Enjoy the shaded lanai to relax or dine outside while taking in the ocean and garden views of the 15 acre tropical resort. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk. Complimentary Mai Tai's and hula dancing by the pool every Wednesday and complimentary Maui News newspaper every day.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

This place was perfect. Right across from the beach and the condo itself had everything. It's exactly how it was described. I would 100% recommend that people stay here
This is a modern unit with two bedrooms. It was a great place, close to pool, bbq, beqch, shopping, but far enough that it's not noisy. We thought it was two view bedrooms but the 2nd room faces foliage and the parking. It was still lovely, comfortable, and we would stay again.
Our second time in this unit and it did not disappoint. We will definitely be back.
We stayed here over spring break with our 3 kids. The condo was super clean and beyond well stocked. It was in a great location with a short walk to the beach and even had everything you needed to enjoy your time at the beach. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

This condo is ideal as it is in building 10 which is angled toward the water but set back enough that there is no road noise. The view at sunset is perfect from the master bedroom and deck. The beds were comfortable and the environment spotless and comfortable. Kitchen well supplied with high quality cookware and utensils. Overall, highly recommended.

This condo was so well equipped with everything that we needed. The kitchen was the best we have had in a rental unit. My only con would be limited plastic dishes if you wanted to eat down at the barbecues or take glasses down to the pool. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the vicinity to the beach. We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that but would also book through PMI again. Matt was prompt with reservations and any emails or concerns we had. A great vacation.
I didn’t know that there were only portable air conditioners, only in the bedrooms. My son was sleeping in a sofa bed without any air and even with fans on he could hardly sleep with the heat, even in April. Otherwise, the condo is in prime location. The beach is just across the street, we saw turtles there, basking in the sun. I would definitely stay here again, although I would ask if another air conditioning unit can be added.
