Vista Waikoloa G203: Luxury Condo in Waikoloa Resort: AC, Elevators, Views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here the week of Christmas, and while every where was packed and busy, we enjoyed this nice, clean, quiet condo. The layout was perfect for our group of 4. There was more than enough room for all of us to spread out and relax after a busy day. The beds were comfy and additional blankets and pillows are available. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo and conditioner, just incase you don't want to pack your own. The kitchen is pretty well stocked, but there isn't any spices or baking goods. There was salt and pepper, but no grinder for the pepper corns. No cooking oil, tin foil or parchment paper. There is cling wrap and zip lock bags, so that was useful. If your a group who likes to cook on vacation, you'll need to supply these goods yourself. If you're a coffee drinker they provide both pod and classic coffee makers, as well as a grinder, but no filters. These are just things that aren't included in the description of the condo that I found useful to know, so you can stock up on things in Kona for cheaper. The location of this condo was perfect for us. Tropics restaurant is right out the back door. Kings shop is a 10 minute walk, the beach is about 15 minutes and queens shops is about 20. If you want to do a pool day at the Hilton, just walk across the street. There's a ton of things that you can do and enjoy and not even get in the car. If you do plan on driving around, the condo is located in a central area with easy access to the main roads. The only thing I would caution about is, if you're someone who needs to sleep in cold conditions, the A/C doesn't go below 70 degrees.

This condo exceeded our expectations! It looked even better in person than in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, and all furniture was sturdy and nice quality. The unit has a stacked washer and dryer that worked great (the listing only mentioned a washer, so rest assured there's a dryer too). The kitchen had everything you could think of, and nice quality items that were very well organized. Parking was very convenient to the unit, and the elevator was just across from the front door. Complex was very quiet, including no noise from neighboring units. The lanai looks over the putting green and other parts of the golf course, and there were frequently people playing, but it did not detract from our enjoyment of the balcony. There were nice, cushioned seats on the lanai that we enjoyed lounging on. We only enjoyed the pool once, but it was nicely warmed, and had two spas of different temperatures. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is our 4th stay at Vista Waikoloa. The resort is absolutely gorgeous.

This fabulous condo was in the heart of Waikoloa and we were able to quickly access the Hilton and Marriott Resorts and nearby shopping. Also was a good base for see Big Island sites in Kona, Hilo and Volcano National Park. Highly recommend it.

The communication with the manager was great. The place was very clean and we loved being able to walk to shops, the beach, and restaurants.

Very roomy and nice lay out. Well stocked but dishwasher smelled very bad. We had to clean. First time with VRBO and thought we had a good deal. Not quite walkable to beach and stores-But still very convenient. We followed all the rules cleaned up, Took out trash, Washed Beach towels. Today I get a text that the beach Towels are missing And yet I washed them and folded them and put them by the door like we were told-but now very sad ending to a great stay-no towels were missing

This place was amazing very large and a great master bathroom. The deck was huge overlooking a golf course. Just minutes to a walkway through a nature area to a beach where you can get straight sunset photos. The pools and hot tubs were great! The kitchen was well stocked. There were beach, chairs, towels, and beach toys. We loved this unit!

This condo was the perfect place for a family vacation on the Big Island. The unit has been recently renovated and it had an awesome Lanai that we used every day! In addition, the condo included beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as other small things that made the trip easy for us, like dish soap, coffee filters, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. Finally, the location is perfect. It is walkable to shopping, restaurants and the beach.

This condo is in a great location close to amenities and beaches. It was as beautiful as the pictures, super clean and we had a beautiful sunrise view over Mauna Kea. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We also appreciated the beach chairs and other gear available to us.
