Beautiful Ocean-view 1-Bedroom Villa available throughout the year, located on Maui's pristine northwestern shore.
The 900sqft Villa includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom, spacious living room with a pull out sofa bed, and a separate room with a king-sized bed.
The rental offers typical amenities of a hotel such a housekeeping services, TV, internet in addition to the benefits of ownership-style features such as washer and dryer, full-sized refrigerator, range, dish washer, service ware, cook ware, and more. Guests are also able to take full advantage of the resorts amenities and facilities including pools, tennis courts, cabanas, spa services, concierge, etc. (note: some may include additional fees).
Note: Ocean View guaranteed for 7-night stays booked more than 8 months prior to for check-in. Also only available for bookings beginning on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Exceptions: TBD.

Please submit an inquiry prior to all reservation request. This unit functions like a timeshare and requires a two-step availability verification process. I will to keep the calendar up to date, but oftentimes there may not be availability even though the VRBO site indicates there is. Specific weeks will be noted. Pricing for March 2021 and earlier generally reflects flex room. Ocean view villas are subject to a higher rate. Thank you for your patience.
Fees: There is no tax, though your stay will carry a $8-$10/night occupancy charge, payable to the Westin. Most reservations will also have a $38 cleaning fee also payable to the Westin at check-out. On-site parking is free.

Like many, our trip to paradise was postponed because of COVID, so we were very eager to experience Maui for the 1st time. We were pleased with the accommodations: The grounds are beautiful. Impeccably clean. Decent snorkeling outside your back door. Nice location on he island. Make no mistake, this is a timeshare. You’re not renting a specific unit. You won’t know until check-in what your view will be.
The property was better than expected! Communication with the property manager, location, cleanliness, and service was everything we could hope for.
Excellent communication and cooperation with owner made this trip especially fabulous. Due to Covid we had to reschedule several times and she was wonderfully patient and accommodating. The property itself is unparalleled- beach views everywhere, gorgeous swimming pools, delicious dining, and attentive staff. The room was really like a small flat, with full kitchen, laundry, jetted tub and shower, dining table, living area with balcony, and separate bedroom. Highly recommend!
