The house was beyond expectation! Greg was very hospitable and even offered recommendations for things to do locally and did not disappoint! We would absolutely stay here again.
Perfect Stay! Drive to the beach, don;t try to walk- we coudln;t find the trail. But it;s a short distance and the best beach in the area.
Beautiful home with everything you need! They go above and beyond with the beach gear and towels. Home was very clean and local contact, Greg, was always available for any questions. House is equipped with plenty of starters items (paper towels, tissue, shampoo, etc).
Our stay at this condominium was quite wonderful. With it being six of us, the space was perfect. The kitchen, outdoor lanai, spacious living areas, luxurious bathrooms, and restful bedrooms made our stay that much more welcoming and accommodating. The home is well maintained, clean, and its accommodations were as advertised and more. The property manager was absolutely exceptional in response to any needs or questions. The neighborhood was quiet and very secure. We would gladly stay again!
Don’t miss out on the perfect vacation in the perfect location with the perfect residence. I can’t say enough about how great this place is as well as Greg (property manager) and the location. The golf courses offer an amazing ocean view on the south course. The beach club has the best snorkeling on the island and you will find, as we did that the only reason to venture out is dining and playing on a beach with surf. Make sure you rent golf carts… they really ad fun and convenience to a perfect location. We are going back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, and they had all the beach items you could want. The location was fantastic. Very easy to use the pool and get to the private beach. Snorkeling right off the beach was incredible.
This property was a dream come true! Its as beautiful inside as it is outside. The home is spacious and fully equipped for going to the pool, a day at the beach, or a bike ride around Mauna Lani. The three year old in our group LOVED the house so much, she called it her "Hawaii House". The pool was gorgeous and perfect for little kids and adults alike. The beach pass was like having a golden ticket. We never had to worry about finding parking. The Beach Park is the best beach in that area by far. The snorkeling was amazing! Above the beach is a trail that is a perfect place to watch whales and the sunset. Eight nights wasn't nearly enough time. I am already planning for a two week stay next time. Thank you Greg for being the best property manager I have ever worked with! You were so responsive from my first inquiry to the day we checked out. Mahalo!!!
This is our fifth stay in the Golf Villas and this is the best place so far! So well appointed and stocked, we wanted for nothing. Greg showed up to make sure everything was as expected which was so nice! Can’t wait to come back!
Perfect place to stay. Location is great and we all enjoyed it. Everything you need is here for you. Won’t be our last time to stay here.
We stayed a week at this location. Parents and two adult sons with significant others. The three suites were perfect for our group. Private bathrooms for all three rooms. Kitchen was incredibly stocked with spices, condiments, kitchenware and all the needs for a basic stay. There were 4 new bikes with helmets that we used every day. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for the day at the beach (no snorkel gear but rental available nearby). The BBQ area is more than adequate for all the needs of a vacation BBQ session. Nearby pool and fitness room used by our group. The ability to access the private beach was very convenient to use (not walkable). We also spent the day at the small Black Sands beach near the unit which is a hidden gem for avoiding the crowds. Located in Mauna Lani it is a 10 minute drive to Waikoloa or 20 minutes to Kailua-Kona for more dinner options and whale watching tours. Two hours to Hilo and the Kilauea Volcano Park. Easy day trip. Would stay again. Also, quiet area if desire that feature. Thanks for the accommodations.
