in the 2-story Dolphin Building. Condo 277 has beautiful views from the private covered lanai of the ocean, swimming pool and west Maui mountains.
Kaanapali Beach is superb for walking, swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and whale watching.
#277 is a Lofted One bedroom with a Beauty Rest King size bed for two people.
The tiled Lanai on the 2nd floor measures 7 feet x 14’ and overlooks the pool and ocean.
Castaways Cafe serves breakfast, lunch, dinner...plus a full bar in a relaxed atmosphere.
Whalers Village nearby has restaurants & shops.
Hawaiian style Dolphin building offers relaxed setting unlike modern high-rise buildings.
Stairs to entrance at 2-story Dolphin Bldg.
No elevator: stairs to bedroom...NOT suitable for children or persons with disabilities.
Upgraded full kitchen with granite counters, large refrigerator and large tile flooring.
Upgraded decor with Leather furniture (new in December 2023).
New glass sliding patio-lanai doors installed recently.
Air-conditioner located in loft bedroom
Living room has “sun-blocking” liner in green drapes to keep sunlight out for those that want to sleep late in the morning.
Leather sofa in Living room is not a pullout sofa-sleeper.
Condo sleeps only two people in the King size bedroom. California King bed is a Beauty Rest Black Label higher end mattress.
Wireless internet access from anywhere in the condo.
Daily fresh beach towels available in Aloha Tower at check-in reception desk

Condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Only downside was the bedroom was in a loft. Parking was also hard to find near our Condo. Still it is a great place to stay.

We have stayed at Kaanapali Villas multiple times - this was one of our favorites! The view was the BEST - was sometimes hard to leave the patio!

The property is in walking distance to world class snorkeling sites and onsite restaurant with a bar.
Can’t beat the view
EXACTLY the unit we hoped for in every way. Perfect location for beach, bar and eats. It was great to walk the beach past the hotels FULL of people. Nothing was too busy. They started pool service the day before we left so that is now a plus. We have been coming to Maui for 35 years and this is the best place. Everything was in the unit. Just really chill and cool. Owner was so easy to communicate with and we WILL. return!
Room was great. Beautiful view of the ocean, pool and gardens. Restaurant on property was good. Made for a great vacation.
This was our 3rd trip to Maui, our 6th accommodation, and I can safely say that this was the best experience we’ve had so far. I obsess over details to find high value gems on the island and I grantee this condo punches well above its weight.
Love, love, love this resort and George and Cynthia's unit is one of the best we've stayed in there. Proximity to pool and beach is fantastic. The EXTRA FIRM bed is so comfortable that I'm ordering the same mattress for myself at home! I will definitely be looking to stay in this unit again.
This was our 5th time staying at MKV & this unit was excellent!
