Guest Access:
You will receive a link to an online guest book when it gets close to your arrival date. You will receive the link by email and text. The home has an electronic lock at the bottom level where the cars are parked. A code will be generated into your guest book just before your arrival day.
The Neighborhood:
Hoone Rd, fronting Poipu Beach Park and Brenneckes Beach, turns into Pee Rd. This winding street is a popular place to watch the sunset on the wall fronting Nihi Kai or to walk one way and return to the Poipu Kai Greenbelt.

Getting Around:
When visiting Kauai, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your experience and give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. While there are other transportation options available, such as the Kauai Bus, it's important to note that the bus service may not run as frequently as you might expect.
Having a rental car allows you to easily access all the incredible sights and attractions that Kauai has to offer. From the stunning Na Pali Coast to the breathtaking Waimea Canyon, having your own transportation gives you the flexibility to visit these iconic locations on your own schedule.

The place was in a great location, clean, attractive, roomy, and the kitchen was well stocked. The host was very attentive to any concerns and responded quickly. It was a great stay.
The property was clean and the basics were there for us. The kitchen materials were a little sparse, no measuring cups or spoons for preparing food, minimal dishes, we ended up buying paper plates to compensate. We loved the view from the back lanai and that it was shaded until about 2 pm which was a nice cool break from the beach to eat our lunch. We actually ate most of our meals there as we did not enjoy sitting on the tall and rather dangerous kitchen bar stools. We would have preferred a tiny table with 2 chairs. The master bedroom could use a more comfortable bed as that is certainly where you spend the most time indoors while visiting Kauai. We like most guests were gone to the beach or participating in other activities during the daytime. We were gone all day
For this place, the great location was everything. Many incredible restaurants nearby, and a very short walk to Poipu beach.
Condo was as advertised. Everything was excellent. No issues.
We really enjoyed our stay at Egret, The view from the front window is gorgeous of the ocean and sunset each night. We were fortunate that for most of the stay no one else was around us in the other units, so it was very quiet. We liked the layout, the kitchen was great for cooking and the air conditioning was amazing With separate AC controls in the living room and each bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and everything worked well. If we were in Poipu, we would stay here again! It was affordable for the area and a short walk to Poipu beach.
The location of this property was perfect, giving us easy access to Poipu Beach (and shops/restaurants), as well as the west, east, and north sides of the island. Everything was as advertised. We particularly enjoyed the beach supplies and comfortable beds. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Simple, clean, just what we expected and needed. Check in was easy. Great communication prior to leaving and upon arrival/throughout stay. Very close (under 5 min) walk to beaches and restaurant. We appreciated all the loaner gear- beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards. House was well stocked. We had a great holiday!

Great location just minutes from Poipu beach by foot...no parking hassles! Nice ocean view, very pleasant. We asked our host for an extra lamp and it showed up next morning.
We were expecting more from the descriptions of past guests, but we were disappointed with some of the furnishings. We had no bar height counter stools for our meals as that was the only eating area provided. The stools were 12" too short and made it impossible to eat sitting down. We stood or used our laps as a table. There was no lighting in the living area except for a ceiling fan that didn't work. The fan in the second bedroom could not be controlled by the remote. We contacted housekeeping and maintenance, but nobody could solve the problem. The description said they had an air fryer and a crockpot but neither appliance existed in our unit. The other appliances and cookware were adequate. The shower door leaked onto the bathroom floor causing a puddle every time it was used. Besides this, the view from the living area was beautiful. The location was convenient to the beaches and shopping.
We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect and fit our needs our vacation. Our only complaint was the toilet was broken when we arrived with a note written on a paper towel with a work around to flush the toilet. Would have been nice if they would have taken care of it before we arrived since they knew it wasn’t working properly. However the host was very responsive and someone did come to look at it the next day. Also, there wasn’t really anywhere to sit and eat dinner in the house. There was only counter height stools at the bar top so a little awkward to eat our food. With the exception of those minor things this place was great and we would definitely stay again!
