The property had everything we needed. The location was perfect for driving to both west and south Maui.

We enjoyed our stay in Maui and appreciated the opportunity to stay at this property in Wailuku.Upon arrival though, we noticed a leak in the kitchen area along with visible damage, which was a tad bigger than what was communicated. During the stay, the leak required ongoing attention - particularly in the mornings and evenings - as countertops needed to be cleaned frequently and extra care was necessary to keep food protected from dripping water. This created some disruption to our daily routine.While we were informed about the issue a week prior to our arrival, the description did not fully reflect the condition or its impact. The owners mentioned that the issue was identified in April 2026, but this was not reflected in the property listing.An option to relocate was provided during the stay, but given the timing and logistics, managing the issue was less disruptive than moving to another property, so we didn't.For future guests though, clearer and more immediate disclosure of such conditions in the listing would help set expectations. I do hope that the property management fixes the roof issue that is causing the leak, since the property owners can't fix it from their end.

We enjoyed this property very much. There was a quick walk to the Ocean Center which had some fantastic shaved ice. The apartment was also a short walk to a nearby beach park. I loved having the washer and dryer in the unit, made packing easier knowing we could clean clothes. The kitchen was well stocked with a lot of useful kitchen equipment. Really loved the tea kettle as I am a tea drinker. The deck was everyone’s favorite. It was nice to sit out there in the cool evening breeze and enjoy the fresh air. This unit was perfect for our family.

Condo was as pictured, very roomy for the 4 of us with beautiful views. We enjoyed our stay. Host was very nice and accommodating. We’ll definitely stay here again when returning to Maui.

We loved our stay at this condo! The location was perfect for exploring Maui, and the beach just steps away was absolutely beautiful. Check‑in was incredibly easy, and the host’s communication was excellent from start to finish. The ocean view from the condo was stunning and made every morning feel special. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a relaxing, beachside stay.

This is a great condo away from the more heavily populated areas of Maui. The view did not disappoint. We will definitely stay here again when we come back next time.

It is oceanfront and has a beautiful view but there is no direct beach access. The property was clean however there was a leak in the ceiling above the stove with a note. Which we were not made aware of prior to arrival and it was a little gross. I know the area has received and is receiving a lot of rain but this would have been nice to know and not great when cooking or using the microwave with it dripping periodically. The bed shirt was torn which didn't look nice. The property maintenance man was very nice and friendly. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. The property was good for my husband and I along with our two boys.

the air conditioners did not work when we arrived and they were unable to be repaired why we were there

We had a great stay! Communication with the host was exceptional. The condo was able to fit six of us comfortably. The views from the lanai were beautiful, we were out there all the time! Condo has everything you need, from beach chairs and towels to a fully stocked kitchen. Rooms and bathrooms were a good size. The pullout sofa was comfortable, even for my son who is 6’4”. Access to the rest of the island was great if you are coming to Maui to explore all it has to offer. Overall an amazing stay, would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly appointed condo, including coffee grinder, dishes, glasses, utensils…even a crock pot. Owner super helpful and accessible, view amazing. Quiet complex, not touristy but you can always drive to a resort and pay tons for fancy drinks. Nearby beach is handy, if a bit windy. About 30 minutes to Kanapali , about the same to Wailea. Check out the swap meet at the community college on Saturdays and do shop at Costco for food, otherwise grocery sticker shock.

View was stunning, condo is super clean has everything you need for your stay. Even has beach chairs and boogie boards which made it great for fun days at the beach. Would highly recommend this condo was perfect for our family vacation. Host was great gave lots of information and great food options. You can also see the turtles from the balcony!!

Perfect Maui Getaway!This condo was spotless, beautifully updated, and had everything we needed including awesome beach gear. Lots of great places to eat in the area. The oceanfront view was absolutely stunning—loved watching and listening to the beach from the lanai. The location is peaceful yet central for exploring the island. We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time staying here. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, towels and a well equipped living space. The view from the balcony out to the ocean, where we saw turtles daily, was spectacular! Everything is about a 20 minute drive, so very centrally located. Highly recommend!

We totally enjoyed this property. Centrally located in the island which was very helpful in exploring many attractions in Maui. Stunning view of haleakala from the lanai both day and night. Amenities that were provided allowed us to settle in quickly and felt like being home plus the beautiful views.

The property was very quiet and clean. Beach was close around the corner of the condo. Within walking distance and there are close restaurants near by.

Our family of 4 adults really enjoyed this very well appointed condo. We regularly spotted whales from the deck, and even a few turtles. Walking along isolated Sugar Beach was gorgeous. Condo had more supplies than any we’ve stayed at - towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and coolers. Centrally located so easy to get anywhere on the island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo building is in a quiet neighborhood and the condo is perfectly situated for great views of the sunrise and sunset. Maalaea is in a central location for visiting different parts of the island. We loved Paiai for food and beaches.

We loved our stay at this property. We really enjoy coming for the whales and the location of this unit was fantastic for balcony viewing. The unit stays pretty cool with the doors and windows open. At night we used the ac in our room with the door closed and it was perfect. The unit was very clean and had many things that are usually needed for your stay, ( plates, utensils, pans, blender ect..). The decor is very cute and makes for a very welcoming stay. We will likely stay again at this property if it is available when we return.

Our family of four enjoyed our 6 night stay at this condo. The location was ideal for exploring different areas of Maui, and the beach on which it’s located is beautiful. The condo was well provisioned, and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful and had all the amenities needed! We enjoyed days on the beach with very few people around. The host was very prompt at responding. We highly recommend this property!

We spent 9 nights there and we loved it. The condo was clean and comfortable with a great view. Maalaea is a small town with a few good restaurants and shops. Also a good ice cream/cookie shop! It's a short walk to the public access beach and it's away from the crowds. It's a great central location with easy access to Kihei, Lahaina, and the airport. Can't wait to go back!

When we arrived I realized we had stayed there before and now I know we'll stay there again. We filled the place with love and laughter.

Great property in proximity to Kihei, Lahaina, and Kaanapali. They had beach chairs, beach Towels and boogie boards for our kids to use. AC was awesome, the snorkeling on the property was great and saw some turtles. Definitely recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay in the condo! There was construction going on right next door which was terribly loud and forced us to leave a few times, but other than that, was a great stay.

Our family had a fantastic stay Ma’alaea. The location was perfect for us, we could easily get to both sides of the island without having to drive a long time. It was quiet, not a busy area, which is what we wanted. The condo was fully equipped for all our needs, was beautifully decorated, and the view was incredible!! We actually snorkeled right off the beach and saw many fish and even a couple sea turtles. We would definitely stay here again.
