This luxurious 2 story townhome boasts a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-baths layout with vaulted ceilings and that balances space and privacy effortlessly. Furnished with luxury appointments with stainless kitchen appliances and inviting living areas, to the comfortable private bedrooms, you will discover the perfect place for you and your family to relax after a full day of Big Island adventures.
The gorgeous gourmet kitchen features top of the line appliances paired with all the cookware you need should you feel like preparing a feast for your guests. Relax and enjoy your home away from home with upgraded furniture as well as top-of-the-line electronics for your entertainment (i.e. HD Cable TV, Flat Screen HDTVs, and high speed Wifi internet).
The living area connects to the spacious Lanai and backyard where you will enjoy having an outdoor meal on the lanai using the gourmet stainless BBQ grill out while soaking in the warm Hawaiian sun.
A main level guest bedroom is conveniently located in its private alcove just passed the laundry and guest bathroom. The guest bedroom has dual extra long twin beds and ample closet space. The sofa in the living room converts to a double bed.
The master bedroom suite is upstairs with its own large master bathroom and private balcony lanai. The master bathroom has a full size shower, separate soaking tub, dual vanities and large closet space. The master bedroom features a large king size bed with luxury bedding so you can recharge with the comforts of home.
Getting out to the incredible surroundings of the Fairways development means a lovely walk to the recreation center to float in the pool, soak in the hot tub work up a pre-dip sweat in the exercise room. Sensational snorkeling is a few minutes’ drive to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, where soft, lapping waves are safe for young and old alike, and the adventurous swimmer can lap around Winona, the resort’s own catamaran anchored and ready for sunset sails. The local turtles may accompany you. And when food and drink are needed, Napua is a grill and bar by day and a sophisticated and romantic restaurant by night.
The Shops at Mauna Lani is a convenient onsite plaza for dining, snorkel rentals, groceries, clothing, jewelry, etc. Beyond the resort one finds mountains, beaches, valleys, waterfalls, shopping, coffee plantations, zip lines, helicopter rides, and historical interest. Very responsible and helpful host. Great location
We loved this place! We have stayed at the Fairways before as we really like the location in the Mauna Lani development. It includes access to the beach club, a nice (though unheated) pool and hot tub and a small gym. It's near the Fairmont and the shops at Mauna Lani, including a Foodland.The home itself is quite nice and the pictures accurately describe it. It is bright and airy with a nice outdoor BBQ area. The upstairs bedroom is very large with a huge bathroom. The kitchen is very well stocked with tons of silverware, plates, utensils, as well as saran wrap, basic spices, etc. Beds are comfortable with extra blankets available, plenty of towels, etc. A/C is strong.The host was extremely responsive. For example, the blender in the unit was broken and he got us a new one in just a few hours. We look forward to returning!
The condo was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was very well stocked, the location was great and we enjoyed that the patio had more privacy and shade than many others in the Fairwinds, and the house was in great condition and very nicely decorated. The management was also very easy to work with and available for questions. Having access to the beach club is one of the biggest perks and they had a good supply of items for the beach - chairs, snorkel stuff, etc. The only thing I would want to let folks know about is the beds are very firm.
We had an amazing 7 days at the Fairways. The townhome and location was perfect. We appreciated all the amenities especially the beach chairs etc. Having access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club was the best. We saw the most fish while snorkeling our last day. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely 2 BR. We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, beach club, and walkable area (fabulous restaurants within walking distance). Appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, beach gear, comfortable beds, and excellent communication. Would definitely come back.
Ideal property- easy walk to Fairmont Orchid for meetings. Great communication with host. Very clean and well appointed property with many extras! Kitchen supplies were wonderful. Area was quiet and easily accessed gated community with small pool. AC kept the unit comfortable. Main suite bed (upper level) was very comfortable and lots of space on main level. Laundry was commercial grade (large capacity) - very efficient and easy to use. Beach supplies were much appreciated! View to the rear of the property of a fairway, so no beach or ocean views; but easy drive to great beaches. Close access to groceries (FYI- great Poke there too).

This was a great example of relaxed comfort at Mauna Lani: the place was comfortable, and included bikes and beach stuff in the garage: a welcome bonus! Many Mauna Lani properties Lanai's aren't that private, but this one is, as there's mature vegetation around it. Love it, and was great value!
Return visit to Fairways. Reservation was made relatively late so choice of units was limited. The owner acts as a corporation so my review is based on experience with other owners. Relatively poor communication. Needed to request check in instructions. Stated he had sent an email that I never received and required another request to finally get the information. Slow in responding. Unit was standard with less amenities compared to others at Fairways. No cooler or umbrellas so organize your own shade if you plan on visiting public beaches or be at the beach club well before nine to get shade. Does have 5 bikes. No premium TV channels if that is a consideration. Overall this would not be my first choice at Fairways.
