The gourmet kitchen features Bosch stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for you to prepare your favorite meals and refreshments. Sliding pocket doors open to reveal a massive 500+ sq ft lanai with an abundance of lounging and dining space. The lanai has an outdoor kitchen complete with its own BBQ grill, under-counter refrigerator, and sink. The indoor laundry room features a full-size washer and vented dryer.
There are two primary suites with king-size beds, a third bedroom with a king-size bed that can be separated into two twin-size beds upon request, and a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper in the living room, bringing the total sleeping capacity to eight. Each primary bathroom has a double vanity and a frameless glass walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a vanity with a combination shower/bathtub.
Upgrades exclusive to Villa16D include upgraded Wi-Fi, 4K Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, a Bose Bluetooth speaker, custom closet organizers, enhanced lighting in bedrooms, a ceiling fan in the living room, and a custom BBQ hood.

Our stay at the villa in Maui was nothing short of spectacular, offering breathtaking pool views and luxurious amenities that met our expectations. The location was perfect, providing easy access to pristine beaches, vibrant local markets, and access to moped rentals. The attentive and friendly staff ensured that our every need was met, making our vacation truly unforgettable.
This unit was the perfect location to relax by the pool, stroll on the beach and cook gourmet meals. The kitchen was adequately supplied with everything the listing states. The lanai was large and accommodating and the rooms were all beautifully laid out. The 3rd bedroom is made up of 2 twin beds locked together creating a valley between the mattresses. So not as comfortable for 2 people as the 2 suites. The beach chairs were very nice and the digital access system was very convenient. We would highly recommend this location and Maui Resort Rentals.
This was a great vacation. We had 7 people and were very comfortable. When we had questions, they were answered very quickly and professionally. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful open property that is great for couples or a large family. We have 7 kids! The beach is a short few minute walk away; the pool and hot tub surrounded by tiki torches are just steps from your back door. The main challenge was that we arrived late at night and there were ants everywhere. There’s definitely a need to keep it immaculate at all times, because ants will find a rogue cheerio or crumb within minutes. The first thing we bought was raid ant and roach spray at the nearest store. Thankfully Safeway was open till 2 AM. There were a lot of things under the couch from the previous residence. Somebody left their rx reading glasses on a nightstand in our bedroom. Other than that, it was fairly clean. We left behind extra cascade pods, tide pods, raid ant spray, and fabric softener for the next person… Because we could have really used those when we arrived.
We had an amazing trip! The facilities were beautiful & clean. It was super quiet around the resort. Great for families & small kids. It was very close by to several restaurants & stores. The property managers were responsive & helpful!
The property management did an outstanding job of meeting our needs. We had 17 family members in three adjacent condos with one handicapped person. The outside seating area and the invisible sliding door created a great entertaining place for the entire crowd. In these days of covid with more restrictions they will need to expand the the kitchen supplies. Clean looking contemporary spacious unit.
