Pomaika'i: New Poipu Villa w/Pool+Spa Near Beach

Upon arrival, there was welcome bag waiting for us which was a nice touch. House is absolutely beautiful and accommodated our party of 10.

Beautiful spacious home throughout, loved that every room has its own full bathroom! The home is very comfortable and clean. Having a pool helped keep my grandkids busy allowing the adults to sit back and enjoy the outdoor area. Location is conveniently close to shopping and the beach. We had a wonderful stay!!!

There were 7 of us - 6 adults and a 4month old baby. The pictures give an accurate representation of the property. We found the home to be immaculate, furnished as described, and very comfortable for our group as the bedrooms are spread out, offering a measure of privacy. The main living area/dining room is ample in size, giving our group a comfortable place to visit, eat, and enjoy the breeze that filters through the floor to ceiling sliding doors on either side of the home. The location was perfect for us (situated on the Kiahuna Golf Course) as several people in our group played golf on 3 of the days we were there. We felt totally safe in this home. There are many fine restaurants close by and boutique shopping as well. Simply put, we could not have been happier. We all felt like we picked a winner from start to finish!

Had a great stay with our family. The pool was awesome for everyone to relax in post activities. Close to a great turtle beach with snorkeling and shopping. Had a private chef night which went well even without the main house being air conditioned. Separate bathrooms for each couple and comfortable king beds meant no one felt like they got the kid room! Beautiful neighborhood and very quiet (if you don’t mind the roosters). We saw lots of beautiful birds in the backyard.

Wonderful house. The pool is awesome and the bedrooms were really great and all had their own bathroom. Very spacious place and we really enjoyed staying here.

We had the perfect stay! We were traveling with our 3 married kids and 1 grandbaby. It was so nice that everyone had their own room with an attached bathroom. The house is amazing! We used the pool quite a bit. We loved everything about it! We would definitely stay again!

From the very moment you enter the home you know you are in paradise. Everything was supreme from the pool, to each bedroom, to the kitchen and the pack porch. Our family of 7 had plenty of space and would not hesitate to book this home again. If you are considering booking this place DO NOT hesitate. Thank you!

First time in the island, great location and close to everything, kids and family had fun.

It was a beautiful home and a great location! We had a wonderful time enjoying the large pool. We go to Kauai annually, great pool and AC are a must. Suggestion: the bedroom ac wouldn’t go lower than 64 which didn’t cool off the bedrooms enough, and without ac in main living area you Have to leave the doors and windows open constantly which was a little inconvenient. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend it!

Every bedroom was spacious with a comfortable king size bed, private bathroom and TV. The pool and hot tub were clean and we really enjoyed the outside seating area. The house and outdoor seating is so spacious that everyone could have time to themselves as well as well as places to gather. We spent a lot of time at the beach (which is really within walking distance) so the beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler were appreciated. Numerous restaurants nearby. The property management were super helpful, the house was spotless, high-quality linens, robes and soap/shampoo were provided. Overall, a perfect stay! :)

Two families - 10 total (4 adults, 6 kids ages 5-13). The perfect set-up. House accommodated us all with space and ease. Location is great for the South and easy to explore entire Island. Pool and hot tub were put to good use; kitchen had all we needed; laundry and beach gear made everything easy.

This house was perfect for our holiday vacation. We had a group of nine and everyone had their own space and the added bonus of two outdoor areas. The house is in a fabulous location. Can’t say enough great things. Would definitely recommend.

Found the property well maintained, clean, organized, some extras included were thoughtful. We enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi hot tub, kitchen had everything needed to cook breakfast, lunch & dinner. Bedrooms comfortable, all with ensuites.

3-5 min drive to beaches, close to places to eat. We were here in mid October. It was very hot and muggy in kitchen area/ living room, even with doors open. Kitchen area gets very warm when cooking due to no AC in this area. Rooms are nice and comfortable with AC units in each room.

This place did not disappoint!! We all had a great time! 4 couples and all had their own space. Convenient location to beaches and beautiful restaurants!

the house itself was nice and well located and we appreciate the cleanliness and it was well stocked. However, we did have significant problems with the AC units in the bedrooms. For the first 2 nights, 3 out of 4 bedrooms were very hot and we had to call the office a couple times. The second time maintenance came out they said that the AC units were on the verge of breakdown and we had to shut them all off. They did provide window units to each bedroom which worked better than the previous (broken?) units. This was an unpredictable occurrence and we understand things happen in life. But it was not the comfort we expected when we booked this luxury home for our vacation It made the evenings and sleep uncomfortable

We used the bunk bed room as a kids room which worked out great. Pool patio on one side of the house, golf course patio on the other side. Golf course was not too busy so it felt private with a nice view. Five minutes from everything in Koloa and Poipu. Management is very professional and uses commercially laundered linens and towels.

The property is amazing! The layout of the home is so comfortable and great for a larger family. We loved the pool! Exceeded our expectations.

This house is clean and stocked w nice towels and bedding. The pool and hot tub were a big hit w my grandsons. There is plenty of seating everywhere for you to gather. Only downside we had as chefs there was not alot of kitchen supplies. A great stay

When we weren’t out exploring the island and checking out different beaches, we enjoyed the awesome pool and hot tub. My husband and son in laws had a great time playing the golf course. We enjoyed the different food trucks and nearby restaurants. Our family made some amazing memories during our stay!

The House, Pool, and accomodations were top notch for our group of 4 couples. The House provided each couple with their own bedroom and bathroom plus plenty of space indoors and outdoors for the group to visit and spend time together. We spent most of our days out exploring the island, but late afternoons and evenings were spent around the house and the pool. Nice short drive down to the beach for evening sunset views and dining. House was also well equipped with Bar-b-q and kitchen for breakfast each morning and a couple dinners. The communication from the rental property was awesome as well, as one of the bathroom light bulbs popped one morning and they had a maintenace person out within an hr to repair. Plenty of Beach towels and Chairs to use during our stay as well.

We really appreciated having the locally made toiletry products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion) since it’s hard to travel with enough for the whole trip.
