Welcome to our Maluhia (Peace) Condo at Mana Kai #304” – The sun, sand, smells and pristine blue green ocean is just what the doctor ordered!
This condo is completely brand new as of 10/2025. Full remodel, floors, cabinets, bathrooms . . . everything you need for an amazing get away on one of Maui's best beaches.
The Mana Kai #304, an ocean front, updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo right on the tip of Keawakapu Beach, which is conveniently located between South Kihei and Wailea. Each bedroom boasts an amazing ocean view. Watch the sun rise over the mountains and the sun set over the beach from your own large private lanai. The sound of the waves will help send you into dreamland each night.
We are the owners of unit #304 and will be assisting you with this booking. After visiting Maui many times over the past 30 years, and staying all over the island, the past few years have always brought us back to the Mana Kai, which is ideally positioned with amazing access to the best beaches, hikes, surfing, scuba, snorkeling, restaurants, shopping, and all that Maui has to offer. We often stay in our unit and take pride in the cleanliness and comfort it has to offer.
Our unit has also been recently refreshed with all new bedding, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella’s. There are 3 ceiling fans and 2 A/C units to keep you cool and comfortable. The condo is open, airy and well stocked with all things needed for a relaxing and worry-free vacation. The unit will be supplied with starter toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap and garbage bags. We do not supply bath soap, shampoo or conditioner. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and make-up towels. There is also a portable crib, highchair, ironing board with iron and a drying rack to use if needed.
A hide-a-bed is in the living room. Please indicate if you intend to use this and bedding will be provided upon request.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a maximum of 5 guests total, which includes infants.
The front door to our unit is situated between the elevators and the stairs. If you do not feel like waiting or taking the elevator, being on the 3 floor makes the ease of using the stairway very handy.
The Mana Kai offers many amenities that make this condo building unique from the rest. This complex hosts an activities center to book all your on-island excursions, a business center and a gym.
If you do not feel like heading out to grab food or groceries, no problem! Door dash and Instacart work perfectly here with contact free delivery.
Each floor has a laundry room - debit card or quarters can be used. A quarter machine is located in the basement of the building across from the elevators. The garbage chute is also located in the laundry area. There are also BBQ’s on the ground floor for your grilling needs. You will have your own designated parking spot and the Mana Kai has 24-hour security.
Check in and Check out are easy – upon arrival you are given a door code for your use and when your time to leave us is over, just close the door leaving rested and rejuvenated.
TRAVEL & PRE-FLIGHT TESTING:
**As of 3/26/2022 all Covid travel restrictions to the state of Hawaii have been lifted.**
However, it is always a good idea before traveling to Maui, be sure to check the latest Hawaii travel policies. Please note that each island’s policy can differ slightly so please check specifically to Maui. See travel.hawaii.gov for the latest information.
CLEANING AND SANITATION:
We know that for our guests to be able to relax while on vacation, they will want to know that our condo has been properly cleaned and disinfected by qualified personnel. In Mana Kai #304, we have hired a cleaning team that is CDC approved and CDC compliant. Their cleaners have been trained to CDC standards and they use CDC approve cleaning materials. They have implemented additional cleaning procedures to ensure that these standards are being met. The safely of our guests come first!

Love the balcony overlooking the beach and laying in bed hearing the waves crash all night. Perfectly located too.
This unit is very well-equipped with a lovely ocean view from the patio and the two bedrooms. We would highly recommend it. The Mana Kai property is very well maintained as well and the bbq area is excellantly managed if you like to cook in more than go out.

You can’t beat the view or the laid back vibe of Mana Kai 304. The hosts were so kind, and their place accommodated our family of five perfectly. You can’t find a better beach or sunset on Maui!
We loved staying here at Mana Kai. The view from our room was awesome and we were close to everything. The beach was beautiful, staff was really friendly. It was fun seeing the whales from the lanai. Having beach chairs to use was really nice.
Very relaxing stay with beautiful vantage point. Wish the bedroom off the living room was more private. Also, the a/c was too temperamental.
Our stay was great. There was some maintenance items but the owner was helpful in coordinating things.
What a wonderful condo on the best beach in Maui!!!
The property was as advertised and communication with the owner was fast. What made this experience excellent was the amount of detail the property mgmt took to make it a safe and communal experience. Being at the end of a public beach with views down the length of the beach was breathtaking at sunset and sunrise - but security and maintenance were keeping it clean and orderly. No loud play after hours and really even during the day. The community came out to lounge and relax and watch the sunset. But the unexpected thing was the snorkeling outside as the hotel sits on the eastern of a reef. And going right out the beach to snorkel to the reef had lots of fish. Swimming with Several turtles. We cancelled a snorkel excursion as we had it right on property. Then the location was right in the middle of restaurants and shopping going eating miles in either direction. Would stay her again for sure.
The host Lori was super accommodating and communicative. The condo was stocked with all the supplies you could need and any beach supplies that you needed could be rented on the bottom floor or one of the many locations near the condo. The beach is literally 25 steps from the lobby and while it’s not secluded, it was far less crowded than other beaches. One almost would never need to leave the home if you didn’t want to. Thanks again Lori!

The condo is beautiful and so is the entire property! My family had a great time and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The view can’t be beat!
This is my family's third time staying here and its as great as always! Perfect location, gorgeous views and being able to sleep to the sounds of the ocean are amazing. The condo is well taken care of and is still the same as three years ago. Communication and support from the owner is great and check in / check out is super easy. Will not hesitate to stay here again!!! 10 out of 10!
