The complex is located in the best area of the entire Waikoloa Beach Resort, in walking distances to the King Shops, the A Bay Beach, and the Queens Marketplace. You can walk to Starbuck's in the morning, go to the beach in the afternoon, or take an evening stroll to one of the many fine restaurants or under the stars from our villa. The villa is located on the top floor in the best and most private area of the Waikoloa Beach Villas complex, right on the golf course with spectacular views of the lakes, the golf course, the Kohala mountains, Mauna Kea and the Island of Maui.
Pure luxury is the appropriate term to describe this upscale condo, with designer furniture, wood work trimmed ceilings, large windows, travertine floors, upgraded carpeting, etc. NEW Central Air conditioning and tropical ceiling fans are located throughout. This luxury villa has almost $150,000 in upgrades and furnishings above and beyond standard villa here. It is one of the premier property here in the Beach Villas. Upgrades abound, with wall art, sculptures, designer furniture, CARPET, etc.
The large gourmet kitchen is almost twice the size of standard, and nicely appointed with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, large island, wine cooler, comfortable counter seating for entertaining guests, etc.
The dining area is conveniently located next to the kitchen, with a large beautiful round table, designer chairs and stunning sideboard, tropical wall art and sculptures. Also, there is an incredible Bose stereo system.
The extra large living room is appointed with plush designer furniture, an entertainment center including a large Samsung 55" inch smart LED television with cable, DVD & CD player, FREE high speed WI-FI internet, etc.
The large covered lanai area is appointed with a wonderful outdoor kitchen, gourmet stainless steel BBQ, and elegant teak outdoor furniture for entertaining. With fantastic views and over 350 of sunshine a year, this comfortably shaded lanai will certainly be the place of choice of guests to entertain friends or enjoying your morning breakfast watching the sunrise over Mauna Kea while enjoying a cup of coffee, or evening meals under the stars! Sunsets are also stunning from the Lanai!
The spacious master bedroom is nicely appointed with a designer king-size bed with plush mattress and 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linens. There is a large 55" Samsung smart LCD/ plasma television with DVD player.
The large en-suite master bath is luxuriously appointed with a large vanity with double sinks and elegant marble counter, large romantic soaking tub, plush over sized towels, and adjoining walk in closet.
The secondary bedroom is elegantly appointed with a king size bed with beautiful end tables, plush mattress with 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linens, NEW custom closet built-in with Samsung 43" flat screen smart tv.

We had a wonderful stay at J32 and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was incredibly convenient - right across from a grocery store, food court, and several shops, which made day to day planning so easy.The apartment itself was very spacious, with plenty of room to relax, and the views were absolutely gorgeous. We loved looking out over the golf course and mountains - it was peaceful and scenic. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and we really appreciated that there was an abundance of dish soap, laundry detergent, and paper towels. Not having to worry about basic supplies was a big plus.The balcony quickly became our favorite spot. It featured a cozy sofa, a built in grill, and a dining table that we used for both breakfasts and dinners while watching golfers pass by. It was the perfect place to unwind.We had one minor maintenance request during our stay, and it was addressed immediately, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. We truly enjoyed our time at J32 and would absolutely return.
We stayed here on the big island for about 13 nights and had the most amazing time! This two bedroom condo is absolutely beautiful and has everything you would need. It’s close to two shopping areas and to get to Kona takes about half an hour drive. The property manager was very responsive and I would definitely stay here again!!!

Reviewer Comments: The Pros: The 3rd floor unit itself was quiet and decorated nicely with high end upgrades, had a lovely big kitchen, had comfortable furnishings (loved the couch), was located right across from Queens Marketplace, had an elevator, and included a wonderful balcony/lanai with outdoor grill overlooking the golf course.The Cons: The unit was not near either pool (long walk) and we never could figure out if there was a workout room in the complex (no map was give, we could not locate one, and staff onsite did not seem to know). On-site staff was not friendly and overly rigid. We parked our car and were taking our luggage to the unit (literally had been there 5 minutes) and when we returned to the car w/ the parking pass and to get the rest of our bags, there was a"ticket" on our windshield giving us a warning for not having a parking pass displayed.But I think that turned me off of the unit completely was that the unit had a Nest thermostat that was locked at 74 by the owner. This would not have been an issue except the Nest thermostat was located in the kitchen/dining room area which stayed cool, the bedrooms are located at the far ends of the unit. It was considerably hot in the bedrooms. My husband, who runs cold and typically sleeps with blankets and his socks, even complained about the heat. I have an autoimmune condition which is exacerbated by being too hot, not to mention I'm in that period of my life where I also get hot flashes, so I felt like I was being boiled alive at night there. I texted the property manager to inquire if it could be lowered a degree or two at night. I was advised they needed to check with the owner. I never heard back, which to me indicates the owner probably never responded to the property manager's inquiry.I understand that owners of condos try to save on costs where they can but this should have been clearly disclosed in their listing. For me, this was unacceptable and this

We did buy a box fan, and donated it for the cause in the master.

My only complaint, if you could call it that, were the people who checked the pool and hot tubs each day. They were not family friendly. I understand when renting there are rules to follow. The disappointment was the rules do not easily allow families to have fun at the pool. Zero pool “toys” allowed and both employees made this clear to everyone in the pool. The one woman kept asking me if it was my son in the hot tub even after I said he was not. And the parents were right there as he was grabbing his toy out of the hot tub that had fallen in. I think there is a much more professional way to speak to parents and children. Otherwise a fantastic rental and would stay here again!!
