House was in a great neighborhood and location, close to beaches, sights, restaurants and shopping. The actual house and furnishings are a little tired, though. The house was missing some basics (eg no table or floor lighting in living room, no measuring cups / spoons or a spatula in kitchen). No A/C in the kitchen / living area which isn’t a huge problem but not super comfortable. We had no hot water in a bathroom and so one en suite bathroom wasn’t useful for showering. We informed the management company - the property manager stopped by - but no change during our stay. Sliding screen doors are old, with handles broken, need some love. So overall, the property was good - but didn’t have some basics or amenities we’ve come to expect from VRBO houses.
The house is nice, well equipped, in a good, quiet neighbourhood. It is well located with easy access to all tourist attractions on the island. The nearest shopping mall is just a mile away with three good restaurants. The check-in and check-out went very smoothly.
The house is great, very nice neighbourhood, good location for access to all attractions, it is well equipped with good appliances. The only thing that we missed was a kettle.
This was a great location for those looking to adventure. The house is halfway between the Napali coast and Waimea Canyon. There are several beaches just a 5 minute drive away. It is a short walk to restaurants and shopping. It was always nice to be able to end a day of adventure in the relaxing pool and spa. Lovely house. Would highly recomend!
Such a great house with the amenities and location. The pool was an added bonus! So close to the beach and the golf course was right outside the front door. We had the most amazing time staying on the South side of the island this year. Thanks for an amazing stay!
Beautiful house, everything was good, only thing I would have critique, communication, but, over all, excellent spot.
The home is beautiful with a great location and was the perfect space for three adult couples. The kitchen and living space upstairs were perfect! The only issue was not having a/c in two of the bedrooms. We expected a cross breeze with windows and doors open and fans going but that wasn't the case. It was still very warm at night and it felt unsafe having doors open on the floor level. Upstairs without a/c was fine due to the breeze coming in. Other than the temperature in the bedrooms, this was a fantastic house!

The house was beautiful! All bedrooms were on main floor with the kitchen and living space on second floor. The biggest issue was that the description lists Air Conditioning however the main house does not have AC, only one room off of the garage. This is very misleading. The house was hotter than the outside environment even with the fans on and windows open. One shower did not drain very well causing a decent accumulation of water in the tiled base. The same bathroom had a ceiling vent fan that needs some work - it was extremely loud and may be damaged. Lastly, the smoke detector on the second floor batteries were low so it started to beep late throughout the house in the middle of the night which was unpleasant.
After spreading my late father's ashes on Oahu, my family of 8 spent four nights on Kauai. The house was perfect for us! The pool and hot tub were clean and accessible from all of the bedrooms (only one has ac but the trade winds did their job!). There is not a BBQ so plan accordingly! We enjoyed the family of chickens that visited every day along with a red cardinal which we found out represents a lost love one who is checking in! Mahalo Vacasa!
