Romantic Private Garden Cottage B&B Within Walking Distance to the Beach!

Janine and Ross are incredible hosts. They have thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay great. The cottage and all of its amenities are top notch. Also, Janine is always available to answer any questions or concerns that may come up.

Amazing! Wonderful home in Kīhei. Has all the amenities you can need. There are a couple of boogie boards, coolers for the beach and beach chairs. PERFECT ABSOLUTELY PERFECT location. So great that we re-booked for two weeks next December. This IS the place to rent for a couple and the price point is .

The house was clean, laundry was convenient and our hosts were very responsive to our needs. We loved that the cottage was well stocked with quality kitchen ware and higher end towels and supplies. We would definitely stay here again.

Cottage was definitely 5 star. Not only was communication great but it was tops in decor, amenities and kitchen incredibly well stocked . We also loved enjoying meals in the garden and using the outdoor shower . It is well located and easy access to the food trucks, stores and the highway. It was an exceptional rental and highly recommend. Janine was a wonderful host and easy to contact for questions.

What a beautiful cottage! Everything you need and more. Great location! Clean and comfortable! And so nice having beach toys, and outdoor shower, and washer and dryer at your disposal!

Every thing was beyond our expectations, kitchen was fully staffed with everything you could imagine. Cottage was close to the beach and restaurants. Giving 5 stars hardly seems enough, we were very pleased with everything and would definitely stay here again

Such a beautiful cottage and perfect location to explore the whole island! Janine was a great host and thought of everything to make our stay one to remember. The private lanai was so relaxing and we enjoyed our nightly walks to the beach only 5 minutes away to see the beautiful sunsets! What a gem in the town of Kihei! Adorable, CLEAN, private cottage that has it all. Janine was a dream to work with - very communicative and helpful (and quick to respond!). She has put so much work into this beautiful space and pride of ownership shows.Thoughtful touches of home (fully stocked kitchen, loads of storage throughout, shed full of beach/outdoor gear, filtered drinking water, etc… really too much to list!) combined with a beautifully decorated space (soothing colors, beachy vibe, gorgeous sandblasted glasswork, cozy furnishings and super comfy bed) really set the tone for our vacation and made it very hard to leave! One of our favorite things to do was sit outside in the private courtyard and watch the birds come drink at the fountain. We loved the ease and proximity to our favorite spots in Kihei and beyond. Some of our favorites were the South Maui Gardens (beautiful little spot for a stroll and some fantastic food trucks!!), Akamai coffee, Kihei Caffe, and Paia Fish Market. The cottage is completely private and separate from the main house - and even though it’s on a service road, we found the noise minimal. The parking area is covered which meant the car wasn’t blistering hot, and even the little courtyard has a retractable awning to keep it comfortable during the mid-late afternoon. There are so many more features that make this home special and we cannot wait to plan our next visit!

The cottage was the perfect place for us. It had all the amenities we could've asked for. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance to the beach and South Maui Gardens, including many great spots to eat. Overall, a wonderful experience!

This property was amazing from the get-go. It was so clean, quaint, and had more than enough for us to use! Janine did an amazing job providing us with dishes, snacks, towels, and even some beach supplies! It's also located so close to South Maui Gardens, a small convenience store, the beach, and a slew of amazing food trucks and restaurants. My husband and I have made a commitment to return here next time we visit Maui!

Idk how this place could get any better, honestly. You are down the street from the ocean and South Maui Gardens. When we were here, we spent most of our time in the secluded garden. The house was super clean, the bed was SO COMFORTABLE, and the amenities go on forever. The outdoor shower was the cherry on top. The host was helpful and sweet. I packed too much. The house comes with everything you might need. They’ve done a good job curating that little haven.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. It’s a quiet gem. The kitchen has everything you need. They also have a shed with beach stuff so you don’t have to buy anything. The host is friendly. We love that you can walked down to Maui gardens with lots of food options, our favorite was Da Green coffee bar.

We have stayed at this lovely cottage before and it truly is amazing. Beautifully furnished with a private garden with a water feature and ... an outdoor shower!

Janine, have every detail for your stay! Cottage was very clean, well kept also the landscape was gorgeous. We also met Rick the neighbor, who was very friendly and helpful. The outside shower was a plus. Will be rebooking for further stays. The cottage is as picture and more, we give this cottage 10 out of 10 stars.

Loved our stay. Everything was dialed, and super clean. We didn't even rent a car, but walked everywhere in Kihei. Outdoor shower was a plus.

It was better then we could have ever imagined! Everything was so clean, comfortable, peaceful, and private! The beach and stores all withing walking distance. The little garden area outfront with the shower is like your own personal oasis! Definitely a place worth going back to!

This felt like home away from home. Jeanine had everything we needed from towels, beach gear, kitchen appliances, etc. She was has furnished the place with the cutest aloha style. It is walking distance to the water, South Maui Gardens (food truck/restaurant paradise) and a short drive to other popular destinations. We will be back again!

This place is exactly what is advertised. My best friend and I booked for a girls get away and couldn't have been happier. The hosts are phenomenal with communication and the place is super clean. Highly recommened for a couple or 2 friends. Amazing location as well. Can walk to the beach and watch the sunrise/sunset, or any number of shops.

Very well managed, manicured and marvelous cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home for a much needed 11 night stay. Property is close to the beaches, restaurants, boutiques and shops of Kihei, but just far enough away to enjoy relative quiet. Property includes about all the amenities travelers would need. Having the beach extras on hand was a great added bonus. Kitchen is well stocked with about any equipment you can think of and having a washer/dryer helped with our extended stay. What an amazing little slice of heaven, such a cute cottage! Perfect for a getaway from the kids. Very private, incredibly well stocked, clean, decorated beautifully and close to the beach and activities. Hosts were so nice and provided great information regarding the area. Within a short, beautiful drive of soooo many beaches along the south side. We loved the patio/garden after a day at the beach. Great place to unwind! This VRBO deserves the 5/5 stars that is has! It's the perfect size for two people and so well decorated. I loved the lanai and the adorable garden; I spent a lot of time outside reading. There is a/c in both the living room and bedroom. The bedroom has blackout curtains and a blackout shade in case you want to sleep in. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and some pantry essentials. The TV is large and has Netflix and cable. It was so clean and we didn't see a single bug inside during our stay. The ocean is about a 5 minute walk away for beautiful sunsets. There's lots of restaurants within walking distance, including a food truck park and a delicious breakfast place (Kihei Caffe). It felt like a safe neighborhood and the street outside wasn't too busy. The owner was very responsive when I had questions.

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon, found this place very last minute. My wife and I had an amazing stay, we loved the location and all the activities on the island. The bbq outside and all the beach accessories were super handy. Will be recommending this place to all our friends!

We absolutely loved our stay here! This cottage is located close to the beach, grocery store and food trucks and was spotlessly clean which is really important to us. Everything you could possibly need is there to cook your own meals and we really enjoyed eating meals in the outdoor garden. We enjoyed the Maui walking tour which started down the road and visiting nearby beaches and snorkelling. The Waimea beach walk is a short drive away. We liked having a car to get around, but the beach is also within walking distance. Off street parking is a bonus, the quality of towels and linen is high and the cottage exceeded our expectations. This is the place to stay if you want a quiet getaway away from the crowds and noise.

We absolutely loved our time at Janine’s place! It was clean and stocked with anything we could have needed, including beach gear in the shed that made our whole trip so much more enjoyable. Janine was very responsive throughout our stay, and its proximity to the South Maui Gardens food truck park was so great. Would 100% recommend staying here!

So close to the town and to the beach. This house was amazing to stay at and such a cool little town with great beaches just a short walk away.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this very clean and convenient location. We had so much available within a half a miles walk of us. All items were clean, everything functioned properly and were so happy to utilize the beach supplies. Our host responded in record time when we did have a question and the location was truly private. Sadly we will be having a little one soon, so it’ll be our last stay. It was a great one for sure.

This place is such a gem. The location is great. The cottage is detached and by itself. So clean and so private. The communication with the owners was great. There isn't one thing they haven't thought of to provide for the cottage. All of the gear, all of the home necessities needed, this place had it all. It set the bar so high for other properties we stayed at.

This property was great. The little house was perfect, had all the amenities plus more. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. The outdoor shower was a hit. Food trucks down on south Kihei were good too. I would stay here again in a minute and i would recommend it to everyone.

Janine's cottage is remarkable, we have stayed in a few different places in Maui but this one has everything you could need. The beautiful plants that are all around this cottage and the tall fence that surrounds it all make it a perfect getaway with all the privacy and quiet we needed. This little place was just like home and simply perfect for our vacation. It was so nice to meet such a talented lady like Janine, her glass etching artwork is on display at the cottage and it will blow your mind.
