Its designation within our "Elevated" collection at Luana Garden Villas offers a level of privacy exclusive to the second-floor offerings.
Perched on the top floor, this residence offers enhanced privacy and quietude, with private stairs leading to both the main entrance and the rear lanai.
Easy living is accentuated with convenient access to Luana Enclave Three's pool, hot tub, and fire pit, as well as access to the greater Honua Kai Resort amenities, including Hokulani Deli, Konea Fitness Center, Duke's Beach House, and Honua Kai's award-winning poolscape. The gourmet kitchen features Bosch stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for you to prepare your favorite meals and refreshments. Each bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, and the living room features a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper, bringing the total sleeping capacity to eight. For added flexibility, one of the king-size beds can be split into two XL twin-size beds at no charge. Each primary bathroom has a double vanity and a frameless glass walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a vanity with a tub-shower combination.

Everything was literally perfect!! It was our 3rd time to stay at this amazing property. Totally did not want to leave. Can't wait to go back! This place has it all. Very clean, well maintained and everything you need is so close or already provided. It feels like home away from home.
Lovely spacious accommodations! The fairly evenly match 3 bedroom/3 bathroom set up worked perfect for our group of 3 families. Bedding was comfortable & there were useful appliances/kitchen tools (we made some breakfasts in the residence). Location was a short walk to Dukes restaurant (great food) & the beach (gorgeous- included awesome snorkeling just off shore). The residence feels secluded, but close to everywhere we wanted to be. As a group we felt like the price was worth it compared to other nearby options. We were very pleased overall.
Beautiful property with a large lanai, multiple pools, and walking distance to the beach. The property has 2 masters which was perfect for our group. The property was very clean and had ample space for everyone. We enjoyed amazing massages at the spa on property as well. I look forward to staying there again!

The property is gorgeous and met all of my family’s needs. It was amazing.
6 total stayed here for 5 days --- and it was perfect! Very spacious, the beds were comfortable, the AC was divine, and this unit is in the back corner entrance. Walked over to the food trucks multiple times -- don't sleep on the coffee truck! We will be back.
Gorgeous condo with beautiful views. Great amenities. Close to everything you need and want. Guest services was amazing and quick to respond to any need. Highly recommend and would stay here again. We had 7 people ages 17-51. Comfortably accommodated us all.
Loved the condo and proximity to beach and local food trucks. Didn’t get our. Heck I’m instructions until I landed and called. We had an issue with ants and had to deal with ourselves as their maintenance person couldn’t come out. Not enough to keep us from coming back now that we know the drill. Probably the best place we’ve stayed in Kannapali.
Absolutely beautiful Villa, everything you would need for the beach and easy access to the awesome pools at the resort. Simply a perfect place to stay.
The management firm is on top of everything. Constant communication and extremely responsive. The condo was an A+ property. Not sure how old it is but you’ll assume it’s brand new. We had three couples and two babies and it was perfect.
We had a great experience, the condo is very nice and it’s quiet.
Beautiful spot perfect for a larger family or Several couples. All high end appliances. Beautiful lanai and outdoor kitchen. More cleaning supplies would have been helpful and more bath towels were needed in every bathroom (we were only provided two in each bathroom) but otherwise everything was great.
