Property Overview
This home has been beautifully upgraded with Solid hardwood Maple flooring throughout. The kitchen has Monkey Pod solid wood cabinets and granite counter tops throughout. The bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower, Koa wood countertop and large soaking tub. TV stand is Koa wood and coffee table is a beautiful natural edge solid Mango wood. This home is a perfect retreat for golfers, honeymooners, or small families!
An open floor plan leads from kitchen to dining to the living area which then flows out toward the lanai via pocket sliding glass doors. Relax and enjoy the amazing views in every direction from the lanai. You'll want to spend much of your time relaxing on your lanai enjoying the magnificent mountain views of Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and Hualalai as well as the Kohala mountains. There is even a partial view of the ocean! It is just a short walk to the "Beach Club" in Mauna Lani and the Napua Restaurant, and world class snorkeling!
The Queen Bedroom has its own office area and ensuite bathroom. Additional sleeping is provided by a sleeper sofa which has a brand new foam mattress. There is an additional powder bathroom for your convenience. Washer and dryer in unit with needed supplies to make traveling easier.
We provide a guidebook, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels. This unit is equipped with free WiFi, smart TVs, central air, ceiling fans, and many useful items such as laundry soap, paper products, shampoo and body wash.
Very spacious for a one bedroom condo and completely set up with brand new furnishings!
Mauna Lani Resort offers many amenities to enjoy including two 18 hole championship golf courses, biking and hiking trails and The Shops at Mauna Lani with various shops and restaurants. As our Guest, you will have access to the private Owner's Beach Club and Restaurant which is for all Mauna Lani Resort Owners.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations made on or before March 5, 2026: Cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus credit card processing and reservation fees. Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Reservations made on or after March 6, 2026: Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a refund of the total rental amount minus credit card processing and reservation fees, credited to the original credit card on file. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

We had an excellent experience staying in this condo. It’s beautifully maintained, tastefully decorated, and has a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like home right away.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the living area was both cozy and modern.One of the best parts is the location — walking distance to the beach and fish ponds and quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Having designated covered parking was also a plus. Overall, this condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style. It is a top-tier place to stay!

Condo was impressive beautiful light and view.Short walk to beach which is gorgeous,and snorkeling a plus!!Only issue was no hot water for the soaking tub which I was looking forward to..Hope it’s all fixed now!
We had a fabulous condo, in an excellent location with an excellent property management company, Hawaii Luxury Real Estate and Vacation Retreats. I am one of those people that believe you should never have to contact a property manager during your stay and ask for anything. Everything was perfect throughout our two week stay so they are clearly doing all the maintenance work as they should. Their cleaning staff is also very thorough. We loved the amazing golf course view and the quiet vibe of this complex. Thank you so much.

An excellent and beautiful property conveniently located on the golf course in Mauna Lani. Covered private parking spot, spotlessly clean with all amenities provided. Communication and instructions for check-in were very clear. Highly recommended.
This is our favorite place to come for vacation. We always try to stay at the Point. This was our 37th year to have been to Mauna Lani. We enjoyed it very much and have already made our reservations for next year.
Nice condo, excellent condition. A little far from the pool but overall a great stay.
This condo is perfect for a couple. We truly were able to relax an enjoy our stay because the condo was well-stocked with normal items for cooking, going to beach, etc. View of the golf course and an amazing view of Mauna Kea. The only thing that would be nice is if there were some plastic cups for the pool area. That was the only item we could not find and there were none close by to buy, so we improvised. All good!
