Ocean Front ground floor cozy condo with brand new bedroom remodel!

Great views! We really enjoyed our stay.

Location was great, the beach access was nice. About 50mins away from Kīhei and Paia. House was stocked with everything minus a cooler. That would have been nice for beach days. Hosts communicated well. Would recommend and stay again.

The unit had an amazing oceanfront view. We enjoyed the patio and lawn for daily sunsets. We loved the quick and easy access to the grounds being on the ground floor. We saw so many turtles everyday. The beach out front isn't very swimmable, but a further walk along the path leads to a pretty secluded beach. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. No AC, but we kept the windows and doors open, and the trade winds kept it fairly cool. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and even snorkels (we did not use) provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. I booked several condos on the west side for my grown children as we were attending my daughter's wedding. My son 2 sons and their wives stayed here. They really enjoyed the pool and it was right on the ocean!

This unit was comfortable for my husband and I. We loved sitting on a lounger under the palm trees and listening to the waves. We snorkeled right in front of our unit and swam with turtles, it was magical! We found enough places nearby to eat and driving to lahaina was not that far of a drive!

It's nearly impossible to be any closer to the water!Enjoyed watching the turtles and the shark's fishing near the shore!Helpful hands for future travelers, the coffee maker is a Kurig, so be prepare your shopping accordingly. Consider your expectations as disclosed no AC, so it can be hot and humid. Absolutely, we would consider staying here again!

There are a good number of positives about this property. The location can't be beat, the views are amazing, and the condo's quaintness made for a great experience. The towels were fresh and new, and the bedding was very clean overall. The kitchen is well stocked, and the fridge has an icemaker, which helps keep those beverages cold. We saw numerous sea turtles, rainbows, and beautiful sunsets. The downside of this property is that the bathroom and the condo itself need a deep clean. The bathroom is older, which a person can deal with. However, it was not clean.

Lovely first floor unit with unbeatable views. Very comfortable master bed along with plenty of kitchen necessities. By far the warmest pool we have ever experience. That was a great surprise. Easy parking and excellent proximity to food options galore. Thank you!

My wife and I spent a week at this beautiful condo. The condo decor and accommodation are fabulous! As far as the location (especially on the ground floor), it was the BEST experience ever! You're able to open the sliding door and enjoy the ocean view, sounds, and breeze. There is no AC, and it was not needed with the cross breeze moving through the condo. The location is exactly what we needed. Not too close to the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but still close enough to drive to. One huge plus, we were able to see Whales, dolphins, and tortoises, from the back deck. The owners graciously have binoculars to use along with snorkel gear. This condo rental will be our number-one choice for future Maui vacations. Needless to say, super happy with our condo choice!

Everything was as advertised. Cannot beat a ground level unit right on the water. Loved the views, turtles, pool and clean, quiet grounds. Don’t pass this one by.

First first time at the property, but perhaps 10th time on Maui. Thought the unit was very clean, updated, had everything we needed, with a lovely view. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I hesitated when I saw that it was a ground floor unit, but pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It’s a private area with an excellent view of the water which really is 60 feet away from your patio. China Boat is a restaurant across the street which we had takeout from and ate on our patio and it was excellent. The accommodations were magnificent. They really do have a gem on Maui.

Adorable property in a nice area. Macadamia nuts as a welcome gift, great little touch. Many amenities to make you feel at home. Super cute, and clean. Mahalo!

Older property but great location and view! We loved our stay and plan to return. Very convenient and close to the main tourist areas but we looked forward to getting back to our room, and view, each day after activities. Having snorkel gear, and beach chairs was a plus. No A/C was a concern but the ocean breeze flowing thru the unit very nice!

Great place in Maui. The room is oceanfront on ground floor. No direct beach access due to rocky area, but you can walk to nearby beaches if desired. I'd stay here again.

Loved this location. Plenty of great beaches & plenty of great restaurants in the area. Saw turtles almost daily. Loved having the beach chairs & snorkeling gear as well as a small cooler on hand. Chocolates on arrival a nice touch. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 is that it’s slightly outdated & a little on the warm side with no air conditioner. Fan was provided. There is a self pay laundry station just out the door. We would book here again. Great communication with the hosts.

The apartment was just what we needed. Loved the beach gear that was available. Beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel stuff. The kitchen was nice and well equipped with appliances if you wanted to do any cooking. The bedroom and bathroom are dated but the owners book says they are on the list to be remodeled. The couch, spare blankets and the bathroom just felt so/so clean but everything else was good. The turtles, sharks and sunsets did not disappoint! The unit is not air-conditioned but I prefer the ocean breeze blowing through anyway. Overall pleasant stay!

We spent four days at this great little condo. It was well located close to lots of beautiful beaches and plenty of Restaurants and places to shop. Loved the ground floor location. Beautiful cross breeze kept it cool day and night. We didn’t cook a lot because our stay was only four days, but the kitchen looked very well appointed. And I particularly appreciate the functional knife set. So many properties skimp on their knives but this set offered everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of towels for two of us. I definitely stay again. There was so much to do and see in West Maui I definitely stay again. There was so much to do and see in West Maui we for sure we for sure need to go back.

We had a great stay! Away from the resort chaos yet close to everything. Amazing views with sea turtles every day! Quiet neighbors and very clean grounds. All of the beach equipment that was provided was the best! Didn’t have to worry about renting anything. There really isn’t an accessible sandy beach but that didn’t detract from our visit. Thank you!!!

I took my two young daughters, 9 and 13, for their very first trip to Maui. The property is very well kept and close to markets, food, etc. The owners left a folder explaining the history of the unit and how it’s been in the family for many years. It was a pleasure to be a guest and create new memories in this home. My daughters absolutely loved it! We saw sea turtles, sharks, rainbows and so much more! I’ll definitely plan on starting here again on my future visits.

This was the perfect location for our anniversary trip. My husband's first trip to the islands! The condo was clean, spacious, and had the most stunning view! It was in a fantastic location close to coffee, restaurants, and the bigger resorts to access their luaus, restaurants, etc. Loved the absolute peace of this condo though! Enjoyed the outside spaces at all times of day. Parking was always available! We would love to come back!

The location was amazing. Oceanfront views every morning. The condo was very inviting and comfortable. The breeze was incredible and kept the condo well ventilated. Very friendly neighbors. Will definitely book on our next trip here!

We stayed at Kahana Reef 47 years ago on our honeymoon. We had a budget of $1000. We needed airfare, lodging, a car, and food. A travel agent directed us to $20/night condos for our two weeks, Kahana Reef. Individually owned and rented through office by laundry room. Still have brochure in our album. Direct beach access, no sea wall or pool then China boat predicessor across the street as well as sugar cane fields up the hillside. They were burning the cane while we were here. Amazing sight. Created a few issues with small critters escaping the burning but KR was prepared. Great visit then and 3 more visits since. First time we have been on ground floor. Love this unit. Clean and neat. We bbq’d with our son n family who were staying down the road. Great family sunset pics. Oh has Kahana changed since our first visit. Here you don’t feel crowded. DnJ

We really liked the condo, the view of the ocean is wonderful! But our vacation was not complete because it was impossible to swim in the ocean because of the reef sharks that came every evening. Because the fishermen next to the hotel washed their fish every day,

We loved our stay there! Every time we’d walk up to the edge of the water right in front of our back door we’d see 3-8 turtles at a time hanging right by the edge. We were able to take nice, long walks along the beach right next to the community, it felt very private! The place inside was great as well! We felt comfortable, enjoyed every minute!

Spotless, great location, owners were quick to respond to any questions. We’d love to stay in this condo again.

This was my 2nd stay at this property and, like the first time around, we had a great time. The first floor unit has amazing views and you're just steps away from the waters edge and a small/quaint beach area. The condo is spacious and clean and having access to beach towels/chairs/umbrella is a definite plus!

Unit was as described, the bed was very comfortable. The complex is quiet and peaceful. The best part was sitting on the patio, having coffee, reading, having dinner and watching the whales.

We came to Maui in January to see the whales and they did not disappoint!

The condo was just as listed. Bonus items included beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The property had a small beach adjacent to it and pool on site. We also enjoyed it’s walkable distance to a general store, Maui brewing, and other restaurants like Miso Phat Sushi (highly recommend). Can’t beat this place for the price!

I can’t imagine a better experience! The ocean view is pure heaven! Literally anything you could want has been provided from a perfectly stocked kitchen to beach equipment. The unit has been recently remodeled and the bed is super comfortable. We had a minor maintenance issue and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Overall, highly recommended!

The location was absolutely amazing! We had breakfast on the lanai while watching for whales, spent hours playing at the beach just steps from the property and watched the sunset from the seawall. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs and boogie boards. The kitchen had many extras as well like a blender, waffle maker and French press. The view from the lanai can’t be beat!

We enjoyed the beautiful location on the water, friendly guests, and snorkeling with turtles. The accommodations were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Sunsets, whale watching and relaxing evenings on the patio were a great way to enjoy dinner.

It was home away from home except in Maui. Beautiful view and owners were just a call away if I had any issues. I booked thru Expedia and they didn’t let me know about construction on going Monday-Friday 8 to 3:30. So we managed to be gone around those times. But very relaxing on the weekends! Most definitely will return when construction is complete!
