This exclusive property offers private waterfront views of the sought-after surf break, Tavares Bay, with sandy beaches within a 3 minute walk away. Conveniently located near the historic Paia Town's boutique shops and restaurants, it provides easy access to the area's hiking trails, surf spots, and pristine white sand beach for an unforgettable retreat.
Within a short distance, you'll discover sandy beaches perfect for sunbathing and swimming, and nearby world-class surf, windsurf, and kiteboarding spots. The location is also conveniently close to numerous attractions like the awe-inspiring Haleakala crater, the captivating road to Hana, enchanting rainforest hikes, and cascading waterfalls.
The villa boasts awe-inspiring 180-degree ocean views from a wrap-around deck and private grassy lawn, complemented by a wet bar, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a 6-burner gas stove and oven. Four bedrooms with plush California king mattresses and two bathrooms across the first and second stories ensure a restful stay. Additionally, two bedrooms are furnished with flat-screen TVs. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
The charming cottage features high open-beam ceilings, two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and amenities like internet/WIFI, a Master bedroom with a King Size Bed and Roku TV, and an additional bedroom with a queen size bed, offering a cozy retreat for up to 4 guests.
Outside, the private pool area beckons with inviting lounge chairs, tables, and seating, while the property provides beach and pool accessories, along with beach towels. Stay connected with the provided Internet/WIFI and enjoy a 30-foot private grass front lawn complete with a seating area and a gas BBQ grill. Laundry facilities are available, and ample onsite parking is provided.
Within our property, you'll discover a charming grassy lawn that overlooks the mesmerizing ocean view, complete with six comfortable lounge chairs and two outdoor BBQs to enhance your experience. The pool area offers four more lounge chairs and two tables, each paired with two chairs for your utmost relaxation. To add to your enjoyment, we gladly offer beach chairs and pool toys for you to borrow at your convenience.
Please be aware that the property is situated along a cliff's edge with rocky ocean views below, making swimming in this area not recommended. The edge does not have a fence, so families with young children should take this into consideration when booking.
However, just a short 4-minute walk away, you'll find the delightful Tavares Bay, a sandy beach perfect for swimming and abundant with turtles, making it an ideal spot for families. Please exercise caution when walking from the property to this beach as it involves crossing a main road.

This property can be be best chatacterized as "rustic" and had many issues that makes it evident that the owner has not spent much time upgrading or even keeping the property at a level that validates the price asked. We utilized both the main house and Ohana suite and neither could be described as optimal. Broken,or ripped furniture, cracked mirrors, leaking faucets, stained bedding,beds and a dire need for maintenance including paint, window replacement, screen repairs (no air conditioning but if you use the shutter windows half the screens were not functioning), neither fridge had operational water filters or ice makers, appliances were older and worked but definitely could use replacement. The BBQ and oven for the Ohana suite were unusable however the main house was functioning. Burnt out lights, pathway lights half operational, TV's only in 3 of 6 total bedrooms and none in family areas. The outside shower was operational but probably hasn't been cleaned or maintained for a few years. Our overall feeling was one of being taken advantage of by an owner maximizing profits with a property needing basically a complete renovation. Pearl tried her hardest to fix or address what she could and we appreciated her help, however there is just too many issues with this property for us to feel comfortable recommending it to anyone expecting a good value for their vacation dollars.
Simply wonderful place. Traveled with 9 family members. We were very comfortable in the two houses. Beach was only a couple of hundred feet walk. Turtles galore. Pearl was an amazing host. Enjoy.
Absolutely stunning location in Paia on Maui's north coast. It was perfect for my family (all 11 of us). The facility had all we needed, the pool was great and communication with the manager was excellent. Highly recommend this place.
Cannot be happier with my stay. The house was perfect for me and my extended family. It has a separate unit 5 feet away from the main house which worked out perfectly. Great view of the ocean. Plenty of space. All the amenities. Close to the town square. Will most definitely come back here again. 10/10 for the house and the host.
