Perfect location for our stay with everything we needed to have fun at the beach or relax on the lanai and enjoy the view. Host was very welcoming and provided helpful information. Would definitely stay there again!

The host was amazing, the view spectacular. The condo was cozy and had everything you needed. All the little things added up to a perfect stay - the ice maker, the comfy bed, the beach supplies and lanai sectional were such perks. Hosts were so accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Balcony was scenic. Kitchen was fine except for the coffee maker being quitw tempermental.....sometime it worked, sometimes not.

My wife and I spent 1 week in Dave's condo and truly enjoyed our time there. The views are truly beautiful and the location is great! It is close to everything needed - beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The condo is stocked with everything needed from a variety of seasonings and great coffee maker in the kitchen to all you need to enjoy the beach including beach chairs, sun umbrella, snorkeling equipment, and cooler. There is a grill available for the times you would like to stay in for dinner. We loved our evenings on the balcony with the gorgeous sunsets and the peaceful atmosphere.We would 100% consider coming back.

This property is amazing. Stocked with everything you need. Loved the pool! Pretty much had it to myself most days. You can't be the view. Thank you, David. I will definitely be back :)

Perfect! This studio suited us to a tee. Great bed, clean, absolutely wonderful shower, all the supplies we would have needed to enjoy the stay were all there (except maybe a set of dominos, which we forgot. We enjoyed the great views from the lanai and watching the turtles come in every evening to feed on the reef. David, the host kept us informed before and during our trip to anything that could affect us, like major traffic slowdowns excepcted or maintenence at the complex. Thank you! We will be back and would surely recommend the rental

Visiting Maui is a special experience. And this stay made that experience extra special! When traveling the most important things in any place you stay are a comfortable bed and a great shower. And this stay checked both those boxes with a giant check! Now to the views….its hard to explain in words a fantastic view, but let’s try. We found all the views of the water everywhere on the island are spectacular. And when you can get a magnificent view of the sun setting next to Molokai and passing whales breaching as they pass, well that’s a great view.

Breathe taking! Maui Rose is delightful. It was clean, comfortable and just as pictured. Thank you so much for making sure the bed and bedding was comfortable. We loved the Lani! Oh the views! The pools and grounds were outstanding.

Unending view’s combined with turtle and whale sightings

This place has an absolutely beautiful view and wonderful ammenities. The sunsets were gogeous and the whale watching was great! The place is very clean and quiet (except for traffic noise on the bedroom side). The neighborhood is very walkable (we walked a lot). There are wonderful eating places and grocery stores within 1/2-3/4 of a mile. We walked to Dukes for Supper one evening - it was about 1.2 miles away. It's an easy drive to the North Shore or to the beaches just south. We ended our trip to Maui here and loved this place. Check in and check out were easy! David was really easy to communicate with and responded quickly when I messaged him. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Property was on top floor facing the ocean and overlooking the pool, elevators made access easy, very quaint and clean and comfortable, with nice decor and everything nicely cared for and in excellent condition

The property is conveniently to explore the area near Lahaina. Common areas are specious and well maintained. Property has a wonderful water view to watch the sunset. Kitchen is well equipped and the living area is very comfortable.

There is no overstating or exaggeration of the facts, this condo checks all the boxes and then some! Everyday of our 10 day stay was a pinch me moment. If you are looking for clubs, bars, nightlife this is NOT the place for you! This condo is a little piece of paradise. Here you will find quiet, solitude, peace and tranquility. Well kept, clean, and equipped with all you would need for a dream vacation. BBQs on the property for your use or cook in the well-appointed kitchen. Need some rest? Sleep like a baby in the ultra-comfy king size bed. No air con, just cool natural island breezes and multiple fans to keep you cool. Tremendous balcony views of the ocean, sunsets, and coconut palms swaying in the breeze. There are walkable strip malls with groceries, takeout, a fresh fish shop, and multiple food trucks after 5pm. The roads are very drive able and in excellent condition. There is reliable bus service on the hour. The owners simply want you to enjoy your stay and will go out of their way to make that happen for you. This may have been our favorite trip to Hawaii. We have been to just about all the tourist islands and our stay at the Maui Rose was 10/10. Location was great, close to tons of restaurants! Close to some incredible beaches. Not too close to the big high rises in Kaanapali, but close enough to have a short drive to dinner. The owner David was super communicative and very prompt in his responses. He was very, very accommodating and helped us out a ton. We had a clogged drain during our stay due to construction happening next door, and he had a plumber out to us right away. He was very caring to make sure it didn’t interrupt our vacation plans. The full kitchen was very equipped with everything you could need. The bed was extremely comfortable and although there is no AC, it remained cool from the ocean breezes with the lanai door open and the fans going. I actually think I acclimated better to the heat and humidity because we weren’t in an AC environment. The view off of the lanai is to die for. There is a couch, table and chairs, with mood lighting and candles supplied if you want to use them. Everything was very clean and well maintained. He also has all the snorkel gear/ towels/ cooler / umbrellas and beach chairs you will need to make your adventures perfect. Even down to a car windshield sun-shade. If you are considering booking here, I would definitely recommend it highly.

The unit has fabulous views. We loved sitting on the lanai every morning with coffee. There is a comfy outdoor sofa too! The unit was perfectly stocked and very clean. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

This is such a cute condo in a great location. This is our 2nd stay at this property. Each time we have met very friendly owners and guests in the complex. The grounds are very well-maintained, the laundry facilities are very clean and efficient and the manager is onsite if any issues arise. The location of this unit has the best views and gets a nice cross breeze to keep the room cool. We look forward to staying here again and again!

The condo was cozy and clean with lots of amenities, beach equipment, and fun things to do. David, our host, was fun and communicative. The 180 degree view is awesome. The beautifully furnished balcony was peaceful and relaxing!

Our week stay in Maui was lovely overall. The location was perfect as we were in walking distance to beaches, shops, and food trucks. The check in process went very smoothly and parking was provided in the lot, making it easy to go in and out. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved waking up to the view each morning and seeing the palm trees and ocean. It was also wonderful to have beach supplies provided for such as snorkel equipment and boogie boards although one of the boogie boards was unusable. We had a couple issues with cleanliness in the kitchen, and shower. For the cleaning fee we have to pay I would like to see the place a bit more tidy overall.

We had a slight problem getting into the property because the lockbox was jammed. The owner called personally and had someone unlock it for us and checked to make sure everything was ok. The condo was beautiful with everything we could possibly need! The view from the lanai was gorgeous and we appreciated having everything we needed for the beach right there. The decorating and small extra touches made this the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at!

We enjoyed the neighborhood and the owners' meticulous attention to detail. Everything was clean and in working order. Kitchen supplies available, and we chose to cook most meals. Would book again with this owner. Thank you!

We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Just as described and then some. Everything you need including cooler, umbrella, boogy boards, lawn chairs, snorkel gear and inside, extra linens, blankets, pillows, fans, candles, lighters, etc. Best of all, it was clean!

We really enjoyed this property. Great layout, a kitchen that you can actually cook in, a cozy bed, and a great deck. Everything we needed for a relaxing stress free vacation!

The property was perfect our visit. My daughter and I absolutely loved the view. The location was great, just a few minutes from restuarants and shopping.

We stayed at this location for 8 nights. The location was perfect for us. Everything you read about it is true and not exaggerated. Close to everything we wanted to do. Less than 5 min to a grocery. The place itself is very clean and well decorated. Plenty of space to keep the place organized. We felt right at home. We had everything we needed for our beach visits, from cooler to beach chairs and towels. Bed was particularly comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need also. The view from the balcony is the BIG plus. We left the window open at nights so we could hear the ocean. Having breakfast on the balcony and watching the whales was awesome. We are so glad to find this piece of heaven.

Perfect location! We loved watching the whales from the spacious lanai. The condo was well-equipped, and the beach gear was an added bonus. Property manager was easy to work with and provided great information.

This is a lovely property. We have been visiting the island of Maui for the past 16 years. The property is centrally located for the west side. It’s a little different without Lahaina town but things are slowly returning. It is updated and comfortably furnished. The lanai has a lovely lookout over the ocean and the swimming pool. It has comfortable outside seating. It is equipped with pretty much everything you will need for your stay. Beach and snorkeling equipment are there for your use together with a cooler for your beach activities. We stay for an extended time, so do some cooking at home. The kitchen is well equipped with most everything you will need. We very much enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be returning.

I stayed along to get some rest and take in the views. I was not disappointed. I felt safe on the 4th floor to leave the patio door open. I could lay in the bed and look at the ocean. I would have my morning coffee on the patio because of the beautiful view. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a meal.
