Second bedroom features two extra-long twin beds, (with option to convert into a comfortable Cal-king bed) and the second bath is conveniently located adjacent.
Kitchen features deluxe appliances, granite counters, and is fully equipped with all cookware, dishes, utensils, Cuisinart, Keurig coffee makers, and electric tea kettle; it really has everything you’ll need. The spacious lanai overlooking the Kings’ Lake and shops is the perfect place to start and end your day…coffee in the morning while you watch golfers from the 4th tee of the Beach Course. Or evening cocktails, take in a sunset, and gaze at the shimmering lights reflecting off the Kings Lake. Relax and enjoy the living area which features a 50” flat screen High Definition TV, Blu-Ray DVD, FREE Wi-Fi, iPod dock, ceiling fans, BRAND NEW A/C SYSTEM, washer/dryer. One of the best locations in the entire Waikoloa Beach Resort area and Fairway Villas complex. Convenient, yet quiet and tranquil. Stroll to the infinity edge pool and hot tub. Check out Anaehoomalu Bay, (A-bay) neighboring the Fairway Villas, within walking distance or short drive. A welcoming recreation area with a 900’-long granular salt & pepper sandy beach, great facilities, free parking, equipment rental available and island excursions available too. Also, located right on the beach is Lava Lava Beach Club a great restaurant, with live entertainment. There are also many other beautiful beaches only a short drive away. Explore Mauna Kea snow-capped mountain to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park where you can see how active Kilauea volcano is.
Golfers, there are two championship golf courses for your enjoyment: Waikoloa King’s Course and Waikoloa Beach Course. Plus several other world class golf courses in close proximity.
Super convenient, plus a very easy short walk from our condo, to The Kings’ Shops and Queens’ Market , one of the Big Island’s premier shopping, dining, and live entertainment destinations. Shops offer everything from family friendly, exclusive luxury name brands, popular hip stores, and boutiques, coffee shops, various restaurants and a casual Ono Food Court. Each shopping center also has a convenient market place for groceries, deli, souvenirs and other essentials. Weekly free events within the shops include live Hawaiian music, hula performances, and a farmers market each Wednesday.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental quality was just not as expected. Thankfully, our Property Manager was very responsive and extremely helpful during the stay. She addressed every issue to the best of her ability and was very accommodating. However, the place is in need of repair.There was no hot water in the kitchen sink upon arrival. After the plumber came to adjust and check the lines, the sink would get hot after 5-10 min of running the water. The kuerig on property shorted out immediately upon use. Tried other outlets, still dead. The guest shower made a very annoying high pitch squeal when we first turned it on and it squealed the whole time while running. Thankfully, PM adjusted water pressure which helped but it would still squeal occasionally. The head needs to be replaced.The master bath tub was basically unusable. The water faucet was so caked with calcium that it would take hours to fill. That being said, the bath tub plug didn’t work so it was pointless to try. PM replaced faucet and provided tub plug options. The AC units are very hard to get right. They are either entirely unresponsive, or unable to properly regulate temp and the whole place is freezing. Had a few night where the ac wouldn’t work at all. This was all very frustrating to deal with on a work trip with my wife and a newborn baby in tow.
My husband and I stayed with our 12 and 14 year old children and it was perfect. The villa was spacious and amazingly clean. Everything you need is there for you to enjoy your stay. The kitchen has everything if you desire to cook or the restaurants and market are a very short walk away. Chairs and beach towels are provided as well. The property is gorgeous and we enjoyed the pool and the grill. The property manager was available and amazingly helpful. We would go back tomorrow!!
It was nice and clean and in a good location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The one thing I didn't like is the AC can't be adjusted lower than 74 or it will shut off. I am a warm sleeper and this was not great for me. Its advertised as having AC should note that the ac will be limited. Pool area is smaller but when we went we were able to get the last seat available.. Unit is very nice and clean

Lovely, clean, well-furnished home in a convenient location near the King’s Shops and Queens Marketplace, half hour walk to Hilton Waikoloa (if you’re attending a meeting). Easy check in and check out. Easy access to highway to go where ever you want to go.
Great location and superb accommodation. Everything you need is provided. Minor weakness is the second bedroom is small for two adults however the couches provide alternative sleeping space.
Spent 4 weeks in Waikoloa and loved every minute of it. This location is great to wonderful beaches, hiking shopping and restaurants. The condo was perfect. Supplied with everything we needed and very clean. We will book this unit again.

I love golf, close, convenient. I like to be able to walk to the shops, get an ice cream or go to dinner.
