We have stayed at the Mahanna several times and tried various condos and this one did not disappoint!!Its is very updated and clean and up on the 8th floors allows you to see the sea life (lots of turtles) easily with no obstructions.The sunsets from the lani are amazing and this time we were even treated to the most amazing rainbow without ever leaving our condo.

This unit is on the 8th floor in the Molokai (North) building. The views were incredible and the unit was very well maintained. The property is on the West side of Maui so very nice sunset views right from the unit/balcony nightly. We were also able to see several turtles in the waters below. We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very organized, providing appropriate instructions for check-in, parking, property rules, etc. and maintained very good communication throughout. There was an issue with the air conditioning in the building during our stay (not the fault of the host, it was for routine building maintenance, and it is back on now), and our host provided up front communication regarding the issue and provided timely updates throughout. Temp AC units were provided during the outage and our host did everything he could to ensure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay. Cant say enough good things about this property, unit and host.

Watch turtles, dolphins and sea lions from the condo. Great beach for snorkling. Condo is very clean and has everything. Walk to shops, pubs and groceries. Great place!

Lemme start with my needing a vacation so bad I was totally disorganized and missed the welcome message—even though I said “ok thanks” after receiving it—but found the place easily, checked in, and settled in just fine. The host was super responsive and friendly when I missed everything, and the unit was superbly appointed and in a great location. We’d gladly stay there again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was very well stocked. While everything was perfect, the very best thing was the view! It was absolutely spectacular. We were able to see so many whales and turtles. We have traveled a lot and this is by far our very favorite place. So peaceful and beautiful!

Strikingly beautiful in design, decor, and location, this was the perfect accommodation for an extraordinary week in Maui. From watching whales and turtles from the lanai with our morning coffee to the sunsets at cocktail hour from the living room, this place reminded you every day that you were in paradise. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and updated! It’s on a super high floor so you can see down into the ocean and see the turtles and we also got to see a stingray! You will also see whales breaching if you go during mating season. The unit was equipped with beach towels and beach chairs, which was a major plus! Also has some fun family games in the cabinet. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for having us!

This listing is worthy of ten stars. Everything about the location is described exactly how it is and breathtaking is an understatement. The views are to die for. Ken’s place was worth every single penny and we will be back! The location of the condo was better than all the resorts in its proximity to the beach. The inside was spacious, clean and felt like we were living in luxury all week. Ken was communicative and check in was simple. I can not say enough positive things about this place. If it’s available- BOOK IT!!

Very happy with our condo at the Mahana! We are very familiar with the Mahana property and appreciate it for its ideal location and warmer weather during the January/Winter season. We saw lots of whales and turtles on this trip, too! The house was stocked with almost everything we needed (was hoping for a beach umbrella) and although the square footage is a little limiting, the home felt large enough for the 2 of us. Thank you for sharing it with us!

My husband & I have stayed at the Mahana on numerous occasions when we visit Maui. This condo, by far, is the nicest we’ve stayed at. Super clean, very modern & a really comfortable bed! Have only good things to say about our stay & would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at the Mahana for 20 plus years. This is by far one of the nicest units we have ever stayed in. Would definitely give it 10/10 and highly recommend. Looking to go back in the Spring and Fall 2025 and will definitely stay in this unit.

Second time staying in this condo and, just like the first time, everything was great. Very comfortable, all the amenities you need and, of course, the wonderful view. The only bad part was having to leave We will be back.

Stayed 11 days, 10 nights at this amazing condo. The unit was updated, with everything you could ever need. The whole check-in process was easy, with step by step instructions. The host Ken, responded to all our inquiries prior to arrival. We had absolutely no issues our whole stay. The views from the living area and lanai are to die for.Condo is in quiet area away from larger hotels, has awesome gas grills if you like to cook. Ken Mahalo👍👍

This property was perfect in every way! Easy check-in, clean, all the amenities you need, ocean views from private patio, walking distance to food truck park and snorkel and other shops across the street. We loved watching sunsets in the evening and whale watching in the morning right from the patio! The pool on the property was nice, but we also enjoyed snorkeling in the reefs right behind the property.

What a wonderful space and the view! Whales, turtles in the surf and 180 degree views of the ocean. Very private. We loved it!

We just stayed for a few days at the end of our Hawaiian vacation. So, we mostly stayed in the unit, which is pretty easy to do. It has spectacular views, and we delighted in sitting on the lanai watching whales, dolphins, and windsurfers, as well as the turtles feeding in the reef below. It is a great location- well connected to the sea walk, so we enjoyed our morning walks. It is also connected to a gym in a different building. Once I figured out how to access it, I enjoyed that amenity as well.

This condo was even better than the pictures. We have traveled many places and this was one of the best! Luxury, quality of everything, from the furnishings to the appliances and bedding. The view was breathtaking every-time! I have never felt so comfortable in a VRBO. We can’t wait to come back. Perfection!

Clean, convenient, comfortable

Every time we seem to plan less activities and spend our time enjoying the unit, listening to the surf watching the whales. Also a great work space.

Really enjoyed our stay, check in was a breeze and condo was very nicely appointed with upscale furnishings and decor. Parking was plentiful. Location was within walking distance to many restaurants and just a short drive to Kapula and Napili area. Would definitely stay again…hopefully next year.

This was our fourth time staying in the complex; first time in this unit. Due to changes in construction laws since the complex was built, it is less than 50 feet from the ocean and has one of the only, totally unobstructed 180 degree views of the ocean from every unit. Even the most expensive resorts are set much further back and will typically have other buildings from your view. That is the reason we keep coming back. That said, everything went smoothly. The unit is as described and pictured, except for the visibly worn condition of some of the living room upholstered furniture and rug. The rug was quite dirty and I brought it to the owner's attention. He was apparently unaware of the condition and apologized and sent a person to have it spot cleaned right away. Everything else was high quality and the area is very quiet, approximately four miles north of Lahaina town. We plan to return.

This unit is great! Floor to ceiling glass, clean, and modern. The area it’s in is also great. We saw Many whales every day from the unit. That being said it’s not cheap but you get what you pay for…. I recommend highly

This was our 3rd time to Maui and this property was, by far, the best of any we've stayed in. The view of the water is amazing and we caught ourselves many times just looking out searching for signs of whales (of which we saw many). The beach is super close as well as the beginning of the boardwalk that will take you all the way south through almost all of Kaanapali. We will absolutely try and stay here again on future Maui trips.
