Our 1240 sq. ft condo features an extra spacious floor plan. The 210 sq. ft. lanai opens up with the wall of folding doors to create 1450 sq. ft of living space for your relaxation and enjoyment. Dine on the lanai or in the condo.
Being close to the front (beach) allows you to be at the pools, Dukes Restaurant, or beach in only a few steps.
So sit on the lanai and enjoy the lovely views of the beach, all the way to the island of Lanai. Enjoy the quiet setting as you unwind on your vacation on Maui.

TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 18.712% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change).
Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.
OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.
One infant is allowed without additional fees.
Bed Split Fee:
$50 plus tax for the option to split the bed in the guest bedroom.

Great location. Comfortable and clean condo
We stayed at this beautiful condo for one week with our 2 adult sons. The property is beautifully landscaped with amazing views and pools. Duke restaurant is onsite for dining out options and our condo was all set up for cooking or dining in. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms have tubs and showers. This condo is furnished for any and all of your needs. Beach chairs and towels were provided and a nice treat when we traveled to other beaches. We will definitely stay here again.
This was the perfect unit for our spontaneous trip to Maui the week before Christmas! The owner was so accommodating, helping us book on the day of our arrival! They were quick to respond and walked us through the booking process and instructions with only a few hours of notice. AND they even split one of the kings into two twins as a last minute request. This unit was perfect. Clean and quiet with views of the ocean for our morning coffee on the lanai. The unit was well stocked with everything we could need for a beach day like chairs and cooler, a boogie board and pool noodle. It also had all the kitchen basics to make cooking our meals a breeze! Included were basic cooking spices, coffee filters and every appliance you can think of needing. The hotel itself was clean with convenient access to beach towels, several pools, beaches, abundant parking and Dukes restaurant was only steps away for the best Hula Pie on the island! Thank you for helping to make our Hawaiian adventure so perfect, we look forward to staying in your unit again!
Clean, well appointed and well maintained unit in a great (quiet) location within the resort. Quick and thorough communication with the property manager. Would definitely look to stay here again in the future!
My husband, two kids (8 and 5), and my parents had a lovely stay for 7-8 days! Check-in, parking, access to beach and pool were very easy to get to by the elevator closest to the room. We never saw the front entrance since the parking lot entrance was the closest access. All the directions were clear and the owner was just a phone call/text away. We had no issues, maybe just WiFi but luckily my IT husband fixed the issue with no problem. My family and I had a relaxing vacation here and would highly recommend to any family! Location was perfect w 3 great pools and steps away from the best beach in West Maui! Thank you for a wonderful stay!! We hope to be back!
We loved staying at this resort! We are a family of 5 who fit comfortably in this unit. We spent most of our time in Lahaina before the fires. We are so grateful for the time we got to experience Maui and all of its history. Thank you for a memorable vacation that we will not forget.
Really enjoyed ourselves and the condo was amazing. Everything was as described, very clean, and would definitely return. The kitchen was well stocked, great ocean view, and really appreciated the extras (chairs, cooler, etc). Location was perfect for us and served as our base for our entire stay in Maui. A little bit of a drive back to airport and some central excursions but we knew that going in. Checkin was a little odd since the unit is managed separately from the main property (eg, can’t checkin at the front desk, they did not have wristbands as expected which was fine by us, can’t charge to room). Seems like this is something easily solved with the right tech and an agreement between condo owners and resort but again was a minor thing for us. 10/10 recommend and would return.
Stunning ocean views, prime location, and luxurious amenities make this condo a perfect choice for an unforgettable Kaanapali Beach getaway. Small inconvenience with small children due to the non-functioning elevator on the 2nd floor.
It was all as promised. The only suggestion we would have is to increase the wattage in the living room and main bath lights.

We spent 5 days on Maui with another couple and the property couldn't have worked out any better. The check in process was super easy and communication with the property manager was always responsive. We didn't have the need to contact him very much because the room was super clean and described well. I would stay there again and recommend to anyone looking to spend soem R & R on Maui!
