This unique oceanfront resort is situated on the edge of a bluff providing spectacular coastal views. This second-floor condo is in the heart of sunny Poipu and is walking distance to a variety of beaches and restaurants.
The condo features a full kitchen, a spacious lanai, as well as air conditioning throughout. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, as well as an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom also has a King-sized bed, a portable AC, as well as a full guest bathroom. The open living space has a split duct AC, as well as a queen sleeper sofa. There are TVs in the master bedroom as well as the living room.

Great condo for our 9 day stay in Kauai. The unit was clean, well stocked and really convenient. Waterfront lanai was a great bonus for morning coffee. The community was quiet, some full timers and lots of other vacationing families. Community grills are super clean which I appreciated. Will definitely consider staying again.
