Modern Waianae Home w/ Mountain & Valley View

The house itself was great and in a gated community but the amenities were lacking. Basic kitchen utensils. Linens were very lacking or nonexistent. There were only one bath towel per person and when asked for additional ones were told to wash the one we had. No hand towels provided so had to use paper towels in the bathrooms or use the one bath towel provided. Only one kitchen towel provided and kitchen sponges was old and used. Only two pool towels provided so had to use the one bath towel for both pool and bath. One bedroom had no blankets or covers and no extras were provided. We did go purchase some beach towels and blankets.

We loved our stay here! Great place if you want to enjoy Oahu and not stay in some of the busier areas. The house is located in a nice, quiet community and was just as advertised. Everything was clean and the kitchen had all we needed for cooking. The kids loved how close the house was to the community pool. There was a little confusion upon check-in with the community gate attendant but it was very quickly resolved. We would absolutely stay here again if we travel back to Oahu. Thank you!

The house was very clean. A little farther out than we expected. There is still an issue with ants (mostly in the primary bedroom). The microwave door handle was broken (someone tried to glue it - but, the glue failed.) There was no stopper for the bath tub. The ceiling fan lights are weird -we never could figure out how to get them to stay turned off. The lights continually turned back on an hour or longer after we turned them off. Overall, it was a great experience and worth the cost. Thank you!

Great place in nice location. My family loved the yard, big house, and easy access to the community pool.

Overall, the home was beautiful. There was ample space for my large family. As mentioned in some of the previous reviews, bugs were a slight issue. There were a significant amount of the ants in the home. The listing also reported that shampoo and body soaps were included. There was no shampoo or soap, so we just bought our own and left the surplus behind. The internet never did work while we were there. We connected to the guesthouse. We viewed these as very minor issues. There were many positives to this home. These views were phenomenal. There was a washer and dryer available in the garage. This was very nice and allowed us to pack a more lightly for the trip. Beside from a few minor issues, the home was great in overall enjoyable. I would recommend!

We enjoyed the home. It would have been nice to have some other outside chairs (either rigid or folding). Since there was eight people not all of us could sit outside at the same time.

It was a good place to stay. But there were ants in every room starting with the first night till the last day we stayed. I know we’re in a place where there are insects etc., but there are always ways to mitigate. Supposedly it was fumigated 30 days prior to our stay and they’ll get pest control out again soon. Home contact could not do anything other than it wasn’t their call to provide any type of compensation for the issue.

It was a beautiful home. Quiet area perfect for family vacations. Owner was great to work with.

Beautiful house and neighborhood

House was clean and spacious. The whole process of checking in and out was very easy and the group had a great time.

We had a lovely week on the island. The house was great to spread out for our family of 5 and relax. It’s a short drive to the beach and some local food. Not a ton on that side of the island, but it worked well for our family. The house is clean and new in a very nice neighborhood.

We booked our stay for our family of 7 plus our five month old grandson. We couldn't have made a better choice for a vacation home. The location, size of home, beautiful surroundings. . . can't say enough good things about the entire experience. After the long travel time to get to Hawaii it was wonderful to find our rental to be exactly what we had hoped for and more. I would highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the island of Oahu!

Property was close to family members we were visiting, gated community, not a bad drive to all the places we wanted to see. Very pleased with experience.
