Maui Kai 306 Oceanfront Condo, Fantastic Ocean Views

Great view. Convenient location

Stayed here before and would again. Everything about Maui Kai 306 was wonderful. Booking was simple, the condo is beautiful and the property location is unbeatable. Lovely setting. Quiet until last day. Noisy child wake up 7:00 am.

Condo is very clean, and just as listed. Comfortable and well equipped. Building is very quiet. Access is great, lots of parking. Pool and hot tub are not large but are beautifully well maintained and size is adequate because hardly anyone was using them. The two BBQs were readily available and wonderfully clean. We stayed in Maui Kai 7 years ago and at that time there was no sand access directly in front on the building. Now there is beach and much more sand along this entire shoreline making beach walks very nice and access to the water easier.

The unit was clean and nice condition. The lanai is not actually outside the unit but interior.

I loved every minute at Maui Kai. Being on the beach with the crashing sound of the waves, when I woke up and before going to bed was magical.I appreciated the immediate assistance from my condo owners when I reached out.My location, the Bose speaker to play music, the views....all of it were what I needed.I would stay here again in a minute!!!Thank you.

You can walk to many restaurants and beach access all around the property.

Enjoyable stay.

This was our Third time staying in this Condo. We were celebrating our 40th Anniversary. We loved the Maui experience of coming earlier in the year this time to view the Whales. What an amazing thing to see, and from our lanai at times as well ! Spectacular !!This Condo provides a safe place to stay and close to so many things to do. We highly recommend : )

This is a beautiful unit with one of best ever owners we’ve rented from. Unit is fully stocked and when we had a small problem at checkin the owner immediately resolved the problem. Great owner and a wonderful place to watch whales from!

We have stayed at this condo on Maui a few times. It's very clean and we appreciate all the cooking and kitchen amenities that are available. Very well stocked condo!

Wonderful property perfect for the two of us. Even a little glitch in check in was handled wonderfully by the owners who were quite responsive. We are already planning on going back!

Convenient location. Close to food trucks and grocery store. Beach was nice but rough surf with lots of wind this time of year. Whales spotted from beach. Lots of conveniences provided by owners. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom, beach stuff. They thouggt of everything to make out

It's like I was living on the beach. With all the comforts of home.

We had a wonderful trip even with an interruption and needed to stay on Maui longer! Upscale everything is so nice and spices there just above the stove! Miss those waves crashing each night! Excellent communication-cute, clean and equipped with everything you need! Conveniently located and the food trucks were an added bonus. The Kapalua Coastal trail’s starting point is right up the street from the condo!

The perfect place to stay in Maui; whale watching from our condo in complete comfort with a perfect ocean view. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

Great location, the nicest unit in the building, easy to book and check-in/check-out. 5/5 stars.

There is no better ocean view on the island. The condo was well equipped except for maybe a juicer. We love this property but it might be nice to upgrade the entry to the building. We would definitely stay there again!
