Welcome to your Maui home away from home! Our family-owned and operated condos have been lovingly cared for by our ohana for over 50 years. We personally live on island and treat each unit with the same attention, care, and aloha we give our own home. Staying here means you’re not just renting a condo—you’re being welcomed into our family’s place on Maui.
Our impeccably maintained ground-floor studio at Maui Kaanapali Villas is the ideal couples or family retreat, located just steps from a gated pool and jacuzzi and a 3 minute stroll through tropical gardens to world-famous Kaanapali Beach. We’re located north of Black Rock on a calm, serene stretch of beach that’s not overcrowded, yet still offers the conveniences of a resort beach with lounge chairs and amenities. Thoughtfully cared for and always sparkling clean, this condo is perfect for families with kids as well as couples who want comfort and convenience without compromise.

Resort is in a great location - nice beach that is walking distance from a fantastic reef for snorkeling. Unit is on the ground floor with direct access to the lawn and has a wagon with all the supplies you need for the beach. Responsive host who provided a deluxe welcome basket.

Very nice. The air conditioner was a great addition. It was hot for me outside but I found relief in condo. All I needed for stay was here. The shower is AMAZING. I’m going to look for this when I get home.
From the welcome basket when you arrive, to the perfect location close to the pool, to the beach accessories located on the lanai- Jeannie’s property is a very relaxing way to enjoy Maui.
We very much enjoyed the condo. It was clean, comfortable, well located and had everything one needs while away from home. The patio area was particularly well suited for relaxation and a surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed the welcome basket. Please note the bed is quite firm.
Host is excellent. All the little touches make this place extra special. Love the location, beach gear and comfy bed. We will be back!

Quiet, clean, great location, and Jeanne is a really nice person.
We have stayed here twice, both visits were great. The location is perfect for a relaxing get away… the pool is only steps from the lanai, and the beach is a short walk from there. We look to return again next year!
The room was so clean, well stocked with everything we might need and so quiet. We loved not being around all the hustle and bustle of whalers village but close enough to walk there if we wanted. We would definitely stay here again!
