There is a gazebo in the backyard with outdoor furniture, including a dining table and chairs. Additionally, the house features TOTO washlet toilets for added comfort.

One of the cottages at Mauna Olu is located in a gated community with 24 hours security.
This home away from home has a lot to offer with beautiful beaches, local snorkeling, and eateries all within a 10-minute drive.
QUIET TIME:
This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.
PARKING:
Driveway parking. No parking allowed on the street and road.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked.

Excellent, exactly as described
The house was exactly what we were looking for. It was very peaceful and quiet and beautiful scenery. A car is definitely recommended to experience the other parts of the island. Loved the amenities offered.
The house and neighborhood was great but its very far out from everything.
Our family of five adults and one infant truly enjoyed our stay! The house is lovely, well-appointed, clean, secure, and comfortable. The views of the mountains are spectacular, and you can see the ocean in the distance. On our last night, the full moon lit a glowing path across the water. I will say that there are tent encampments along the shoreline nearest the property, so we were not confident in visiting the local beaches. That meant we had to drive a bit to some of the points of interest, but the scenery along the way could not be more beautiful! We would happily stay here again.
If you are looking to stay on the east side then this property delivers with amazing views, comfortable beds, and all the things to make your stay nice.

The house was lovely, but I found the check-in process to be unduly onerous with photos required of credit card and driver's license, a selfie picture, and a $45 non-refundable "just in case" damage deposit.
The location is fantastic! Close enough to the airport and shopping centers yet far enough so that you are more secluded in a gated community where you feel safe clean and it’s beautiful mountains and ocean views. I’ve never been to a place so clean and well kept. The staff replied quickly to all my requests. I will say the only cons which I wouldn’t even consider cons still giving it. A 5 star would be night stands by the beds are really tiny so it’s hard to charge and put anything down next to your bed, there are no dressers or drawers, and CON The living room seating area is limited, the furry chairs are super uncomfortable. We found blankets that we were able to cover to use them. And it’s also a little bit uneasy because the couch is white and all of the dining room chairs are white pillows, which makes eating at the table with the family pretty precarious. We wanted to make a big pot of soup, but there is no big pots several big pans. Pros! So many cool amenities from pool table, beautiful outdoor seating areas, body boards, lounge, chairs, for the beach and umbrella, snorkel gear, even water shoes! Thank you for a beautiful stay!
I thought the house was very nice. It had everything we needed. I would recommend it.
Beds are super comfortable. Living room furniture was uncomfortable and the 4 animal hide chairs shed and made you itchy. Had to put towels over them before sitting on them. The kitchen was fully stocked which was very nice. Thank you. Downside was that the landscaping front and back was not done yet. However, it rained heavily on one of the days we were there and the view of the Makaha Mountain was majestic with 15 waterfalls flowing off the mountain visible from the back of the house!
Property was a ways away from the things we did but was very nice. Had an ussue with ants and gnats but managed. The vacuum didnt work and the broom was for a midget but again we managed.
