The property was a great centrally located option for our vacation. We wanted to go to both the north and south sides of the island so this was a perfect place. The property is very spacious and was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had their own bed, without having to use a fold out couch. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were great as well. More than enough towels were provided. Our view from the lanai was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second visit to Kauai. We spent time south and north. This place is right in the middle. Short drive to great food and grocery store. The oceanfront views are fantastic and path to beach is short. Would absolutely stay here again.

A little cramped in the living room seating area for our group of 6, but the bedrooms were great and the property was clean and comfortable. Only 4 chairs on the veranda but had room for more. The veranda had a great view and we loved that it had access to the next unit's veranda as we were vacationing with another group.

Kauai was our second stop on Hawaiian journey. We loved everything about the house, the location, the easy checking in. It was perfect for 6 persons. Our only regret is we should have stayed longer. 4 nights was not enough. We strongly recommend it!

We are so happy with this condo! We wish we could have stayed here for our full two week vacation! The space accommodated our party of 6 perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped and the seating on the lanai is big enough for all of us to enjoy morning coffee sunrises! We have enjoyed many condos on the island and this is by far our favorite! Mahalo!

We had an outstanding stay, you will not find a better location, steps from the beach or the pool. Amazing views and walking distance to places to eat and shopping. We did have an issue with some beach bugs, but the management company responded immediately. We will be back again!

Perfectly situated between Lihue and Kapa’a, with a lovely beach and pool closer than it looks in the listing pictures. The beach is not typical as it has a reef break, that fills a 2’ wading area. Lots of fun for the kids. Tons of turtles and fishermen to entertain as we sat at the pool. We walked to Lydgate beach and Kapa’a. Grocery store less than a mile away and coconut marketplace, with shopping and dining down the block. The unit itself was a perfect layout for our 6 adults and 2 small children. It also provides gorgeous views, ocean breezes and surf background noise. It was however, worn and dated. If you can get over that, you will enjoy the benefits of the location.
