Welcome to Makena Surf B305! This unit is all about LOCATION and VIEWS! Makena is located a short five minute drive from all of the restaurants and shops in Wailea but offers the seclusion and privacy from all of the resort traffic! Makena Surf is one of the best kept secrets on South Maui, from it's stunning beauty to world class beaches and snorkeling this resort has it all. This unit is located in the premier building at Makena Surf, it is the only building situated directly in front of Wedding Beach and Secret Beach. Incredible views in every direction including Lanai, West Maui, Kahoolawe, and Molokini. On a clear day you can even see the Big Island and Molokai! During the winter months you can take in seasonal whale watching!
Slide open your pocket doors to create a seamless indoor, outdoor feeling during your stay. The lanai offers al fresco dining for four people, a gas grill and two chaise lounges to enjoy soaking up the sun. When you are ready to cool down, this unit is fully air conditioned! The condo is situated due West which means stunning Maui sunsets all year!
Enjoy a gourmet kitchen with superb appliances and extensive equipment, including a state of the art induction cooktop and a large microwave/convection oven. The kitchen is open to a large dining area with seating for six people. The living room features a large comfortable couch with 47 inch LCD TV.
The primary bedroom features a king size bed with large en suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom has two extra long twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request a guest bathroom located just off the bedroom. Both bedrooms are complete with HD TVs.
This stunning property also offers two pools with jacuzzis to choose from, one being directly behind this unit! Don't miss the beautiful herb garden available to guests to have their own "farm to table" dining experiences in the comfort of their condo! This property also offers BBQ areas for outdoor grilling, multiple tennis courts, free on-site parking, a fitness center and 24 hour security.
South Pool Closure:
Starting from June 19th, the South Pool will undergo an extensive maintenance period During this period, the South Pool will be closed to ensure necessary repairs and improvements are made. However, we are pleased to announce that the North Pool will be open for use during this time.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.Other things to notePlease note: Upon confirming your reservation, we will request your personal email address. A company specific rental agreement will be emailed to the provided address. Once we have received your completed rental agreement, detailed arrival instructions will be emailed to you one week prior to your stay.

Perfect for us senior beach bums
Well kept and clean, initial issue with the Air Conditioning, but we got it resolved.
Beautifully upgraded unit!
Great place and responsive management. Two minor problems. Dishwasher ran but didnt clean. Soap still sitting where you squirt it. AC doesnt turn on when you want. Was told it waits til door sensors are “calibrated ” or something. Eventually starts when it is ready. Not really a helpful feature. No complaints otherwise. Great place would stay again.
We had an amazing stay. The condo is just as advertised, with an amazing view and a wonderful kitchen. We love the Makena area and Makena Surf. You are far enough away from the busy hotels to be able to feel secluded, but you are close enough to enjoy a great meal or visit to the bar at one of them.
Location of unit can’t be beat. The kitchen and living room are updated (except for carpet), however bedrooms are outdated and need some TLC. We were disappointed that many other units had boogie boards and beach umbrellas available for use while we only had beach chairs. An umbrella on lanai was also needed at table.
The property was beautiful, very quiet and well kept. We stayed in unit B305. Excellent view.Fairly well stocked. Communication with property manager was good. Unit was fairly clean, carpets in bedroom could be cleaned. We would recommend and stay again. Dishwasher doesn’t heat dry, I saw that in a prior review.
My family and I had an amazing week at this terrific beach front condo. Everything worked perfectly. Magical views off the lanai - we saw dolphins and whales on the same day. Would highly recommend this condo. Snorkelling right off the beach, can see ++ turtles and fish, even a spotted eagle ray. Worth the money!!
Great view, but could not enjoy or go onto lanai after 3pm as there is no sun umbrellas or shades outside. Air conditioning was spotty. Construction happening next door without notification. Lanai was filthy, feet turned black from being on the deck/lanai. No one answered phone at management office, but would try and text back. Poor service.
The unit was in great shape, the beach and views are one of a kind. Great sunsets, snorkeling and whale watching!
Absolutely stunning property. Very spacious, clean, and convenient. If you like quiet, this is where you’ll find it. Saw lots of whales from our balcony. Perfect condo.
Second time in 2023 staying at the Makena Surf. Great location on the beach and "Turtle Point" plus close to Wailea and Kihei restaurants and shopping. EV charger was a plus for our Telsa rental car charging. We are planning on a return trim in July!
