended!

Gloria is a great host. Good communications through out. Condo is conveniently located with great views of the ocean. It is well maintained and very clean. For directions, gps had trouble locating the exact condo due to n. Kihei location but access is through s. Kihei road but Gloria’s instructions were great and we had no trouble following it to locate. We had a great time in Maui. Will stay again if we come to Maui again. Thank you Gloria!

Overall the property location was very accessible to the places where i wanted to go for this trip;

Just returned from a month in paradise. Thanks to Gloria and her sharing her wonderful beach condo. The condo and property are very well maintained. Gloria’s condo is very well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. I much prefer to visit Costco on my arrival and do my evening grilling at the complex. Wonderful bbq area great gathering spot for socializing. Gloria made my visit even more enjoyable reassuring me and informing about Hawaii safe travel due to the Covid pandemic. Travel to Hawaii was very easy and I think safe just a bit more planning (testing and QR code) . Would love to enjoy my vacation there again but #204 is already booked for next Feb. so DO NOT hesitate to book well in advance. Thanks again Gloria, Larry

We were unable to visit Gloria’s beautiful property due to the outbreak of the corona virus. We were so sorry we could not go and enjoy! Gloria was very kind and refunded all of our money. We plan to go when we are all safe to travel one day. Hopefully that time will be in the next year!

This condo was perfect for our getaway. Very spacious, clean. Great location. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. And I do mean everything! Beach toys, ice chests, bathrooms had lots of goodies(curling iron, sunscreen ect), kitchen is fully stocked with equipment, bedroom has comfy king size bed with different weight of blankets. Heck, I even found a heating pad and yoga mat in one of the dresser drawers! The owner has a whole basket full of maps and pamphlets with info about the island, but she emailed me before my vaca with alot of great info so I was ready to explore. This was our first experience renting a condo and I was nervous. But the owner was so helpful and courteous, she eased my fears. I cannot say enough about our experience. Cant wait for our next trip!
