This beautifully designed approx. 1,373 sqft 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat offers all the comforts of home in a tropical paradise. With a spacious backyard, convenient laundry facilities, and high-speed internet, your stay is as comfortable as it is connected. Step inside and feel the welcoming embrace of the Aloha spirit. The inviting living area is designed for both relaxation and gathering, with cozy seating and a flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. But it’s the stunning views that truly stand out—offering sweeping vistas of the Pacific Ocean and the dramatic mountain landscape, sure to leave a lasting impression.
The main level of this beautiful home welcomes you with an airy open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and a modern kitchen with a center island—ideal for family meals, entertaining, or simply gathering together. The master bedroom is also on the first floor, featuring a king-sized bed, large smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a relaxing bathtub. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this floor for guests.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional generously sized bedrooms. One offers a queen bed, while the other was specially designed with kids in mind—it includes a fun trundle bed setup with a single bed on top and a full-size bed on the bottom, along with cheerful decor to make little ones feel right at home. A shared full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, from modern appliances to essential cookware. Whether you're making a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, this kitchen has you covered. For fun and relaxation, the home offers something for everyone—challenge your group to a game of cornhole in the yard, practice yoga while soaking in the breathtaking mountain views, or gather inside for board games and cozy movie nights. The garden features a stunning gazebo with a table and seating area, providing the perfect spot for enjoying an outdoor meal with ocean views, or hosting a fun BBQ under the stars. - Parking: 1 standard-sized cars in the garage and 2 parking spaces on the driveway. NO parking on the street or road.
- Quiet Time: between 9:00 pm – 8:00 am. This is a residential community. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties, events, or large gatherings.
- Self-check-in via Smart Lock.
- Guests have access to the entire house and the private backyard.
- For our out-of-town guests, we are 14 miles away from Kapolei (Costco and shopping malls). It is recommended to have a rental car.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the home. All the modern conveniences. It is remote but that means you get away from the tourists and crowds and enjoy “Hawaii “.
The property is a bit remote but it’s away from all the tourism and the views were spectacular. And the house had all the conveniences including AIR CONDITIONING. We would love to go back.
Beautiful, peaceful location, great mountain and ocean views from the lanai, comfortable beds and clean home! We stayed with our friends and enjoyed the relaxing time there. Note that it’s on the west side of the island so plan for an hour drive to tourist sites and Honolulu.
Overall our stay was very good. House has everything you need. Check in very easy, The only things we would suggest is a gas Grill over a charcoal grill. We just think more people use gas over charcoal these days and would get a real toaster but that us:)
The home is very nice. It was very clean upon arrival and many extras in the garage to use at the beach which was a HUGE bonus. Another big bonus to this house is the Lanai. The furniture in the lanai is very comfortable, spaced great and lanai itself has lights so after dark can sit and visit outside. We sat out in the morning for coffee and in the night for drinks. LOVED it!
Had a good stay, house was clean and well layed out. Only thing i would have wanted different was a king bed instead of a queen in the second bedroom upstairs. Otherwise great views and gazebo in the back yard. Community pool was nice as well.
Ample size, comfortable, good location. Beaches near the house are awesome. Clean but well used. Had issues with Wi-Fi for a couple of days and unfortunately they keep the modem in a locked room. Would suggest they keep that out so that it can be reset easily. Would stay again.
Over all very beautiful home with spectacular views. We felt the home was a bit warm with the ac at its lowest temperature. Exposed windows deom the west side are uncovered therefore home was hot in late afternoons and upstairs did not cool down until the early morning hours. With window cocerings for top windows or ac maintenance should correct the issue. Again spectacular views and very quiet and secure area. Would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: After our original rental was canceled last minute we found this amazing Alii Beach Rental with only one day to spare before we landed in Hawaii. The staff at Alii were prompt and polite in helping us with our booking. It was a little more pricey than our original but it was well worth the extra cost for the beautiful condo and all of its amenities. Everything was very clean and well stocked. They had a full kitchen with pots and pans to cook, snorkel gear, ice chests, life jackets, towels, chairs, boogie boards, yoga mats, whatever you need for a day on the beach. They also had an amazing washer and dryer that made our life a lot easier not having to pack up soggy clothes for the trip home. The outdoor patio was perfect for early morning coffee, and late night conversations with a stunning view of the ocean. Overall, our stay at Alii Beach Rentals was exactly what we needed to facilitate a fun filled week. It was truly enjoyable to come “home” to the rental and unwind and reminisce on another amazing day on Oahu.Thank you for making everything a breeze, we will be back again soon!
