This was a wonderfully comfortable stay, the AC did work really well in the living and kitchen space, however, you had to leave your bedroom door open in order to cool the room at night. Other than that! 100% happy with our stay!
Love the location, washer and dryer. There were several issues with this unit. It was clean topically but is need of a deep clean, window sill door frame, under furniture. They did replace the dish washer which was unusable when we arrived. A cabinet door fell off, lights in the master bathroom went on and off even after they sent someone to check on them. He said it was the wiring which could be dangerous. The windows in the master bedroom rattled and whistled in the wind even some with paper plates wedged in so people could sleep. Kitchen not particularly well socked, ie: only two not very sharp steak knives. We have stayed on this property for almost 40 years in many different units and have never stayed in one in this disrepair. Also the air conditioner barely cool the unit. My Perfect stays did everything we asked of them and sent several people and fans to try and help as best they could.
Comfortable bed
The condo was great overall. I had a group of six that all ranged in age and the condo space was accommodating for us all. Easy to get in to and close enough distance to everything. The view of the ocean was amazing. The pool was in a great location. Close walking distance to the harbor and the beach. Everyone there was really nice. I look forward to my next vacation there.
We had a fantastic time We got in late so no time for shopping, thanks to my perfect stays gift we had coffee in the morning. The condo was everything we wanted, clean, great view felt just like home. Aside from needing a few more utensil's an extra key or two our vacation was perfect. Thank you My Perfect Stays I would highly recommend you to anyone I can.

Everything was fine other than the "rule" that you can't hang hammocks on the trees on the beach. Would stay here again.
This is our second time staying at this unit, our fifth time at this resort. Exceptional location on the island, and having a ground floor unit is top notch. The grounds are very well kept by the friendly gardeners, and the pool is wonderful. Parking is easy (although tight spaces) and plentiful. As for the unit, we’re not sure we’ll book this one again. It looks like the owners have not been by to inspect and check fixtures and restock kitchen supplies and beach equipment. The lanai furniture was ripped, faucet had to be replaced (by an INCREDIBLE management team), sliding door has to be jimmied every time to close (property management looked at that too, but said that it is the way it is because it’s old - the other two units that family stayed at here had perfect sliding doors and have been that way for years.) There are two umbrellas and two boogie boards, but they have seen better days (no working straps on the boards and the foam is peeling away from the core.) We will say that the linens and beds are very comfortable and the AC and fans work perfectly. The kitchen is quite dated - oak cupboard trim is quite sticky so most need to be pulled firmly to open, the fluorescent light needs to be hit just right sometimes to turn on, and they need a few new knives because nearly all are completely dull. They have a good coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, and rice cooker though! We don’t feel that this unit is quite worth the price we paid, when GORGEOUS ground floor units at this complex are nearly the same price or cheaper. (This was the last ground floor unit available for this family reunion trip, so we had to book it.) If the unit were updated and restocked we would consider staying here again. All of that being said, it is still a good place to stay, it is clean and comfy sleeping. If we were in the same pickle for this being the last unit available to book, we would book it again, provided the price were less than other units. Last note, if you stay here and something is not right, contact the management company, they are wonderful!!!!! We even needed a recommendation for healthcare and they quickly responded. Mahalo!
Views were very nice. Prebooking Photos showed beach out front which is not true, you have to walk through neighboring property for beach access. Kitchen tap was finicky and dripped constantly unless you fiddled with it. Lights in bathroom flickered and randomly shut off. This area of Maui is very windy compared to other locations we have stayed at. Location was nicely centralized between Lahaina & Kahului.
not as listed over priced for the condition of the place you can tell this is a place that the owners are in it just for the money things are just patched up instead of being replaced when needed replaced tile flooring but didn't replace rusty tub dead spiders on walls fanes plugged up with lint chairs on lani falling apart kitchen is from the 90's
Wonderful property with incredible views, we highly recommend this location to all visitors to Maui!
The place was nice but a few things could have made it better. For example, it was lacking in amenities. The hand soap was about half an inch full but completely watered down. Lasted about three hand washes. They provided two tiny 1.5 oz shampoo and conditioner bottles for three people for 8 days. There were barely any silverware, ie 5 forks. The bath tub was pealing at the bottom, kinda icky, and we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Also, the tile on the patio is extremely slippery when wet. Not the right tile and very dangerous. Myself and my son slipped pretty bad. Thankfully, only bruised. Also, I was under the impression that there was beach access right in front of the hotel, which is not the case. It’s roped off and you have to go around to get to the beach right there due to the erosion. Lastly, we were approached by the management team there the very first day to “remind” us that we cannot have the kids playing outside loudly, even during the day. No playing games in the pool or grass area. No loud laughing…. LOL. They shouldn’t allow people with kids to rent the place then. The positives, they did have four beach chairs, two umbrellas, sand toys and one set of snorkel gear which was really nice. All in all, it was decent. Maybe it was just hard because our friends rented another unit a few doors down, paid less, and had WAY more amenities and it was much nicer. BUT - we were in Hawaii!!! Aloha
