This is our 5th time staying at the Mana Kai and 1st time in this unit. The unit was beautiful with everything you could need and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. We would love to return!

Next stay already booked! We’ve been staying at the Mana Kai Maui for 20 years, in various units. However, we found this stunning unit about 7 years ago, and have now stayed multiple times. Not only is this unit on the prime end of the building, it has also been completely remodeled, beautifully updated. And each time we return, they’ve improved something more (this time new TV and mattresses). The owners are wonderful, super responsive and communicative. Their property manger is on it! He’s helped us arrange things, answer questions, and always makes sure our stay is 5-stars!

This was our third time staying at this property and it’s always amazing! The location is perfectly situated between Wailea and Kīhei and the restaurants near the property are fantastic. The condo is luxurious (nicely updated with modern finish outs) and quickly begins to feel like home! It has a well stocked kitchen with everything you need. We love spending time at the beach and enjoying the lawn chairs available to condo guests and residents. The staff at the property are great and the residents you meet are very friendly. It’s become a yearly tradition for our family to spend time at this property and we hope to continue that tradition in the years ahead. John and Sara are amazing hosts and we know that you’ll have a great experience if you choose to book your vacation at their Mana Kai condo.

Best condo at the Mana Kai hands down.The 402 is stunning with front row seats to gorgeous shades of blue ocean waves, palm trees, and pristine beaches for miles to feast your eyes for days! The condo is clean with top notch amenities and unique design. Photos really do no justice to what you truly experience. John and Sara are excellent hosts, which is a huge plus. We had a wonderful stay at Mana Kai. The oceanfront views and waking up to sound of waves was amazing. The pictures are no exaggeration. John & Sara were super responsive and welcoming. Location in Kihei made it easy to travel upcountry to Wailea and to Kapalua. Kitchen had everything we needed and the welcome basket was wonderful. Perfect for our family of 4. The unit itself is fully updated and felt like staying in a beautiful hotel suite. Look forward to coming again.

This home is absolutely gorgeous and the hosts John and Sara are amazing! The minute you walk in you can see the crystal clear, tourquoise ocean and beautiful sandy beach, through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Two of my favorite things were sitting out on the lanai and going to sleep on the very comfortable pillow top mattress. The furnishings are modern and comfortable, and everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed being located close to the nice restaurants of Wailea and all the shopping we wanted in Kihei. We will be coming back again and I would highly recommend this home to all of my friends and family.

We had such an incredible time here in Maui! The sunsets, beach and condo were all perfect. It had everything that we needed for our stay and the views each day were insane. We were incredibly grateful to John and Sara for helping our family get through the tsunami scare, they are so kind! We will definitely be back

This condo was wonderful and we loved our time there. The view from the porch is amazing and we loved having all of our meals there. Also loved being able to have the doors open all night to hear the ocean waves. The beach is just steps away from the lobby and the small reef outside was also fun to snorkel. Check-in was easy and convenient.

The condo was absolutely stunning, and the warm hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable. We had an incredible time and will always cherish the breathtaking views.We were here to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and hopefully we’ll be back to celebrate our 30th!

We had a wonderful time at John and Sara‘s condo at Mana Kai for our first visit to Maui! The views are so beautiful, and the condo was amazing! It was very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of room in the closets (with lots of hangers which was nice!). The bathrooms were well stocked and had plenty of bathroom counter space and drawers, and the kitchen also was very well stocked. The swimming at the beach and snorkeling right off the rocks was great (saw several sea turtles!), and it was easy to get a lounge chair to just relax by the ocean. John and Sara are very prompt wirh communication and helpful advice/recommendations. We were in Hawaii to celebrate our 30th Anniversary and loved our time spent here, and highly recommend John and Sara's condo! We couldn’t have picked a better place! Thank you for everything!

Mana Kai was perfect for a family vacation. The unit works great for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The location and beach could not be beat. We were able to enjoy the ocean and waves, have incredible snorkeling (including swimming with sea turtles) and sea kayak out to see the humpback whales, all from the Mana Kai beach. John and Sara were great and would absolutely stay here again; the location and condo exceeded all expectations!

Our family enjoyed our pre-Christmas vacation to Maui made easy and enjoyable by Sara and John. The views, beach and location are spectacular with access to all that Kihei and Wailea have to offer. The unit itself was well equipped and very comfortable. Highly highly recommend. We will be back.

The most updated, beautifully decorated condo we've stayed in at the Mana Kai. Everything was brand new and worked perfectly. The beds were super comfortable. The condo was well stocked with everything you need to cook and some excellent coffee. In addition, the welcome basket had assorted items, including a wine bottle. The closet area had lots of hooks to hang things, in addition to ample closet space. Highly recommend for adults.

We stayed at this condo for a week and had an amazing vacation! The condo has incredible views of the ocean, palm trees and beach. You can see the famous Maui sunset from inside the condo and on the lanai. The interior of the condo is beautiful and has several high-end finishes and cool Maui-themed decor. The beach is only steps away from the condo. The ocean reef right next to the building has some of the best snorkeling on the island. We also enjoyed spending time in the pool, which has a great view of the beach and ocean. The owners were exceptionally helpful with suggestions for us on what to do while in Maui. We loved our stay and plan on returning.

This condo in the Mana Kai Resort in Kihei, Maui is simply amazing. First, the location is great. Far enough away from the elevators so no foot traffic, quiet, and with unobstructed ocean views. You can see both the sunrise and the sunset over the ocean from this condo. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to make a meal. The fridge is huge. I ended up eating breakfast and lunch in the condo and going out for dinner. There was some local Maui coffee and other goodies to get me started. The condo is beautifully decorated in coastal and island decor with lovely, local artwork. The bed was super comfy with more than enough pillows. Everything has been totally updated. The bathroom is gorgeous and there is tons of storage space. My favorite part was the balcony. Sitting outside at all hours watching and listening to the ocean was good for the soul. The building has a well-equipped workout room, a little free library in the basement, washers and dryers on every floor, security at night, an assigned parking space, a pool, and a rental facility for snorkeling gear and beach chairs. You can also use the building lounge chairs on the lawn area. There is a reservation guide on the first level who can book tours for you as well. The owner was very helpful in terms of recommendations and suggestions on restaurants. Fabulous stay - highly recommend - can't wait to go back!

John and Sarah have the most beautiful home on the beach with amazing views and comfort. The condo is even more gorgeous than the pictures featured. Morning beach walks, golf right around the corner, whale watching from lanai along with gorgeous sunsets to finish the day.

Joan & Sara’s place is a fantastic choice for our little vacation of family three (with a toddler)! John and Sara have been so accommodating with early check in and most importantly the complimentary crib for our little boy! Everything they have done simply made our stay so essy and comfortable, let alone the considerably designed and stocked rooms and the breathtaking views right from the balcony! With the location so close to beach, pool and Kihei restaurants, we had fun every single day! We highly recommend John and Sara’s wonderful place!

We have checked out several condos at the Mana Kai for the past 20+ years, and this is our favorite…we have stayed there four times now! Spectacular view - closest to the ocean; high-end, gorgeous furnishings; and fully stocked kitchen! It really is a great value for the price, considering hotel costs in Kihei/Wailea. The owners are also great to work with - super responsive to any questions/issues we had. The property is just steps away from one of the best beaches in Maui, and the pool and BBQ area on property is well-maintained and used often by our family. Can’t wait to return next year!🏝️ Mahalo!

Our family of 4 loved our stay in Maui in this unit. Plenty of room for us to have our own space & our teenage daughters to have theirs. We were delighted to have the beach, snorkeling & that lovely lawn space right downstairs. Beautiful turtles seemed to enjoy swimming near the rock with the other ocean lovers & posed great for photos. Food nearby was delicious—never went hungry or thirsty. Everyone we came across gave off great aloha vibes.

This condo was AMAZING, and my family had a wonderful time! The view is unbelievable and sooooo close to the ocean. The owners are very responsive and attentive, and they thought of everything that a guest might need. The property is VERY clean and management is attentive. Access to the ocean is great, and we swam with sea turtles just about everyday. Highly highly recommend!

Have been staying at the Mana Kai since 1998 and have stayed in many different units. This unit is beautifully redone, impeccably clean, and well stocked. The owners are helpful, available, and easy to communicate with. Lovely linens, tastefully decorated - truly the best! Really thoughtful gift basket as well. So much Aloha here.

We’ve been staying at the Mana Kai for 20+ years, found John and Sara’s place a few years ago and have not stayed elsewhere since. Their communication is great. Their property manager is on it. They make a great team, always going above and beyond for us, making our stays easy and memorable. The unit has been remodeled beautifully and they continue to maintain and improve. Perfectly situated so both bedrooms have an ocean view. Nicely appointed and equipped. Already booked our next visit!

My husband, two children and I were fortunate enough to stay in this condo around the holidays. From the moment we walked in the door, we were speechless with the cleanliness, the luxurious updates throughout the entire condo, and of course - that view!! Listening to the waves crash made for an amazing nights rest (the beds are also very comfortable). The beach is right out the door, and it’s probably the nicest beach I’ve been on! Great for snorkeling, swimming, boogie boarding, walking and playing in the sand. Great location with easy access to Shops at Wailea and Kihei. The Mana Kai property is lovely, a nice size…not too big and very secure. John and Sara were great to work with and we loved the welcome basket they provided at the beginning of our stay. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Hopefully someday…Thank you, John and Sara for welcoming us. We loved every moment and it’s evident the amount of care you put into your home.

This place is a must stay! This was my third time to Maui and this was my favorite stay so far. The location was perfect, close to great places to eat and most importantly right on a beautiful beach. The host and cleaning crew are so wonderful and helpful I couldn’t have asked for more. The condo itself is so beautifully decorated and clean. The only way to experience how perfect this place is would be just to book it. No picture will ever do it justice!
