Maui Banyan ground floor 2 full baths,steps to Kamaole 2,great walking location.

We were pleased with the accommodations. Beach chairs were a pleasant surprise. The host was prompt in responding to question we had. Only negative may be if sensitive to sounds air conditioner in bedroom little noisy, though by use of air conditioner in living area and ceilling fans we were comfortable. Beach, stores, food easily within walking distance. We would look forward to staying again.

Everything was great!! Hop and skip to beach and plenty of shops in walking distance (less than a quarter mile) host was very responsive when I had questions before check in. Ac’s worked great. Rental and property was super clean.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we really loved it! We loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants, and being on the ground level. We also loved having 2 bathrooms and it will be a must have in our new home we purchase!We were very busy exploring the island most days and didn’t use the pool much, but it was nice when we did. We also love the chairs and boogey board for the trips to the beach. The only thing I didn’t love was that the AC unit in the bedroom would only run for 6 hours. We would wake up pretty hot and have to turn it on. Overall though, it was a really nice place and I’d highly recommend.

Host replied quickly to our texts. Room and appliances were clean and linen/ towels more than adequate. Grounds are immaculate and staff friendly. Thank for a pleasant and safe stay

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s fully equipped with everything you could need—including a washer and dryer, and full beach gear (chairs, umbrella, even a cooler), so there's no need to rent anything. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment itself was quiet, making it easy to relax. Parking is available on-site, which was super convenient. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach, close to restaurants and a grocery store, and a great base for exploring the island. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!

This is a lovely one bedroom condo that is a great size and offers all of the comforts you would expect in a vacation resort. The resort facilities are wonderful and the buildings and pool areas are surrounded by beautiful gardens. Zach is a wonderful, attentive host and the condo is very nicely appointed. Kitchen is well equipped and there is lots of beach gear. The location is great , right across the street from a beautiful beach area with washrooms. I highly recommend Zach’s condo!

Beautiful property close to beach, pool & shops.

This VRBO was very clean with all of the amenities you could need. The beach chairs, towels, body board, umbrella, and wagon were absolutely wonderful! We used them multiple times. The main bed is super comfortable; I was going to look at the brand of mattress and forgot. It's super quiet, and everyone we encountered from the front desk to the condo manager and owner were super accessible, friendly, and helpful. The location can't be beat; we were within walking distance of two great beaches, a park, several shops, not to mention multiple restaurants with wonderful food and service.

Lovely unit! Excellent location

Our stay at Maui Banyan was wonderful. The condo was neat, clean and had all the amenities you need. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and the king bed was comfortable. Having a second bathroom makes everything so much easier and faster. The owner was responsive and informative. I highly recommend this unit and Maui Banyan but especially for the location. You are directly across Kam II which is one of the best beaches for families, snorkeling and turtles!

Now that I said that, paradise will be booked FOREVER!! Zach was very responsive, easy peasy check in/out. Condo was one of the best stocked I have ever stayed at. Kitchen had it all as did the beach supplies. Condo location is close to beach, parking, pools and shops. The bed was uber comfy and I am a hard sale, bad back and all, but I never once woke up stiff. THAT says a lot to me! Lots of detail and quality went into this condo to make anyone's stay less stressful. Even the bath towels are inviting & plush. If you are thinking of staying in Kihie, rent this condo. Don't think, just DO!! You will not regret it!

Fantastic place!

This place has all of the above including a comfortable bed, extra pillows and great location. They have excellent communication. Fred’s restaurant and the Fish Market is a must - walking distance . 2 minutes walk from the beach and the beautiful sunsets. Kraken coffee was the best and this was walking distance too

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zach's condo. The condo itself is even better than the pictures...lovely decor...super comfortable king-size bed...the kitchen is well stocked...and everything you would normally have to rent for the beach is stored in a closet. Bonus points for sure! We enjoyed the 2 pools and close proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops...Oh...and want to be sure to mention...Zach was great! We'll be back. :)

Its close to everything you need for a chill moderate budget vacation in an incredibly beautiful place.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. All necessities are included (towels, paper goods, soaps,etc). The vacation packet is very detailed. One of the easiest VRBO stays weve experienced.

Walking distance to nice beach and restaurants. Nice heated pool.

Clean and extremely comfortable accommodation with all the amenities needed for a vacation. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting the feel of home away from home. We grilled perfectly done steaks for dinner enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool. The grounds are well kept and the wildlife was a pleasure to walk around.

The location was perfect! Right across from the beach, and not too far from the pool. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we need to make the stay smooth. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella to take the beach also. Owner was easy to work with and committed with and was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. Zach was excellent and checked in on us to make sure everything was OK. The condo was super clean, very well appointed with dishes and Tupperware, and the king size bed was quite comfortable. The A/C was excellent and the ceiling fan over the bed was great! For beach things it had boogie boards, two umbrellas, four or five beach chairs, a cooler with freezer packs, and a wagon to get in all to and from the beach. The Maui Banyan itself is excellent as well. There's always lots of ground staff keeping things looking good. There's two nice sized pools, five super clean BBQ's at each pool, and lots of chairs and umbrellas. It's right across the street from Kamaole 2 beach and totally walkable to lots of shopping and restaurants. We absolutely recommend staying at this condo!

It was a fantastic condo

This was my 2nd stay at Maui Banyan, but the first in the H-110 condo. Everything about the experience was just as noted on VRBO. Highly recommend this property! Communication with the owner was prompt and courteous and he gave excellent suggestions for dining.

The unit had everything we could need or want for the beach. The unit was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

This is a fantastic property. Has everything you need. Loved the 2 patio doors. One in living room and one in bedroom. Nice kitchen with all cooking equipment you need. Two new bathrooms. Close to the pool and the beautiful beach is just across the street. Three restaurants a block away. Many more a little further. We had a awesome time!

The apartment was great and well equipped. We can' t find anything we can dislike. Zach was a helpful owner.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable. The property was located in a prime spot close to all the amnesties. Communication about the stay, check in and check out was great.

The condo was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. I was super happy to find a cooler and ice packs ready for us to use and we packed sandwiches and fruit to take to the beach with us every day. My family of four stayed here and my daughters, ages 10 and 13, shared the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable. The A/C worked great. An amazing stay!

Clean, 2 bathrooms within walking distance of beach and many dining options

We stayed in this property in the middle of June, 2022. The condo is beautiful, very clean and has everything one might need. Everything is updated there: bathrooms, kitchen. Communication with the owner was easy. He made himself available for questions and requests via text messaging and responded immediately. He was polite, attentive to our needs and helpful. Beach towels, chairs and even a cart were provided, which was very convenient. Maui Banyan complex is centrally located in South Kihei, close to shopping, restaurants, etc. and is very clean too. Its beautiful gardens were continuously tended by workers. We used the grills by one of the pools, and they were in the excellent shape as well. Overall we had a very nice one week-long vacation. We highly recommend this property!

Great property, we did not spend much time at the condo, but we enjoyed the room when we were there

The condo was clean, comfortable and well supplied. The bed was comfortable and there was a well working A/C, and lots of hot water. We loved that the unit had two bathrooms so that our two teens that shared the convertible couch could have their own bathroom. The property was central and the pools and BBQ grills were well maintained. We walked across the street to the beach daily and the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and wagon left by the owner were great especially in the warm Maui sun. The condo has updated appliances throughout and a kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal or blend up a pineapple cocktail! There were also great restaurants and grab and go’s nearby like Fred’s and 808 deli, and we also walked just under a mile taking in the beautiful beaches along South Kihei Rd. to the Kihei Cafe for AMAZING Loco Mocos and macadamia nut French toast! The condo’s owner was a great communicator and checked on us immediately on Day 1 to be sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was also an on-site front desk that was available to provide us with info. We asked about the pool code and nearest grocery store. We’ll definitely book this condo again!
