Incredible Oceanfront Corner Penthouse, 3B/3Ba, 2700 sq ft, NEW remodel!

Everything was perfect. This property is everything advertised and more. So thankful for the experience.

This was the perfect place for our family of 6. Plenty of room. Great views of the whales and turtles.

This is by far the best condo that we’ve ever rented. Great view, wonderful location and we loved eating almost every breakfast at Captain Jack’s Grill. It’s so close to shopping centers like Whalers Village, and grocery stores like Safeway. It’s great go back and support the Lahaina area after the devastating fire.Cindy is a wonderful host and kept us informed every step of the way on this trip.

It was a wonderful place with amazing views that was perfect for our family

We had 3 couples staying for the week. The penthouse was the perfect size for us. Each of us had our own room and bath. There were so many additional amenities that were included. Every morning when we had coffee on the balcony there were turtles and one morning we saw a shark and another morning a stingray. Captain Jack's is an added bonus with awesome seafood on the property. The sunsets are absolutely incredible from this location. Cindy was very accommodating when we couldn't figure out the AC but quickly got that programmed correctly. The parking is very convenient next to the elevator as one of our people had hip replacement surgery. The kitchen is WELL stocked with everything imaginable and some. There are plenty of beach toys, chairs, coolers, towels, snorkeling gear and much more available. The view of Lanai and Molokai is an added plus from the balcony and is so beautiful to wake up to. This condo will not disappoint.

We had a wonderful time at the condo! It was clean and in perfect condition. We had a great view overlooking the ocean. Turtles were swimming close to the shore and we even saw two stingrays by shore one day. We will definitely try to get back soon! Our host Cindy was great getting back to me whenever I had a question. She was a pleasure to deal with.

We had a wonderful stay at Sands of Kahana. The location is prime with a beautiful view. We saw so much sea life from the lanai including sea turtles, dolphins, and even some rays. Superb location for Sunsets. The grounds are well maintained and clean. We took advantage of the grills and found them in pristine shape. The pool and hot tub on site are a lot of fun and also well maintained. We enjoyed Captain Jack’s restaurant on a few occasions and would highly recommend the Baja Tacos. The beach is easy to access with mellow waves. We enjoyed snorkeling the reef and seeing several types of fish and turtles. There’s a well stocked rental shop located next to the pool where we rented kayaks and stand up paddle boards, and put out right on the beach. Centrally located, we were just minutes from shopping at Kaanapali or snorkeling at Honolua Bay.The condo itself is perfect and exceeded our expectations. Everything is well stocked with anything you could need in the kitchen, laundry, pantry, etc. The beds were all very comfortable and the condo stayed cool with AC. There’s a great closet filled with pool toys, snorkeling gear, chairs, coolers, wagons, board games, first aid kits, flash lights…they have literally thought of everything. Cindy was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to communicate with us throughout our stay. She has thought of everything you could need and we really felt like she cared that we had a great experience. We highly recommend staying here.

Great oceanfront views and very spacious for our family of 5!

This penthouse is beautiful, large, and well stocked. The rental process was easy. The grounds are well kept and The Sands of Kahana has a happy Aloha vibe where people enjoy the pool, restaurant, the grills, and the beach! We spent most of our time there out on the main spacious balcony enjoying the views of the rainbows, turtles, sunsets, and happy guests frolicking in the waters. Captain Jack's restaurant/bar was great and it's a huge asset to staying there. Next time we will rent the paddleboards but somehow we ran out of time!This condo is large with plenty of space to spread out. Each bedroom has a balcony with either a beach view or mountain view. The family enjoyed having their private spots. The only negative was the room upstairs and the main primary bedroom downstairs have slider walls that do not provide noise reduction. Those trying to sleep could hear everything going on in the main area. So we used the box fans and earplugs if we were in those areas and turned the tv down with closed captions on in the living area...but it would only be a problem if small children would need to have quiet while sleeping.We appreciated that the condo was well stocked with supplies. . The washer/dryer were super helpful and it was stocked with detergents/softener sheets as well. We were glad we brought our snorkel gear as the sets that were available but not reliable. We left our so maybe you'll get lucky but rentals are plentiful. You will love it here!

Amazing property with great views and location. The host made sure everything was perfect.

There is no other word for it. The condo was amazing. Check in was easy, the elevators were great for getting luggage up and down. The view was breathtaking. Everything was clean, the amenities provided were great, and the AC was a lifesaver in the 85 degrees heat we had while we were there. Cynthia responded to questions and messages promptly. There was a book of instructions and places to visit that was invaluable. We ate at several of the places they listed and they were fabulous.

The condo was fantastic!! The view was amazing, you could see sea turtles in the mornings and evenings and the sunsets were breathtaking. We stayed for 8 nights and the first night we had dinner at Captain Jacks, the service was pretty good, the food was ok but definitely worth the convenience since we were exhausted from traveling and didn't have any groceries. The condo was so spacious and open while having separate and private sleeping areas. There were paddles for pickle ball and fins for snorkeling and a cooler for the pool. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything; from ziplock bags of various sizes, chip clips and well stocked seasonings. We used the grills in the common area one night and it was clean and ready for use. The beach was small but was not over crowded and the waters were calm. The restaurant scene was very diverse. Maui Brewing Company and Dukes Beach House were our favorite, between the menu options, the service, the delicious food and beautiful sunsets you can't go wrong. Aloha Plate and Mala was definitely over rated in our opinion. We truly enjoyed the Old Lahaina Luau and a Road to Hana tour through Travel Shack. We hope to go back and would definitely rent from Cindy again!

Beautiful, spacious, we'll appointed condo with everything you need for a wonderful stay! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Perfect for whale watching and taking in the sunset. Clean unit and immaculate grounds. Can even snorkel with the sea turtles right off the beach. Would definitely love to return to thislovely piece of paradise!

The description and details of the condo were accurate. The ancillary items provided (spices, beach toys, etc,) set this condo apart from other condos that we have previously rented. Cindy was very responsive to all our questions.

My family and I stayed at the Sands of Kahana for a couple weeks and had a great time. The location of the place is very convenient; close to Napili Beach and DT Flemings as well as places like Bad Ass Coffee and Java Jazz which we love. The view was fantastic as we watched the whales breach and turtles swim along the shoreline. The condo was spacious and had all the amenities. Beautifully put together and maintained by the owners.

Our family of 4 and another family of 4 stayed in this condo. We had 3 teenage boys and a teenage girl. The place was spacious and had lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with appliances. We drank coffee on the patio and watched whales and turtles. We were pleasantly surprised that this location was a short walk to a surf break. Morning and evening surf sessions happened During the day we would explore other beaches and hikes. The location of the condo was a great for exploring the west side of Maui. We had such a great time and are sad to be heading back to rainy Seattle.

Wow. Very impressive. The condo was very clean and included everything you would needlots of beach towels, beach toys, cooler, a large closet full of fun. Kitchen very equipped.Coffee pods was a nice touch. Loved everything about this condo. The location was great. I highly recommend this unit. Very large and comfortable. The property is exactly as shown in the online listing which is often not the case. Beautifully renovation and spacious accommodations. My brother stayed in another condo on the same property and was quite envious of where we were staying. The owners have thought of everything with many helpful suggestions, all manner of beach toys, etc. Very high end towels and more than you could ever use for the beach.The on-site restaurant, Captain Jack's was great and so convenient, yet you can walk or drive a short distance to so many more. The concierge was very helpful in planning several trips for us and each of them was first-rate.I've been staying at owner rentals for 30 years and this was among the best I've experienced. Would definitely recommend.

The lanai was outstanding and included a convenient gas grill. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The round kitchen table was great for playing cards. Access to the beach club and racquet club was real plus. Overall we had an outstanding stay!

The condo was fantastic. Very spacious to accommodate all of our family comfortably. The kitchen and area was large with lots of appliances and cookware. Everything we needed was available and in great quality. Every bathroom was large and well supplied. The view from our balcony was mesmerizing. The beach was close enough to enjoy multiple times per day. The condo unit itself was perfect for our family - 5 adults and 2 toddlers. It was updated, clean and the view is spectacular. We did not realize the restaurant was no longer operating and there is construction underway to build a new one. I imagine the property will be much nicer once that is completed. As it is now, the property and grounds could use some cleaning up and updating. We had excellent communication with the property manager prior to checking in.

This was a family vacation to celebrate an 80th birthday, our 15 year anniversary and our son's proposal to his girlfriend. The condo was perfect for our group of seven and we never felt crowded at all. It's well stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some. Cindy was always quick to respond to any questions I had. We made lots of great memories, we would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this condo to anyone. The location was great and the views were spectacular. Don't hesitate to book your stay here!!

Our extended family all met in Maui for a week-long vacation at this beautiful condo in Kahana. The top floor unit was clean and had provisions for all of our group. The rooms and beds were all comfortable, and recently updated kitchen, bathrooms and living spaces were great. We enjoyed the beach chairs, snorkel gear and towels provided. The laundry closet was great, and the lanai was great for relaxing with a great view of the islands. We would definitely stay ere again!

This unit was perfect for our group of 8. We had family including 4 grand kids and plenty of room for all. The owners thought of EVERYTHING when furnishing and stocking the unit. The pool and sand toys (chairs, boogie boards, cooler, umbrella, roller cart) were a big hit with our group also. We recommend to all and hope to be back soon.

Upon planning my return to Maui (after 15 years) I read all the reviews for this unit in Sands of Kahana (after looking at the listing and photos dozens of times)& finally took the plunge and booked it. Communication leading up to it was just as expected and sure enough, as promised, 3 days before our check-in, we got the instructions. Upon arriving, Cindy-our host, made sure to check in with me to make sure everything was just fine. The condo was just beautiful & the pictures depict it perfectly. I really couldn't believe the view. Yes I had seen the photos, but would it really be that good I had asked myself? Sure enough it was & every morning, & pretty much any time of day we happened to be in the condo-we could see turtles swimming by. That was pure entertainment right there. But along with that, 3 of the mornings, after an overnight rain, we got rainbows!!!! No one told us to expect that! Then there were the sunsets. Boy, was that a treat. One night I wanted to just see it from the condo rather than the beach & it was everything I had hoped for. The amenities in the condo were wonderful as well & a big plus to making our stay even more perfect. There were multiple coffee makers &pretty much any appliance or spice you might need. Beach towels were bountiful as well as regular towels &the washer/dryer was a blessing. We were all so happy with our stay in this unit, it really made our trip absolutely wonderful!

We enjoyed one week of sheer bliss at this location. Everything needed for a multi-generational family of 8 was right at our fingertips. We made some lifelong memories, and this fabulous place was a major part of our experience!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5, including 3 teenagers. Everyone had plenty of space. We really appreciated the beach chairs and wagon when going to other beaches nearby. Obviously the views were spectacular, had an amazing rainbow right outside balcony on the first day! Would definitely stay there again, the owner was quick to respond, check in and check out were easy as well.

We could not have asked for anything more. Everything we could have possibly needed or wanted was somewhere in the unit. It was better stocked with appliancess and utensils than my own home! The views were fantastic. We saw area turtles from the lanai every single day we were there. The unit was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable. We grilled a few times and had other guests from the resort commenting on the supplies we were using. We heard something like "Wow, I wish OUR unit had all that stuff!" whenever we were out there cooking. The host was very easy to talk to and even called the day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall an amazing place to stay while you're on an amazing island.

We can’t stop thinking or talking about our nine-day vacation to Maui to celebrate my husband’s retirement. Halfway through our vacation, our daughter was proposed to so that added another reason to celebrate. We were extremely happy with the condo. The views from the penthouse were breathtaking. Plenty of room for five adults and the updates in the kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful. We really enjoyed all of the “extras” that the condo provides, a wagon to take to the beach, cooler, beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, and swim noodles. Cindy was awesome too. The Keurig broke a few days into our stay and she had a new one brought over to us right away. She also checked in periodically to see how our trip was going. Cindy deserves a gold star. The resort itself has some great amenities as well, nice small beach with plenty of chairs (nice for windy days, as it is protected) pool, pickleball courts, and a convenient restaurant. We enjoyed everything that Maui has to offer.

This penthouse is beautiful!!! It has literally everything you need for your stay, from a extremely well stocked kitchen to everything you could possibly need for a beach day. It was perfect for the 7 of us, each room had their own area and balcony so it was nice to step away and have your own space when needed. The views are stunning! The water is so blue and clear that you can see the turtles from the penthouse! The property itself is beautiful and maintained. The grills are immaculate, the pools are clean and tidy, and the tennis/pickle ball courts are a nice way to unwind and have some friendly competition (our family has joined a pickle ball league because of our competitions 😂) Cindy was kind enough to check in with us and make sure our stay was great! And the staff we came across were all so nice and helpful. We would definitely love to stay here again.

I can't say enough positive things about our stay at this wonderful penthouse. The views were spectacular and we were so pleased with the accommodations and amenities. We are a family of cooks and this is by far the best equipped kitchen we have stayed at. The penthouse was very spacious and clean, the beach toys were plentiful, and there was nothing we could think of that wasn't there. Everything was top notch! Our host was very responsive prior to our arrival to answer any questions and because everything was on point we had no need to contact her after we got there. Having grown up in Hawaii, I was somewhat nervous about returning to Maui following such an devastating tragedy. However, in many conversations with locals during our stay, I can honestly say that most are grateful for having tourists back to support their recovery. We will be back and hope to stay here again soon!

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had in Hawaii. The condo is amazing and the host has thought of everything! It is so well furnished and contained everything that one could ever imagine needing for a perfect vacation. It is so beautiful and spacious. The furnishings are gorgeous and tasteful. It is like staying in a luxury home with the most amazing views from every room. We will be coming back as soon as possible. We are frequent Hawaii visitors and a bit fussy about cleanliness and functionality. It was spotless! This condo on a beautiful beach has been perfect. Comparable places have been much more expensive. We loved it and would recommend it to all of our friends and family confidently! Lovely, peaceful place with lots of room and so much thought given to guest's every need. All we can say is Thank you!

It was amazing!

Liked the View but only one bed room and living room. Always warm upstairs or cold down. Printer didn't work neither did spa tub. Mostly cloudy but not so 2 miles down the road. Master suite really did not have the view the ad gives the impression of and air con is right there! Also beach is eroding not much there at high tide.
