This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Great house and pretty view!
Super clean, gorgeous views. Very safe gated neighborhood. Close to beaches and mountains.
Exactly as listed. Spacious, clean & easy process. The beach equipment was perfect & made going to the beach very easy.
Space was immaculate and had everything we needed to accommodate us while we visited the Island. The community is amazing and we met some of the resident neighbors while at the community pool. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I would most definitely book this house again.

This house is a new build sitting atop the mountain side overlooking the ocean. The community is brand new and guard gated. It had all the amenities that we needed and more and we definitely made use of them; beach gear, coolers, towels, toiletries and more. It was home away from home which made it so comfortable. My only gripe is that it truly is far away from everything
We are a family of 6. There was ample room for us and the accommodations were excellent. We would stay here again. There's a beach 5 minutes down the road and we all enjoyed it.

House was clean and decently equipped. Area surrounding the house is amazing as it sits right in the valley. The bed wasn’t super comfortable in my opinion but everyone has their likes so it’s hard to always find a house with a bed you like. A word to travelers not familiar with Oahu; this property is on the FAR west side of Oahu. You will be at least an hour away from most things like Pearl Harbor, Waikiki, Diamond Head, North Shore, etc. I am very familiar with Oahu so I knew where I was staying. The beaches on the west side are very local and full of homeless. The two main towns on the way which are Waianae and nanakuli, are not places you want to be especially if you’re a tourist. Unless you know the west side or have business on this side I wouldn’t recommend a stay here. Ka’ena point is near Makaha and very nice to visit but that’s about all most people will find enjoyable on the west side. Nothing against the house, it’s beautiful and in a gated community but it’s very far from most of what Oahu has to offer.
