This top floor corner unit offers amazing ocean views!! Enjoy radiant sunsets from your private lanai overlooking Ma'alaea Bay. Light and bright as you enter, this beautifully designed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit features fresh paint and new wood flooring throughout. The primary bedroom offers an adjustable Tempur-Pedic Cal King bed that allows each side to individually raise and lower the head and foot of the bed. Choose your personal comfort level, open the primary lanai doors and lay back and listen to the ocean waves roll in. New split AC offered for those warmer Summer nights.For convenience, both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with porcelain-tiled walk-in showers. The guest room has a brand new plush queen bed and jalousie windows that easily allow the cooling Tradewinds in. Moving to the glorious living area, the view is phenomenal! You may find yourself wanting to use the queen sleeper sofa just to be able to soak it all in a little longer.
When you get tired of looking at the ocean, there is a large flat screen TV so you can catch up on your favorite shows. The condo is loaded with all the comforts of home including new ductless air conditioning in the living room and primary, high speed internet and a fully stocked kitchen with stone countertops. To make your stay even easier, there is a full sized washer and dryer, a supply of beach towels and even beach chairs. The location was good. I would say really look at the pictures on line. We had no place to eat our meals. The two bar stools they had one was broken. For the charge of cleaning it should have been cleaner.

We are familiar with this property and location the unit was clean well maintained easy check in and check out
We spent a lot of time on the balconies. The trees blocked the view some but it was still beautiful.The length of time of the construction was a little deceiving. Because of the holidays we couldn’t get to the other side of the property where the turtle beach was because the construction company had it blocked off. We couldn’t get anybody to open up the gate on the north which gave us the only access to the turtle beach. That little beach was one of the selling points.We had problems with flooding of the living room air-conditioning three times. It might be something you really need to look into. The only suggestions I would have is bath mats and better outdoor chairs for the beach. One side of the bed didn’t go up and down, and we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the fan.The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for us.
We had a great time here! It’s the perfect vicinity to nice beaches and restaurants while also being away from the bustle. It was so nice to have the beach chairs and lanai access.
Overall I liked the property. There were a few issues with cleanliness ( stain on towel/ sheet/ strange smell in some rooms) but overall space was great for a family of 5. Other than minor issues, it was extremely windy part of the island. May be it was just that time of visiting? Would recommend with above caveats
The condo was clean and well equipped for our stay. We had beach chairs we could use as well as beach towels, ice packs and a cooler! The swimming pool on the property was clean and very well maintained with BBQ grills available for use. The condo had a great view of the pool and the ocean, and it was awesome to have breakfast on the patio and whale watch. Overall it was a very positive experience, with a nice public beach as well as the Aquarium, and a terrific restaurant and shopping all within easy walking distance. The evenings were quiet and we never really heard any noise from the neighbors. Would definitely consider staying here again.
The view of the ocean with the swaying palm trees was breathtaking. The condo was very clean. We like the location ; the less congested area. The Seascape and Point Break are excellent restaurants in the area.
The property was clean and right next to the water. The AC was a lifesaver and only a 1/4 mile walk to the beach. Great experience, would stay again.
This property is truly such a great location. Comfortable beds, good space, lovely having two bathrooms and comfortable patio chairs to watch the waves. My only complaint would be that there wasn’t a knife bigger than a steak knife so cutting my pineapple was more challenging than it should have been. I would also suggest to the company to replace the “cutting boards” and sautee pans as they were on their last legs probably years ago.
