Exterior Spalling and Painting Project will start July 28, 2025. This large-scale project will span approximately 1.5 to 2 years (depending on weather).
Please be advised that all lanais are strictly OFF-LIMITS for the duration of the upcoming repair project, which is estimated to take 1–3 weeks. Work will be done during 8/24/26 - 9/18/26 (depending on weather).
To ensure safety and comply with insurance requirements, the following rules apply:
Clear Lanais: All furniture must be removed.
No Access: Guests and owners are prohibited from entering the lanai at any time— including evenings and weekends after the crew has left for the day.
Safety Hazard: We are performing spalling repairs. The risk of falling concrete is a significant liability; therefore, these areas must remain completely vacant.
Privacy:
For your privacy during work hours, we recommend keeping your curtains closed.
Parking notes: On-site valet parking is available for $45/day, per vehicle (rate subject to change). Limited daytime parking is available along the beach side for free on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional paid parking is also available near the marina.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Clean, beautiful view and loved the location
Great location. Loved loved the view off the balcony.
Excellent little condo - great location, great view, pictures are accurate! Only negative is huge sliding doors are incredibly heavy to open/close (doors don't line up exactly without some heavy elbow grease) and tracks could use a little cleaning. Location is excellent for walk to many restaurants, resort restaurant is great, easy access to beach, great pools, very friendly resort staff. Would highly recommend this property!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The room was as nice as the advertised pictures. Paid 24 hour parking was convenient at marina garage. Definitely recommend.
We loved our 5 night stay in this ninth floor studio room in the Ilikai. Everything advertised was 100% correct. Very clean, modern looks thruout. Kitchen was put to good use also, as we wanted to save money on meals. The location is just about perfect for seeing all of Waikiki (we even walked back from Diamond Head to the Ilikai). So many restaurants are nearby it was difficult to choose where to eat dinner each night (hint: get reservations, especially at Cheesecake Factory). We plan to return in a few years and a repeat stay here is definitely a possibility.

I’ve stayed at the Ilikai many times before but first time in this unit. The location can’t be beat. The apartment is great, all new appliances and well maintained. Would recommend to anyone to stay here and would absolutely stay again!
What a great place to stay - easy walking to the beach and shopping and lots of great food! The view was stunning and there were tons of amenities right on property, from basic staples to cute clothes and a coffee shop and ice cream! Highly recommend!
Bed, coffee maker, plates, cups, bowls, scissors, bath, towels, and other thoughtful touches made this a great start.
My wife and I had a great stay. No problems whatsoever. Easy check in and out. Good communication as well. If there was anything else to mention I would say that the description mentions a roof top pool. We couldn’t find it and no one knew where it was. 5 stars all the way.
Spacious unit with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There’s a convenient laundry room on each floor and shops downstairs and close by for any food or sundries. The beaches right outside are perfect and this location is easily walkable to the main Waikīkī shopping/dining or convenient to the downtown Honolulu sights. Property management was super communicative and very helpful!

The property was exactly as it showed in the photos - it is beautifully finished! A great location made for our most enjoyable trip to Waikiki.
This place is very nice and was very clean and it was quiet and the view was great from our deck. Sat on the deck for all our meals and to watch the sunset. Just a word of advice wish the was a change of bedding also could have used some dish rags instead of a sponge for doing dishes also could have had more toilet paper as we stayed 11 days. Will I stay again absolutely yes.

we absolutely loved the condo feel in every way! The modern updated feel of the unit is so pleasant and of course the view was lovely. My granddaughter and I enjoyed every meal out on the balcony. The location is convenient to restaurants and of course the beach was so accessible. Would love to come back someday!
