All freshly renovated, one of the nicest condos at the resort with penthouse ocean views. Experience the charm of old Hawaii as you stroll through the Award-Winning Gardens of the Maui Sunset Condominiums. The first time you stroll on the grass you may be tempted to get down and touch it. Yes, it truly is real grass and not astroturf. The grass is the same quality as the practice putting greens. Some of the local golf courses don’t even have grass this nice. The Maui Sunset is the only resort in the Kihei area where you can experience this unbelievable grass. This grass extends right to the beach. You can stroll barefoot right down to the beach and then dip your toes in the warm Kihei waters. This resort sits on 5.5 acres of pristine beachfront. The pool has an onsite activities desk where you can get lots of info on your tours as well as info on things to do on Maui. You can rent a stand up paddleboard and walk right out to the ocean and try it out. Suntan lotions and sunglasses are available for purchase as well as rental of underwater camera. There is a soda machine and ice machine at the pool as well as free sports gear for Tennis, PICKLEBALL,Bocci, golf putters and balls for on site putting green, shuffleboard. For you bookworms, there is a free book exchange at the pool as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this Maui condo! The view was absolutely amazing, and being just a short walk from the beach made it even better. The grounds were beautifully maintained and created a relaxing, tropical atmosphere throughout our stay.One of our favorite experiences was watching the sea turtles come ashore each evening to rest on the beach. It was such a special and unforgettable part of our trip.While we did encounter a few minor issues with the condo itself, the owner was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and that everything was addressed promptly. Their attentiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction were greatly appreciated.Overall, we had a fantastic vacation. The location, views, beautiful surroundings, and excellent communication from the owner made for a memorable Maui getaway.
A comfortable condo with great views. We had everything we needed to cook or go to the beach. The complex had a great pool and a real treat of live music on Wednesday evening. We were happy staying here.
The condo wad wonderful and the grounds were beautiful. The views from the balcony were incredible and we truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We had a couple nights we strolled the beach right out front and saw the turtles up on the beach. What a sight! Communication with the owner was always quick and pleasant. She made some recommrndations that were spot on!
Postive: Oceanview and great location. Fully stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner and even baked cookies on the rainy day. Property is well maintained. Liked the high outdoor furniture so you could really see the amazing view.Needs attention: livingroom furniture and all carpets need cleaned. The upholstered chair and kitchen throw rug(which could be tossed in the washer) were viseably dirty. We dont think the bathroom carpets got washed between last people and us either so we put a towel down. Overall a great time. We appreciated your attention to details such as beach chairs and a cooler and the plasticware for beach days. We would recommend your property.Mahalo

This was a great placeto stay, unit was clean and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Would recommend to friends and family.
Pillows for the pullout couch were disgusting.Go to Walmart and get some new ones (4 should be available Mattress on pullout was poor (did not offer proper support) Pillowcases were less than satisfactory Sheets were borderline Bathmat in front bathroom is disgusting (In this climate should be a plain flat mat) Every condo we have ever rented has had first day complimentary coffee. You offered nothing. The patio is for sitting and lounging. Your high table furniture does not allow for that. Very disappointing! 74 of 76 patios that were in view had proper lounging furniture. Get with the program. The decor could really use some upgrading The check in could have been bad.. The lock box at the office is no longer in use. The security guy (who I was fortunate enough to run into at the pool) did not have a key or instructions about our arrival. Fortunately he was able to access a key at the office (I appreciated his kind help and friendliness - especially at 11:30 at night) Household items were quite satisfactory We appreciated the washer and dryer Billed as a luxury penthouse it no way came up to its billing I do not like to sound so negative but some serious thought has to be given to upgrade to match your claim

Great location for access to the SW part of Maui. The pool is wonderful and an important reason for selecting this property. The room was well furnished and clean.
We can’t say enough about our stay at this top notch property. We had everything we need and more right down to the lime squeezer for our margaritas! These owners have thought of everything for our stay. Even the tall lanai furniture allows you to see over the railings for an unobstructed ocean view. There never was a problem getting a lounge chair at the pool and the ice machine was perfect for keeping our beverages cool. The beach out front is perfect for a romantic beach walk. We are coming back next fall for sure! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!
BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS FROM THE LANAI WITH A GREAT OCEAN VIEW. WE WERE SO LUCKY TO SEE A WHALE BREACH FROM THE LANAI. THEY HAVE JUST STARTED TO ARRIVE BACK ON MAUI FOR THE WINTER. I would highly recommend this property. My husband and I visited Maui to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The condo was very clean and had beautiful furnishings. We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai with its great views!!
