We had a wonderful time.

This was a family vacation for myself, my husband, my mother-in-law and sister-in-law... the ground floor was ideal! steps away from the pool... the view was spectacular!

This condo is located at a great location. There is something to do nearby for everyone. We loved watching the whales do acrobatics and the turtles feed along the rocks. If you like to cook the kitchen is nicely updated & you will never find a kitchen better supplied than this one. The condo had lovely artwork which gave it a homey feeling. Unfortunately the condo needs fresh paint and updating of the living room furniture. The linens for the queen bed were in dire need of replacing. They had holes in them and the elastic on the fitted sheets no longer existed. The carpets need replacement (or a professional cleaning) as well as the sliding door window treatment. I would recommend a stay here but only after the above issues were addressed.

Overall a great stay. Very quiet location and the grounds are immaculate. Great patio with wonderful view, morning sun and afternoon shade. Pool was nice and the 2 large BBQ’s were great. Kitchen was well stocked with sharp knives, stainless steel pots and pans, and plenty of plates cups and glasses. Coffee grinder, press and drip machine. The condo itself is comfortable but tired and could use some updating. A few things we could suggest is replacing the patio chairs, providing more than 1 beach chair and upgrading the AC unit. Helen was an excellent host, clear communication and when the microwave stopped working she had a new one there the next day. Thank you Helen for sharing your place with us, we will certainly contact you again on our next trip to Maui.

The condo wasn’t clean, tub hadn’t been cleaned as in dirt on the base of the tub. Kitchen floor had never been swept and we had cockroaches. Shampoo, conditioner laundry detergent had been watered down a lot,3 rolls of tissue paper for 3 ladies for 10 days was not enough and when I asked for more I was told it was up to me and I protested and more was brought to the home. Location was great. .

We had a wonderful stay at this condo during our Maui vacation. The highlight was definitely the ocean view and close to the pool area – it’s the perfect spot to relax and take in the island’s beauty. The location is ideal, with amazing beaches just a short 20 to 25-minute drive away, making it easy to explore some of the best spots Maui has to offer. While we did encounter a few roaches, which we understand is common in tropical environments, it wasn’t a major issue for us. The furniture was a bit dated, but overall, the condo was comfortable, providing everything we needed for our stay. If you’re looking for a centrally located, peaceful place to unwind with beautiful views, this condo is a great option!

We arrived late and had no issue with finding the place or being able to get into the property and settle in for our stay. We had no issues with sleeping. Although we did note that the condo is adjacent to a hallway which does produce wind tunnel like sounds, so a very light sleeper might struggle. We were all fine. The only disappointment was that the retaining wall separating the condo property from the ocean had failed. There is no longer a beach access on the property, so those photos do need to be updated. We were able to walk out to the street and access the local park beach within walking distance. The beach is steep, so small children need to be monitored and stay close to shore but it is a nice little space to play and relax with the other families that seemed to congregate there during our stay. We did have a small issue with the oven. We were able to contact the owner and have it resolved easily as she was very responsive. The AC is a single unit that is not sufficient to cool the entire condo, so the living area can get very cool in order to cool down the bedrooms. There were plenty of fans. The local geckos seemed to take care of most of the bugs, so the place wasn't as buggy as some places can get. Overall, we would recommend this place to others. We also recommend the owner as she did a wonderful job of quickly responding to the one concern we shared.

We stayed for 10 nights in May/June 2024. Overall, this condo is a very good value for rhe money. The unit could use some cosmetic updates, but it is accurately reflected in the listing. The master bedroom mattress and shower were great! The kitchen is fully stocked..we did almost all our cooking here, the only thing we couldnt find was measuring cups/spoons, but most people probably don't cook as much as we do on vacation! The patio sliding door and screen are in need of maintenance/repair..they were difficult to use. One downside is that the HOA president was not friendly, especially towards children/teens. There were excessive rules about the pool and grounds which pretty much ruled out anything kids could do outside. This is fine, if thats the property's rules, but it should be disclosed before booking. The beach access is down the block, not directly in front of the building. Its an easy walk (no busy roads) We enjoyed the easy access being on the first floor and felt very safe.

Absolutely loved staying here during our family trip to Maui for 8 nights, and would definitely stay here again. The ground level lanai was perfect with kids who wanted to be outside constantly and get in the pool and beach. Location is great in central/south Maui and a fairly short drive to everything. It was perfect. Only complaint was the back sliding door is difficult to open and close even for adults.

It is very quiet and peaceful here

We absolutely loved this condo. The location was perfect. 20 minutes from the airport and close to all major highways. I don't think we missed a beach or hike. Did the road to Hana and both of the mountains. Took an amazing whale watching tour out of Lahiana. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Beach chairs, boogey boards and coolers. We can't wait to go back.

The location is perfect.

My wife and I and our adult son stayed here for a week and we all had a great time. The unit was clean and comfortable and well equipped. The location, pool, complex and grounds and view are fantastic.

Pretty much just as promised, beautiful view, clean, friendly people. Centrally located, safe, and comfortable. Only disappointment was no hot tub as advertised. Would stay there again, thanks

This was our 11th stay in 21 years. We always go to this condo complex. This was the first time staying in the ground floor unit, very convenient. Not the greatest ocean views, but we just sat out on the grounds more often. We love being in the Maalaea area, very close to everything.

Wonderful place to stay! The property was perfectly located to have wonderful views and easy ocean/pool/garden access. It had everything we needed which was extremely helpful, and the community in the complex was wonderful as well. It was absolutely the perfect place for our special family trip together!

Well located, very cute condo. A little tight for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers, but still a great place!

This is a very nice 1st floor unit with a beautiful view. It is very well equipped with everything you need for your vacation stay. It is kid friendly with water and sand toys and a pack and play crib. We enjoyed our stay there for 12 days.
