The space is well-appointed and very comfortable and the view is beyond amazing (ocean waves, turtles, whales)! This was our second year staying here and it felt like returning to a serene and magical home away from home. We couldnt have been more delighted with the room, location and the whole of Maui Kai.

This place was perfect. I loved the location, it couldn’t have been closer to the beach, and there were several amenities within a short walk. It is a studio, which would make you think it is on the small side, but there was plenty of room for the two of us. On arrival day I hadn’t yet seen instructions from the complex regarding checking in (though they HAD sent them to me), and when I reached out to the owner, he replied immediately. I would stay at this location again with no hesitation whatsoever.

The view is spectacular! It’s as if you’re on a boat! Loved watching the green sea turtles from the lanai. The beach is steps away and one evening we were lucky enough to see an endangered sea monk seal rest ashore for the night. Thanks again, Stan, for sharing your beautiful condo with us. It was so nice meeting you and your wife as well!

Room and setting was everything that was promised. We loved being on the lanai every morning reading and watching the ocean waves with Molokai and Lanai in the distance. Late in our stay we saw a lot of turtles in the water right in front of us and enjoyed snorkeling just down the beach from our place.

We had an amazing time. It felt as if the condo was loved and the owners equipped it with furnishings for their personal use, (Rather than low quality stuff they got for their rental.) It was perfect for my husband and I. We were surprised that the owners had a "happy anniversary" flower arrangement waiting for us. Yet another thoughtful touch.

This room and hotel was absolutely perfect. Tucked away and quiet, yet had the most amazing views of the ocean. It felt like we had our own private beach and ocean. The room had everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. The kitchen was well-equipped. Stan was very responsive as a host and even provided a generous gift card to a local restaurant. I cannot describe in words how wonderful this place was for us. The pictures are extremely accurate. Sunsets were incredible. Would definitely recommend a stay and would return.

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed in Maui and we have visited the island numerous times. Stan was so generous providing a floral arrangement and sign on the door celebrating our 40th anniversary. The unit was immaculate and fully stocked with all the essentials. Staying on the ground floor put us right next to the water, where we saw turtles every morning, stunning sunsets and even a pod of spinner dolphins one day. We would definitely recommend staying here and we plan on coming back as well in the future.

Working with Stan during the booking process was fantastic! He was super communicative, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. The place itself was absolutely stunning, boasting breathtaking views. Plus, there are markets and stores just a short, easy walk away, along with a beautiful beach nearby. It was an incredible experience all around!

Everything is as advertised. Location is amazing with easy access to beach. Kitchen and bath were stocked. Very clean with all essentials. We watched the whales playing every day from the lanai. Just amazing. We highly recommend for the price and location

About as close to the water as one could be...with turtle and whale sightings daily.Clean, bright property with a wonderful little kitchen. Couldn't have been happier!

Stan's property is outstanding. The view took our breath away—great space to have everything you need.The sunsets were unspeakable. I don't believe we could have this experience in any other state.We have a home in Myrtle Beach on the Ocean, and this space is even more beautiful.

If you enjoy falling asleep to waves crashing against the rocks 20' from your lanai, beach access 50' away, being less than 3 blocks from the food truck court or staying in a low traffic & quiet location, then this place is for you! Walking distance to so many things! Studio condo has more than enough space with the lanai being larger than expected to watch the beautiful sunsets from. Has all the necessities with ample dishes, silverware, etc. Heck, they even had a chip clip when I needed it! Community pool/hot tub area requires room card access (nice feature), VERY clean, and was pretty decent size. Pool area also included access to 3 full size gas grills, cornhole boards, decent book inventory, huge TV (can watch from pool/hot tub) and about 15 lounge chairs for sun bathing. If you end up staying here, say hi to Stanley and Ruth; what we named the two sea turtles that we saw swimming in the ocean EVERY day from the lanai. Seeing whales breach in the distance was a nice little bonus too!

This place is amazing! The view was spectacular and so peaceful. The unit was clean and well stocked. We had a minor maintenance issue and it what promptly taken care of. Would highly recommend!!

The most gorgeous views and sunsets from our room

The condo was very clean and looked exactly as it appeared in the photos. The view was amazing and location perfect. Many places within walking distance. Stan was very responsive any time we had questions. We have already booked again for next year!

Everything was very accurate about the property and room. It was perfect for my wife and I for part of our Hawaiian Honeymoon. One down side the AC wasn’t powerful and it took a while to cool the room but everything else was great.

My husband and I stayed here while we got married in Maui and it was breathtaking the moment we walked in. The check in was easy, the view is AMAZING. Nothing like sleeping to the waves. Lots of food and things walkable from this spot. Snorkeling right outside our room, saw turtles, sting rays and lots of fish. Best sunsets on the island. We will be back!! Mahalo!

My wife and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay here. The condo was clean and private. The process was easy and communication was great!

Absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful studio! Our hosts also left the most beautiful keepsake for us that came with a truly sweet handwritten note. We had everything we needed and more, easy to park, gorgeous lanai where we could watch sea turtles every morning. Will definitely come back as soon as we can. Thank you!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! We felt so welcomed with a beautiful sunset our first night we stayed and they continued throughout the week! Very cute and thought the condo came with a well stocked kitchen. Located within short walking distance of Honoapiilani Food Truck Park, which was tasty and made for an easy dinner.

My husband and I stayed at Stan's place after a week in our Ka'anapali timeshare. We loved being on the ground floor and having a great view of the water. The condo had everything we needed and plenty of room. We enjoyed walking to the food truck park to pick up dinner or going to the fish market just down the road. I love walking the beach every day, and it was so easy to do from this condo. The sound of the waves helped us to go to sleep each night. We definitely plan to stay here again!

We spent our honeymoon there and couldn’t be more pleased with Stan’s place. Great location, great ocean view, good amenities and good communication. We are already planning a trip back in our first anniversary!

After reading the reviews, I was skeptical that this place would be up to expectations, but it actually delivered! We thought we couldn't do any better after 2 glorious weeks at Westin ORV, but Stan was able to allow us in early (no waiting around between vacation spots) and the suite was wonderful - fully stocked better than our kitchen at home! The view and surf are amazing of course, but having all the amenities AND some peace and quiet away from all the people Maui tends to bring, now THAT was worth every penny! What a fantastic way to unwind after all the site-seeing around the island! And thank you Stan for allowing us to stay a little longer at the end so we wouldn't be homeless for too long before our late night flight. My wife really didn't want to ever leave!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! Stan’s place has the best view you could possibly ask for. While the island has much to offer, some of our most memorable moments during our trip were sitting on the lanai every morning watching the whales and drinking our coffee! The location was safe, clean, private, and absolutely perfect. If you’re reading this review - just book this place already.

This is a beautiful property that is directly ocean front with unobstructed viewing. The unit was clean and fully updated and had most kitchen items except a cocktail shaker and a pasta strainer if you plan to eat in. Honestly we loved staying there and can't wait to go back. During whale season, which we were there for, you can watch them from the lanai, absolutely stunning.

This was an excellent property with a fabulous view! We could see whales out every morning and just steps to the beach and a lovely beach path. The kitchen was well equipped, and the studio was very efficient and functional. We enjoyed our stay greatly, and would definitely consider coming back again. The owner and the property manager and office staff were all friendly—fabulous! The cabana with the pool and hot tub was clean, and lovely!also. Overall just an outstanding place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was wonderful. The check-in process was easy, the room was clean, and the location was wonderful. The facilities at this place are great, we went in the hot tub and pool every night we were there. It was also convenient that they had a washer/dryer (coin operated) on almost every floor. I would highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay! We were gone most of the time during the day because the rest of the family was staying nearby. We would come back and have a nice place to relax in the evenings and leisurely mornings watching the whales. Perfect!

This property is so close to the ocean if it were any closer you’d be in it! Beautiful view of the waves, dolphins, sea turtles, and surfers as well as two of the islands. It was a perfect walk to Dukes and Whalers Village down the beautiful pathway.

It was our first stay in Maui, and we couldn’t ask for a better one. The condo was clean and stocked with everything you’d need, the beach was just a short walk off the lanai. And the view from the room was breathtaking. We watched sun set every night. We were also surprised by the cabana by the pool that had a game room for all ages and full kitchen, which is very convenient if you want to cook by the pool after a long day. Thought I’d mention that because I look to reviews to help book my stays. Over all we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay (: thank you for having us we will be back!

This property is right over the ocean and you hear the waves and see the gorgeous ocean from the unit. Stan was wonderful to us as the people who were in the unit had COVID and he had to locate another unit for us to stay in. He was very responsive and caring, understanding how important the place we are staying in is to make our Maui experience special. While a bit dated, the units are clean and comfortable. I like having a kitchen to keep food in so we don't have to eat out all the time. The unit is located in a populated area with lots of reasonable places to eat out and a grocery story right near by.
