Tropical Gated Oceanfront Estate, Pool, Privacy, and huge ocean view on 2/3 acre

The house representative was OK to start with but after a few follow up questions he was quite put off. We decided to just make our way through the week without any help form him. The house keeper came by and she was great and was a tremendous amount of help. The house has Mini Split system A/C units in each room, one of the room had a bad mold or Mildew smell to it and mad two of the guest quite ill. The house was large enough and in a great location but we will not return. We are however looking for a similar house in the same area for next year. We go every year and would have loved to return to the same house ,but to many issues.

Location of the property and being able accommodate our entire family. The host and caretaker were very helpful and kept us informed about the house. This is our second stay here and planning to book again for next year.

Overall we had a very wonderful family gathering week together. However, it started poorly when we found out a week before our trip that the advertised safety gate for the pool was no longer available. The owner/host was less than helpful, and suggested we find one to rent and pay for ourselves. The house is beautiful, but not kept up-with many things not working or malfunctioning during our stay. Lights and fan system house wide difficult to use, one bedroom fan and light not working at all. Drains either slow or one tub not holding water. Shower stall door in one bathroom didn’t close, water pooled on bathroom floor. On a positive note, the house on island manager was very responsive to our issues- and did work to fix what he could. He provided a shower curtain and rod for us to install that did fix the leak problem!!The house “Information notebook” is old, worn, and tattered- seemed reflective of the home. There is a guest book- last entry 2 years ago and the book is filled …Be aware there is a lot of traffic and noise on the ocean side of the house. There are heavy electrical wires, and while this view didn’t really bother- it was the risk that they carry. We were told it is an island issue to replace/ upgrade current utilities especially in the aftermath of the Lahaina catastrophic fire.

The house, the pool, the yard and the location were perfect for our family reunion. A special thanks to the property manager, Darrel, for his great communications and ensuring thatwe had everything we needed.

A five-star stay! The house was perfect—clean, modern, and very spacious. The pool was a major highlight and the whole property is an excellent choice for a large group or anyone who loves to entertain. Manager was accommodating with clear instructions. A good amount of space to park multiple cars. Highly, highly recommend!

I could not of asked for a better family experience

The house size and space met our needs, the yard & pool were perfect for our age of grands. House description is accurate-a good Hawaiian home. Love the location on the island to get to Hana, Lahaina, Waiamea, LaPeruse, Paia-nothing too far. Would love to return!

My husband and I wanted to renew our vows with our kids and grands on Maui. This was the perfect location for all 17 of us to be together for 10 days. The space was perfect! The grounds were beautiful! There were a few minor hiccups but the property manager, Darrell was an excellent communicator and was always taking care of us. We will come back again in the future! I highly recommend this beautiful beach house! Mahalo!

Perfect home for a large group. Beach is across the street the back to the pool when the waves got to be to much for our little ones. Great property manager! Great location!

From start to finish this place was perfect for my bridal party to stay in! There were a total of 10 of us and everyone had their own bed with extra room to spare. It was in an amazing location and the backyard was so much fun to hangout in. I wish we could have stayed longer it was great!! Communication was great as well. We would pick this place all over again if we had to(:

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful piece of property. The yard was amazing and the lanai was definitely the hang out spot.

Our family of 6 adults and four children ages 6, 10, 10 & 12 enjoyed this little piece of paradise. Plenty of pool towels and lounge chairs. The outdoor patio furniture was great with shade for those wanting to stay out of the sun. The pool was an instant hit and the yard is huge! Dining outdoors was a nice option with the large dining table and lots of chairs. There is a gas grill, 2 fridges and enough room to park 4-5 cars. There is a large capacity washer and dryer and the outside shower was useful when returning from the beach. Darrell was helpful, accommodating and responded quickly.

If you are looking for a group gathering, this is the place. Location, and all other desires were right there.We were there during the last storm (Jan 2025), and did have some leaks and flooding, but that doesn't change how we felt about staying there. No one can predict the weather!I want to thank the property owner for offering such a beautiful place to vacation!!LB

We were a family of eight adults and six children ages seven and under. The pool and yard were amazing. We used all of the open areas inside and out but really loved the huge covered lanai. We also rented the Ohana unit for one of our little families. They appreciated the quiet down there. Note that you must go outside to reach it, but we didn’t mind. House was very well stocked with beach towels/regular towels and paper products. The beach is so convenient and undeveloped. We rented wagons and beach toys and it was so relaxing…short walk down the beach to a great produce market and shaved ice.

This property was a good fit for family of our kids, spouses, and grand kids - 15 total. It would have been more comfortabIe if the house had air-conditioning in the kitchen and living room-dining room. We spent lots of time on the large patio eating meals, playing games and making memories!

This property is beautiful and well located to shops and sea. well appointed and very comfortable.

The location of this property was great. It was right across the street from the beach. House was spacious inside as well as outside. Gave everyone plenty of space to be able to relax and enjoy the time there. House was well appointed and the communication with the property manager was great. He was super helpful checking in and out. Would recommend as a place for a large family getaway

We were a Party of 11 - we loved the house set up and the space was perfect for our large group - pool and beach access - awesome!

Great layout and location

We enjoyed the space the house offered, kiddos loved the pool and adults enjoyed the lanai! The only criticism i have is in regards to the obvious active termite issue in one of bedrooms. If you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Our family of three generations thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Everything is as described and more! Centrally located in Kihei, it's a nice walk on the beach to the convenience store, shaved ice and bakery. The beach is great for swimming and watching sunsets. The pool was a big highlight for all the kids from 45 years old to 3 years old. Every family having their own room with a bathroom was ideal. Thank you Robert and Darrell!!

The house was perfect for multiple families. We had 12 adults and one child. The house is stocked with pool toys and beach toys. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler which made life easier. There was even coral reef approved sunscreen and aloe for the sunburns. We rented the downstairs portion of the house also and it was great for our family. The house did get a little warm during the day, but the evenings were perfect with the air conditioners in each room. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. We used the grill multiple times throughout our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We loved our stay here! Our family of 17 had plenty of room and the house is very well stocked! We enjoyed being across from a great beach and absolutely loved having our own pool. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed here for our spring break trip with a family of 12 (including 3 babies under the age of 18 months). We only rented the upstairs portion and it fit us perfectly with each bedroom having a bathroom attached. The yard was very large and perfect for the kids to play in, and the adults to lounge by the pool. The host was extremely accommodating and easy to get ahold of for things like a propane refill for the BBQ and attention to a leaky sink. The downfall of this property in my opinion is the location of the property. It is right on a busy road so you can hear the cars all day and night, and the beach is not as nice as it is when you get closer to Wailea. But again, that is personal preference. Overall it was a good stay.

We chose this house due to it's proximity to the ocean, the fact that it had 4 bedrooms with private bath and the lanai/pool area looked very inviting. We are very familiar with the Kihei area as well which was a plus. The house met every expectation that we had. I would highly recommend renting this house if you have 4 or 5 parties (there is a Ohana if needed for a 5th party) that would like to have privacy but also hang around together in the common area. Places like this are hard to find!

Beautiful property; lay out allowed for privacy and great room for large gatherings; excellent furniture; nice kitchen; beautiful landscaping. Close to beach as indicated but is not a swimming beach. Good for walks. Have to drive a short distance to swimming beaches. Pool temp was comfortable, but pool needs repair. Tiles missing; algae growing along tile edge. Major complaints about twin bed - room and adjoining bedroom. Room [twin] dirty and dusty; floor not swept. Used 2 garbage bags of paper towels to wipe furniture walls and floor. Very dusty. white bedspread had brown stain on it. It and linens had to be washed. Bathroom shower curtain had mold on bottom hem. bath drain stopped up. Other bathroom cold water tap did not work. Other bedroom [queen bed] fine layer of dust and dirt. Floor dirty and needed to be cleaned. Master bath /tile shower has black mold top left. Bathroom next to master bedroom, has fan so loud it sounds like a hot rod. Everything still worked out ok but lack of cleanliness and maintenance was a real downer for a family birthday. Al Pozos

The property was perfect for our large family of all ages. We had a huge beautiful yard where the kids ran around and played with the football, people were in the pool, relaxing on the hammock, and playing card games on the patio. The patio furniture was perfect and we ate dinner outside every night. The kitchen had everything we could ever need. The landscaped yard is so beautiful and there was a beautiful view everywhere you looked. I can’t say enough about how perfect it was and the location right across the street from a beach.

Amazing home. You really cannot find anything on Kihei this size with views like this house has. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard pool, grass and sunset. The home was very large and well kept. We hope to get the opportunity to stay here again.

4 generation group to celebrate Great Grandpa’s 84th birthday. House worked well for all ages.

The size, location, appearance, and the help staff of this house was awesome. The house, with the downstairs apartment, were big enough for our family of 15 people. The location was right across the street from the ocean, and only 15 minutes from the airport. It was clean with more than enough cooking supplies, kitchen utensils, towels, and pool toys. And finally Rob and Darryl deserve two big high fives. The only bad thing is that there is no A/C, but there are plenty of ceiling and floor fans provided to help keep people cool.
