Welcome to Maui Kamaole F101 – your perfect island retreat! This beautifully appointed ground-floor condo features 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The dual-bathroom layout is ideal for families or couples traveling together. The bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, while the guest bathroom features a convenient walk-in shower. The spacious living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional guests. For your comfort, there is a window AC unit in both the living room and bedroom to keep you cool during your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with full-sized appliances, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals during your stay. For added convenience, the condo also includes a private in-unit washer and dryer — perfect for refreshing beachwear or packing light. When you're ready to dine out, take a short walk to nearby spots like Kinaole Grill Food Truck, Maui Thai Bistro, and Café O'Lei Kihei.

Located in south Kihei next to Wailea, the Maui Kamaole Resort is Kihei's premier resort. This low-density resort is spaciously designed in order to allow lush landscaping and many amenities. Amenities include two swimming pools, two hot tubs, two tennis courts, an activities desk, gas barbeque grills throughout the resort, and assigned parking. It is located across the street from the world-class Kamaole Beach III and just a five-minute walk from fantastic Keawakapu Beach.

Everything about the welcome and check-in procedures went great and were first class. All the basic essentials we required for the bathrooms and kitchen (from paper towels and toilet paper, to wash cloths and soaps) were outstanding as well. Bathroom towels and beach towels were top notch as well. Much of the furniture was lovely, new looking and clean as well. Knives, cutlery and dishes, beautiful and new.Unfortunately, there were also a few specific issues we noted. Not in any particular order - 1) There were 6 pillows in total to accommodate the Queen bed and the pull out couch. All 6 pillows were identical, and best for back sleepers. It seemed unusual there wasn't at least 2 pillows to choose from of different weight and compression to accommodate another sleeper types. As a result my wife and I struggled with sleeping.2) The bedroom A/C is old and the fan has seen its better days. The loudness didn't help with our sleep challenges. 3) The 2 beach chairs were great and we appreciated them, but there wasn't a beach umbrella to make the day at the beach 'complete' and a little more enjoyable without the direct sun exposure.4) The Mr. Coffee machine in the Kitchen was very old with a broken lid and needed scouring to clean before we could first use it. 5) You could tell the rugs in the family room and bedroom were lovely and fairly new, but we were surprised at how dirty they were and in need of rug shampooing.
The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and the location was great.

The upper pool was not in use for a few days but the grounds were nice.
Stayed at tis location several times. Great amenities, quiet and in a very good location.
Couldn’t get the bedroom AC to work but just opened the slider and left the screen closed and it was very comfortable. Nice place, good space.
I loved the ground floor unit with 2 lovely private garden seating areas with sun and shade options. Clean and attractive unit and grounds. Also appreciate the beach paraphernalia to make for a perfect holiday.
