Makahuena 2-105 Ocean View 2 Bedroom 2 Bath, Sleeps 6, Ground Floor

The living room and the outside dining area has great ocean view. The property is right next to the pool(10 meters away). Clean place. The location is great and it close to everything. This is the ground floor unit and there are stairs you need to walk down to. The second bedroom’s window is lower than the garage level so it has a subtle feeling of basement. That’s probably why it is priced lower than other second floor building. We are fine with that and we leave the window open to ventilate. The property is very quiet and safe. We leave the main bedroom and living room door open to let air flow when we are in the condo. But we need to lock it when we are not in the property because otherwise it is too accessible by anyone. If this is a second floor unit with balcony, you can have a choice to leave the room’s door open all the time.

Nice place. The amenities are well equipped

We had a wonderful time. The pool was close, the sunsets were beautiful, and the condo was very nice and clean. The condo is a first floor unit which we loved, but there is a minimum of 2 stairs cases up to the parking lot.

This was a wonderful rental. Very clean, had all the necessary amenities, and in a great location. We had a few small issues that were slightly inconvenient but we're quickly addressed and overall we had a great stay.

This unit is perfect, and true to the photos in the listing. Everything is in new condition and very clean. The beds are comfortable, and the unit came stocked with great kitchen amenities, lots of bedding and blankets, toiletries, cleaning supplies, pool toys, laundry supplies etc. The condo is located a short walk from Poipu beach and is very quiet at night. The walk out patio is spacious and has a gorgeous view of the ocean, as well as a small yard area, and is ten steps from the pool. We found the value for the price we paid great compared to many other options we looked at. Thank you, we would absolutely book this unit again!!

Nice property — very comfortable for three of us, and it can easily accommodate more since the sofa converts into a bed in addition to the two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped; you just need to bring your own food and coffee filters.They also provide beach gear like chairs, a cooler, umbrellas, and snorkeling equipment. We didn’t get to use those or the pool due to stormy weather, but the condo was still very comfortable while we hunkered down and waited it out.There’s a great ocean view from the living room, which I’m sure is even better on a sunny day. We’d definitely book again next time we’re on the south shore of Kauai.

There was a partial ocean view from the patio, and just a few steps away we could enjoy a wide, open view of the water. Although we didn’t take advantage of the pool, we enjoyed visiting numerous nearby beaches.We did have some difficulty navigating the TV system, and unfortunately there were no instructions to help. That said, we weren’t planning to watch much TV anyway.There were many walking trails with spectacular ocean views, which we really appreciated. Overall, the property is on the older side, but it is well maintained.

It was nice, clean and decent view. Close to different beaches and rock bluffs to walk on.

The condo was perfect, beautiful views, beautiful grounds, hot tub and swimming pool very close, would definitely stay again! Needed help with cable box, and after a email we received help right away so were able to watch our Seahawks win the Super Bowl! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Amenities were great. Condo was comfortable and very nice. We enjoyed our stay.
