The Palms #902 is a luxurious one-bedroom two-bath upstairs villa tucked away in a private and quiet corner in one of the nicest locations on the property. The unit has a beautiful and private garden view, and limited/partial ocean views. In this quiet corner of the Palms, often the only sound you will hear is the waves crashing on the nearby beaches. The Palms is one of the upscale resorts at Wailea with impeccably kept grounds and a luxurious chlorine-free infinity pool.

This spacious unit is approximately 1022 square feet and the covered lanai provides another 250 square feet of island-style living space. The large lanai is perfect for breakfast, mid-afternoon relaxation, or a private dinner. It is surrounded by palm trees. It is furnished with outdoor furniture, dining table and chairs.
THE PALMS AT WAILEA
The Palms is a 5 star condo resort located in the prestigious Wailea community on Maui. It is at a walking distance to some of the best beaches and golf courses in the world. The property is sparsely built on a 20+ acre natural hillside lot. The lushly landscaped grounds are meticulously maintained and adorned with year-around blooming tropical flowers. A sparkling stream and winding walkways cut across the property. A large chlorine-free swimming pool is surrounded by a sundeck with a hot tub. A tour desk is also on property to assist you with sightseeing and activities. All the units are two-story Mediterranean town home style buildings.
WAILEA RESORT COMMUNITY
Wailea boasts beautiful beaches, five championship golf courses, and a world-class tennis center. The hotels, shops and beaches of Wailea are within walking distance from the Palms. The hotels in Wailea offer many amenities including surfing lessons, scuba lessons, kayak and sailboat rentals, and whale-watching excursions. Wailea also has some of the best spas in the world. Many of the top restaurants on the island are located in Wailea. The Shops at Wailea offers a wide variety of shopping experiences.
Keawakapu, Mokapu, Ulua, and Wailea beaches are a short stroll from the Palms. Wailea beaches have been voted some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. They offer perfect swimming for all ages. They are popular spots for snorkeling and boogie boarding. Lovely stay at Brian’s condo! Lots of beach items to use which was just brilliant - cool box, chairs, umbrella, noodles etc! Lovely, comfy big bed, we slept so well! Brian allowed us to check-in early which was really appreciated. Fantastic host, thank you!
We very much enjoyed our 7-night stay in this Palms condo. Brian was an excellent host as he was always available to answer our questions and did everything to ensure that our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The unit is exactly as pictured and was complete with everything we needed. We really appreciated all the beach items – towels, chairs, and umbrella, along with the hard side cooler which we used everyday as we visited every corner of the island during our stay. We valued the proximity to town with the beaches, restaurants, and grocery store five to ten minutes away yet just a few minutes from Highway 31 making it a good base for the longer day trips to Hana and Haleakalā. Hopefully, we will return to Maui soon, and with any luck we will rebook with Brian for that vacation.
We had booked Brian’s condo for our honeymoon and it was exactly as advertised. Brian was super keen on having the place clean and also provided some lovely recommendations around the island while being available for any questions we had during our stay. 10/10 will be back again.

I really enjoyed the condo at the palms. We had a good space, nice balcony, and it also came with some of the necessities for laundry and dishes. I would have liked to know clearly it had central air or not, but we made it work with the bedroom air and windows. I would definitely stay here again.

My 12 year old and I just stayed at this unit. It was very clean, spacious, close to the pool and beach! Location in Wailea is perfect-close to shops and restaurants. We loved it and will definitely go back and stay again. The hosts were lovely and very attentive. They helped us with suggestions, things to do and were prompt in replying to our questions. We’ve rented condos in Wailea from this host several times before but not this property or this condo community. We were very pleased with the well appointed and large condo, and especially the large private lanai equipped with a gas grill. The unit has a small but fully equipped kitchen , which allows for a larger than usual living space. The bedroom is up a few stairs and down a long hall and feels very secluded and private. The lanai off the living space is spacious and equipped with both a large seating unit but also a large table for 4 and a gas grill with a full tank of propane gas. I love to cook so made most of our meals from local Maui ingredients and ate them on the lanai. The condo is also fully equipped with beach umbrella, chairs, cooler etc - more than you need for the beach. But the best thing we discovered was that the beach is walkable - at the bottom of the complex and across the street - and a good beach for both swimming and snorkeling. Within minutes snorkeling, we saw several turtles. There’s only a small glimpse of the ocean from the condo, but the west Maui mountains could be seen from the king bed when I awake each morning and the privacy more than made up for it. All in all a very nice rental property.
