MKV 415 Updated Open Condo w Ocean Views and Sunset Beach Walks

Great condo! We love the resort. The beach chairs were nice. Great ocean view. I wish housekeeping would come once during the stay.

This is the second time I have stayed in this unit. I love the space and the views. I have a time share next door, but enjoy coming multiple times a year. This resort has my favorite beach, so I enjoy staying here! It was a perfect week in paradise!

room dated and looks like it has not had a deep clean for a while. There are cobwebs on intake for AC. Lamps had dust you could wipe off with a finger. The curtains and wallpaper look like they have been there since the 70's. divider curtain between bedroom is broke and looks like it the original. Lots of area that need paint touchup. The kitchen and bathroom are both updated and nice. All wood tables are nice. We have stayed at MKV for probably close to 20 years. This was the most dated unit I have been in.

We love MKV! This condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check in and check out was a breeze, and the manager was attentive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in Maui. We visit the island every year and plan on visiting again for yers to come.

This condo is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Great views and easy access. Love the new remodel.

Loved the property - would definitely return. Quiet yet close to the action at whalers village. Condo was large and came with most things needed for our vacation.

This was our 3rd time staying at MKV but the 1st time in this room. The view is wonderful & I booked this room based on the pictures & furnishings however the couches & chairs had stains & looked like they all needed to be professionally cleaned. The mattresses could use an update as well. The top sheet on one bed had dried blood on it, we didn't notice until I made the bed on day 2. There were ant & mouse traps all over the unit (4 in total). It made us a little paranoid! We were given 5 towels for 2 adults & a teen for a 6 night stay & I asked for more & they told me I could wash them but they will not supply more. Condiments included salt & pepper nothing else. Screen doors were off the tracks & difficult to open & close, screens on windows were not on correctly, drawers in refrigerator were broken. We had a flood in the closet that we reported to the PM & they fixed it quickly. It was from the AC unit. I asked for more towels because we had to use ours to clean up the flood & they brought beach towels because they said they were out of bath towels. It seems like the management company is pinching pennies at the expense of the guests. Next time we'll be back at MKV it's a fantastic resort... but not in this room.

I will make this quick and to the point. We loved it and will stay here again. Location is great, beach walk trail through resort, short walk to cafe (tasty but ) and beach. Free trolley rides, stop right outside lobby, ride to Whaler Village etc. Trolley does not go to Times supermarket, 20-30 min walk (3-5 min drive); ABC store at Whaler Village. February weather and water temp were amazing (very warm)! Whale watching was breathtaking! Staff friendly and helpful; they stored our luggage until 4 pm (check in). Elevators very quick (never waited) and quiet. Free cold fresh filtered water by elevators. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate in am (decent drip coffee). Table tennis, bocce ball, and books available. Room is huge! Beds and living/dining separated by wall and accordion style partisan. Lots of comfortable seating in room in and in lobby area. Comfortable bed and furniture. Lots of fans, and outlets. A/C. The unit has an amazing breeze! Big closets. Great shower. Magnifying mirrors in sink area. Big mirror to get ready. We ate out but kitchen looked stocked. View was amazing. Unit has 4 beach chairs, umbrella, and 4 boogie boards, but we rented cabanas by cafe for 60/day (cash/venmo). The overall ambience of place was safe, quiet and friendly, including other guests. Had to close 2 huge sliding doors at night though because highway was a bit loud. Sliding door screens are wobbly so be gentle. Toilet takes a minute to flush. Enjoy it, we sure did. Thank you!

We love staying at MKV 415A. It’s our favorite and will always be our first choice on where to vacation. The property and accommodation are wonderful.

We loved our experience at MKV! The condo was clean and was the perfect size for our family of 5. The resort and the beach are beautiful. We left some jackets hanging in the closet when we checked out and Maui Paradise Properties was so helpful, even after hours, in helping us get them back quickly before we left the island. I highly recommend staying in this unit!

It was our first time staying at Kaanapali Villas and we loved this property and the unit. It was clean & great views overlooking the ocean. The location is PERFECT if you want to be close to all Kaanapali has to offer but still have some privacy since it is North of Black Rock beach this area is a bit quieter which we loved. We would definitely stay at this unit again, thank you!

The condo was lovely and has beautiful views. Great location, close to shops, snorkeling and beaches.

We are returning guests to this unit, and all I can say is that we can't wait to come back! The host was very helpful and understanding. We love this unit because of its location and view. The two-sink large bathroom area is convenient, while the toilet and shower are separate. The unit has two AC units, one for the living area and one for the bedroom. The unit is very close to the laundry and fitness areas. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the gold-sanded Kaanapali beach. The pool is very clean and kid-friendly; the Castaway cafe is accessible from the poolside, which is very convenient for families with kids or adults who want a delicious cold drink. For sure, we will be back soon to this beautiful unit.
