Great property. Plenty of room for my family of 5. Beautiful interior and great pool. Central location
We had the best time during our stay! This unit is beyond amazing, and the host was very supportive and helpful! Our 2 young daughters had a blast at the pool and the beach as well. The amenities were fantastic and the beach equipment that was provided was incredibly helpful! We would love to come back some day. Thank you!!
Beautiful view overlooking the ocean. Room was clean. Anything we cooked stuck in pans and stove not the easiest thing to operate. Need to stock supplies like kleenex because we ran out 2 days in and had to keep going to safeway to get supplies.one more thing is there should be a separate A/C unit for each room because mother in law says 74 is cold in unit and wife and I like it around 70 to 71
Beautiful condo with a great location! My husband and I stayed here with another couple and it was perfect for us. Each couple had a king bed and large bathroom. Communication was wonderful and our questions were answered very quickly. The location was great for the island with easy access to the north and south. We were able to check out many beach spots and hiking adventures during our stay. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from our balcony with a cup of coffee every morning. I will definitely miss that. Would highly recommend this location if you’re visiting Kauai. Would also recommend the tubing adventure and the zodiac boat tour of the Nepali coast during your stay.
Having visited the Hawaiian Islands many times, this is now our new favorite place to stay. Gorgeous property, condo, and close to everything!
We enjoyed the stay. Room was comfortable. Living area furniture a bit outdated. We didn’t know we’d be above the restaurant. They did a good job of keeping it quiet. Just didn’t expect that when we reserved. We frequently enjoyed the lania at sunset. Great for family stay with kids as there were a lot of families. Beach area was splendid. Communication was great and easy to use. Parking simple. Close if traveling north or south on island. Great spot to be centrally located. Loved the pool.

We’ve stayed in 3 different units at Waipouli Beach Resort over the years - love the pool, the well appointed units, and the proximity to the beach! The units with views of the ocean and pool are absolutely fab. Kauai Calls property managers were super responsive and friendly - great to work with. This unit was clean and well appointed but was having some issues with dampness. Running dehumidifiers to dry out the unit would likely help a lot.
Was the Best place I could have ever spent my vacation time.
My family (3 adults and 2 children) recently stayed at this property. There was plenty of room for us to fit comfortably. It was nice to have a kitchen and a washer and dryer to use throughout the stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool area including the waterslides and lazy river. It was really convenient to have a Safeway across the street to grab some groceries, and there were also some excellent food trucks very close by as well. Kapaa is a cute town. It was a good location for our family that allowed us to easily explore both the north and south parts of the island.
The location of the room to the beach and view was better than expected. Enjoyed my coffee every morning. Had all we needed to cook as well.
This condo was amazing and the whole resort was great. It was clean and very nice. Great location except the ocean wasn’t the best right there to go swimming in. Everything else was wonderful.
