Mana Kai Maui is Kihei's most exclusive vacation rental resort, with its location on the sand on Keawakapu Beach - and this unit features a prime location in the building, with sweeping views down the south Maui shoreline, to the Wailea resorts. Fabulous snorkeling directly in front of the building, warm-water swimming, ideal for stand-up paddle boarding and kayaking: this location has it all for the ultimate Maui beach experience. Mana Kai 410 is located conveniently on the 4th floor near the center of the building.

Inside, the unit has every imaginable convenience -- the San Diego based owners set it up for their Maui getaway and equipped it for style and comfort. Split-system AC chills the unit, and high-speed Wi-Fi is free. New furnishings and art, a beautifully remodeled kitchen, new high-end King mattresses and luxury linens, and a full complement of beach gear provide the ultimate setting for your Maui getaway, for up to four guests. The two bedrooms have excellent separation: one has spectacular ocean views, the other a peek of the ocean.
Resort amenities include a beautiful new workout center, ocean front pool, grilling area, free reserved parking and on-site store, restaurant and Yoga center. The property recently underwent a grand-scale remodel, and it is the pinnacle vacation property on Maui's sun-drenched South Shore.
Walk off the elevator to the sand, and you can walk the beach for several miles, past Wailea's resorts (and restaurants) to the famed Wailea Beach path. The property is located at the extreme South end of Kihei, at Wailea's edge.

A wonderful property with amenities right in the building. Gorgeous beach outside the door perfect for snorkeling. Also a great lawn area with shade to move into later in the day when hot. Walk to restaurants and shops. Very family friendly, so some children noises if you choose to sleep with the window open to hear the waves. Not a big deal though.
We have stayed at the Mana Kai since the late 70s & always find the location, beach, amenities, & condo floor plans to be wonderful. The view was outstanding; the beach access & pool are the best! The 410 unit was well-stocked & clean. The communication with the property management team was prompt & very helpful.
My husband and I took our two sons on a week long vacation in Kehie at this condo. I loved this location. The resort is very well maintained. Everyone we crossed paths with were friendly and kind. This town is so beautiful and nice. I didn't ever feel worried or unsafe. The beach is so close and the water is calm. If you want big waves drive down to Mākena and go to big beach. That was a ton of fun! This condo had everything we needed and everything was great!! Thank you again!!
The property was very nice. Weve stayed many times at The Mana Kai and This unit was very nicely furnished and stocked. Our only complaint is that they were to replace/repair the safe and that never happened.Mahalo

The condo is on the beach, and the view is spectacular. There is a pool and a general store on the premises. So you can spend your entire day there. If laying on sand isn't your thing, there is a lawn and lawn chairs. The condo provided beach chairs and and umbrella. We will definitely be back!

Right on a wonderful beach with large grass lawn to sit. the complex made the lawn available to anyone (not excluding locals) so was always lively but not crowded. great snorkeling right outside. 10/10
Great place, with a view of the beach with lots of sea turtles.
This was probably our best vacation ever. The location was everything. We were able to sit back and relax daily on the lanai and watch the ocean all day. We could hear the gentle waves all night. We were able to take the elevator down and walk right out to a beautiful beach and pool. We were able to swim easily at the beach and there was a reef right next to it for snorkeling. I never felt the need to go to any other beach. We saw many fish and sea turtles while snorkeling. I also rented a kayak from the property which was awesome. We were there on the 4th of July and had prime viewing of fireworks launched from a boat and many locals came out and did the smaller fireworks on the beach. It was super fun! The condo was clean and well-appointed with comfy beds. The three TVs were a bonus for my family.
The best part about this unit is the location. We loved the beach and pool area and all you could do to enjoy your time there.
The condo was just as described! Excellent view, clean and well stocked with all the necessary items for the stay! We totally enjoyed ourselves and would book it again in a heartbeat!
For over 20 yrs my husband and I have stayed nearby. Never could afford Mana Kai but always looked longingly. K. beach our favorite. I brought his ashes this trip and he went out on a stand up board. Then I put our working class condo on Kenolio Rd. on the market. Probably my last trip and it has been beautiful. Kathie 4/29/24

The Mana Kai is always beautiful and feels like returning home….ohana🌴 The condo has an incredible view of beach, sunsets glimpsed through palm trees, and whales spouting in the distance. It was the perfect getaway from winter weather…. Mahalo ❤️

Stayed here for 2-weeks with my wife and two kids. The location is terrific and right on the beach. Views are gorgeous. Think the living room furniture needs updating and the condo staff seem to welcome people more that book directly with them versus someone booking through a 3rd party which isn’t the owners fault at all. Didn’t like the change the pool and restroom code everyday as it would be nice if they texted you the new code versus having to wait until 9 am to get the new code. The beach does allow public access so can get busy. Tracy at the conceirge is amazing.
We really liked the location of the condo building with it being right on the beach. The condo was equipped with a good selection of kitchen ware and appliances.
